I discovered Cromwell Manor Inn on Expedia when I spontaneously decided to spend a weekend at Storm King, just a short drive from the accommodations. I arrived around 8 pm after a long, rainy bus ride from Port Authority. Tory greeted me with the warmest welcome, and I instantly felt at home. He graciously took my bag and personally delivered it to my room, The Windsor, walking me through all the available amenities for my stay. Troy went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed before leaving me to the solitude I sought an hour outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The next day, he prepared a beautiful breakfast and assisted me in planning my trip to Storm King. Although I had only booked a two-night stay, on the second day, I had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the Cromwell Manor Inn family, including the wonderful owners. Troy treated me to another delicious breakfast, and I spent the remainder of my day exploring the grounds while witnessing the team joyously decorating the beautiful estate with Christmas decorations. Before heading back to the city, I had lunch next door at Jones Farm, following the Cromwell family's suggestion, and began planning my next stay. Top of the tower luxury penthouse suite. This is a very unique place to stay within a fully restored grain tower. Two bedrooms, one bath plus den with private roofdeck. No full kitchen just a kitchenette as we want you to enjoy all the amazing restaurants our area is filled with. You'll be staying just steps from the bustling shops and nightlife of Warwick. The tower suite is located on the Railroad side of the building. There is a small river, but lots of ducks and bird watching.
Please note this is a walk up with lots of stairs but the payoff is wonderful views from the top of your suite, including Appalachian trail mountain ridge.
Both bedrooms are equipped with very comfy queen size beds, carpeting, closets, dressers, smart tv, ceiling can, desk fan, extra chair and big windows with black out curtains for a nice night sleep. On same floor you will find a bathroom with a stand up shower with amazing water pressure! The top floor is a large open den with Couch, a daybed, dining table, smart tv and small roofdeck with two Adirondack chairs.
The entire space is decorated with bright and lively pieces by local artists. There is space on the ground level with a couple of chairs and tables if you want extra outdoor space along the River.
The best part about the space is how close it is to everything Warwick has to offer.
Please know it is located right on the railroad tracks. There is a freight train that goes by once or twice a day mainly on the weekdays. It's loud! But also part of the excitement.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Feel at home right away in this beautiful large 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite, complete with everything you will need for your stay. This mid-century modern-inspired home is complete with a fully-equipped kitchen with cooking and baking essentials, a coffee bar, spacious bedrooms with queen beds, plenty of natural light, art by Black and Latino/Latina artists, and views of the Hudson River and Mt. Beacon! It should also be noted that the primary bedroom has a separate room attached where we have included a private office, which guests may use as a dedicated workspace.

You will have access to the full space including a washer/dryer in the basement. Exclusion include and are limited to the basement crawl space and shed.

A short dirt road will lead you to this natural knotty pine Catskill haven. The home is furnished with 2 queen beds and a full size sleeper sofa, all within an open concept loft. Driving around the Catskills is not only easy it is absolutely beautiful. There are also taxi services available if need be. Explore the great outdoors and take it all in.

The cabin is not childproof. Examples: The wood burning fireplace gets very hot and the natural stone walkway is potentially unsafe for an unsupervised child. Family bookings are welcomed with the condition that parents take responsibility for the safety of their children.

The private river access is across the road. This does require a short walk or drive,

The sleeper sofa pulls out to the size of a full size bed but is not a mattress pull-out.

We recommend that guests bring slippers as some of the nail heads protrude slightly from the wood floorboards.

The Hot tub is available year round.

Clean linens are provided for each guest and beds are made like in the pictures but we do not provide flat sheets.

We do not guarantee that there is cooking oil, pam, butter or aluminum foil.

Our house is filled with a historic ambiance and classic interior designs. Welcome to my home! Nestled right on Hudson Highlands state park, sleep in a quiet, safe neighborhood, enjoy fresh air, wake up to wild turkeys in the morning, and when in season, enjoy fresh vegetables from my front yard garden.

Close to both Beacon and Cold Spring, enjoy a 5 min drive to Beacon Main st., 9 minutes to Washburn trail (my favorite!) and Cold Spring or 7 min to Breakneck Ridge, my little house is close to the action while being a quiet escape off the beaten path.

About the House
This is my little slice of heaven in Dutchess Junction. The backyard is actually Hudson Highlands State Park. Listen for the wild turkeys in the mornings! You’ll have your own private bedroom with a lock, plus access to the shared living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. Please feel at home while keeping it tidy.

Bedrooms: Your room has a comfy bed, fresh linens, a nightstand, and a lamp. Extra blankets are in the closet if you get chilly.

Bathrooms: Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are provided. Extra towels can be found in the closet to the left of the upstairs bathroom. Bathrooms are shared, so please leave it clean for the next person.

Kitchen: Feel free to use the fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots and pans are in the bottom corner drawer; cutting boards to the right of the oven. You're also welcome to the extensive spice cabinet (please help me use it - I rarely cook!) Dishes and utensils are in the cabinets—just wash up after yourself, pretty please! Many of the dishes were hand-made by me! :) Please treat them with love.

Composting: There is a kitchen compost bin on the counter for food scraps. If it's full, you can bring it to the bin out in the front garden :) If you're renting the whole house, please do this before you leave.

