This private Queenstown studio apartment is located in a discreet, elevated position with views of the surrounding mountains. It also has access to our own community tennis court - we have racquets in the room for you to use. 🙂

The apartment has fast, unlimited wifi and has its own exclusive off-street parking.

The space
We’re located right in the middle of the town centre and Queenstown airport which are both just 7 mins drive away, or a 10 min walk down to the bus stop where the bus runs ever 15 or so minutes (depending on time of day). You will also have very easy access to the Remarkables and Cardrona ski fields as the busses go past our area and stop at that bus stop.

The apartment is independent from the main house (we live upstairs) and is kept clean and comfortable. It has fast, unlimited wifi, it’s own exclusive off-street parking for your vehicle and a large, modern living space.

Also included in the room is a sofa (which folds out into a bed on the floor- recommended for 2 children or 1 Adult)

As previously mentioned you will have your own private parking spot suitable for one car but should you require a second or are arriving in an oversized vehicle, there is on-street parking available just around the corner.

There are a couple steps so the apartment are not wheelchair friendly but it is on the ground floor and easily accessable apart from the steps.

We live in a small two bedroom apartment in the centre of Queenstown. Your room has everything you need for a good night sleep- a very comfortable bed and a stand-up desk if you have work to do while you are on holiday. Your bedroom faces a main road so there is a little bit of traffic noise but we don’t notice it. You’ll share the bathroom with us and you are welcome to relax in our living space or make a meal in our kitchen. There are laundry faculties if you have washing to do.

During your stay
You will be a guest in out home and sharing our smallish space. We are happy to sit and chat or leave you to enjoy your privacy.

Parking is a big thing in Queenstown. It's very hard to find airbnb with a safe and quiet carpark area in Queenstown. But don't worry. You have your own carpark.

Your private room is on the garage. Park your car in front of the stone-walled office or the white van on either side of the garage, then walk through the concrete area beside the garage. You'll see a door in front of the vegetable garden. Enter the code into the key safe to retrieve the key. Once you open the door, walk up the stairs to your left. And you'll be greeted by a cosy space.

We can hire, on your behalf, high chairs, baby cots, baby baths and stair gates for the small fee of $50 NZD per item for the duration of your stay. Please discuss with us at the time of booking if you would like to add any of these extras.

We are situated at Jacks Point which has a international Golf Course, rated among the top in the world. 10 minutes from Queenstown International Airport, 20 mins from the centre of Queenstown and on the main highway to Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound and Te Anau making your trip to Milford area so much shorter. At our front door is the Remarkables Ski Field.

Our ground level apartment is clean, warm and situated in the beautiful suburb of Kelvin Heights, Queenstown.

It is a 20 minute drive from the busy downtown area, or 10 minutes on the ferry.

We provide milk, muesli, bread, spreads, tea, and coffee

Enjoy a walk along the lake front track, just in front of the apartment.

We live above, on the top 2 levels of the house.

2 free parking spots.

(We are only allowed a maximum of 5 guests total - including infants, children, adults).

The space
Our apartment is beautifully clean, open plan and easy living all on the one level.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen/lounge, so you will have plenty of space to cook your own meals and relax after a busy day of sightseeing or skiing.
We have heaters in every room and air conditioning for the summer months.
Parking is directly outside the apartment.

Guest access
You have secure (free) parking right outside the apartment door where you have private access to your self-contained 2 bedroom apartment.

The outdoor furniture is for your use, as is the clothes line and drying racks.

You will be sharing the driveway with us. (Occasionally we will be outside mowing the lawn/watering the garden/letting our dog “Honey” out to have a run - but we try and do these things when