Living Room: Kick back on the couch or watch some TV. I have a Roku TV with subscriptions to HBO Max and Disney+. The separate remote is for the surround sound speakers. Feel free to play the instruments and play the games!

Backyard: The backyard is technically public land, but it's just woods; no one will bother you! There are wild turkeys that live in the woods behind the house. You're welcome to use the fire pit in the back, you'll just likely need to bring your own wood.

House Rules:

NO SMOKING in the house, period.

No Parties or Extra Guests: I’m keeping things low-key since this is my home. Only registered guests (max 2 per room) are allowed—no surprise visitors, please.

Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM, keep noise down—my neighbors are sweet, and I want to stay on their good side!

Clean Up: Wash any dishes you use and toss trash in the kitchen bin, recycling in the recycling bin.

No Pets: I adore furry friends, but I can’t accommodate them—sorry, puppers!

The basement and studio are off-limits—they’re where I keep my personal treasures. Please don’t try to access them.

Energy Savers: Turn off lights, heat, or AC when you head out—I’m on a tight budget, and every bit helps!

Shoes Off: If you don’t mind, leave muddy shoes by the door—keeps my floors happy.

If something breaks or you’re unsure about anything, just text me. I’d rather fix it than find out later—honesty is the best!

Fire Safety: Smoke detectors are in the hallway and kitchen. There’s a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink—hope you won’t need it!

Exits: Front door and side door are your exits. Keep them clear, just in case.

First Aid: A small kit can be found in the downstairs bathroom cabinet—bandages and basics for minor oopsies.

This beautiful 1860's house is full of antique furniture and arts. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor.

This is a nice quiet, clean and very simple and minimalistic place that is all about the views and the beautiful tree lined historic neighborhood with very friendly community 2 minutes away from waterfront dinning.

This is not a Mercedes-Benz. this is a Toyota Camry which has a couple features in common with the Benz but other than that, you're getting something reliable, saving a ton of money and a company that stands behind their products. if you're a Benz person there are tons of places for $150 a night!

A spacious room with calming blue colors in a colonial house built in the late 1800s with a serene backyard. We're a quick walk to Main St. attractions, shops, and restaurants, and a stroll away from hiking trails. Come and unwind in Beacon!

The space
The room is spacious but cozy, with a comfy queen sized bed, and desk. It gets lots of sunshine, and has a view of our backyard.

The house is on a quiet street, but is smack dab in the middle of all the action Beacon has to offer: shops, hiking, and museums.

*Please note we have cats! They don't go in the guest room, but it's worth mentioning if you have allergies.

The space
The Gray Room is a space dedicated to our guests. The two windows face the back of the house, overlooking the yard.
It is set at the common-area side of the house; near the kitchen, bathroom and entry space. The twin bed is meant for 1 person. (Please see our additional rate for extra persons). Bathroom will be shared if there is a guest in the other room. Please feel free to inquire before booking. We recently renovated the room. Perfect for short stays and available for longer.

Guest access
Guests can access kitchen, dining area, bathroom, entry-space and small side porch. Guests have access to the kitchen fridge, but there is also a small refrigerator in the room. There is no T.V., so you may need to rely on your portable devices.

I am available as little or as much as you’d like. Please don’t hesitate to be either social or reclusive. BATHROOM/KITCHEN MAY BE SHARED IF SECOND ROOM IS BOOKED.

Although check in/out time states 12pm, I am very flexible. Just let me know what is more convenient for you, and I will try to accommodate. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Calli's room is a very comfortable room in our historic 5 bedroom home in Beacon, NY. Our property is 1.8 acres and includes a large outdoor area with seating, a grill and a sport court. This room is on the 2nd floor and has both a Queen bed and single bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor, both are shared. We have other bedrooms listed as well as our entire home for those that prefer exclusive use. Short walk to train, DIA,Mt. Beacon, Hudson River, Main St (shops/restaurants).

The space
Our house was built in 1794 making it more than 200 years old. The house is preserved and cozy. We have nearly 2 acres of property that consists of yard and woods. We have a basketball/pickleball court. Pickleball is a fun easy game that can be played by 2 or 4 players.

If you prefer to arrive/depart outside of our defined check-in/out times you can store your bags in our hallway until your room is ready or so that we may prepare the room for any guests that may be coming in after you.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil guest suite on the second floor of an 1883 Victorian in the bucolic Hudson Valley. The Rose Room is a private guest suite with attached full bath with a jacuzzi soaking tub and shower.

The guest suite is located on the second floor of a 6000sq feet Farmhouse. Please note this room is not equipped with a kitchen or fridge, so the space is not ideal for long stays. But for a quick getaway or an overnight stay? It's perfect. Join us. We'd love to have you!

The space
The Rose Room is on the second floor of an old Victorian. Enter the side door and up one flight of stairs to your space. Note: there is no kitchen or breakfast station. There is an electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker. We have coffee pods, sugar and cups for you. And tea bags.
There is a coffee shop a five minute drive and restaurants available.

The room and bathroom only. These are private and have a door that locks.

Other things to note
There is a shared hallway with guests from the third floor. We have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, but once in a while guests come in late or check out at 6am. If you are an extremely light sleeper this room might not be for you.

Thus stairway was built in 1883 and it is narrow. If you struggle with stairs or have very heavy bags, this space might not be for you.

Otherwise it's very comfy, cozy and well appointed.
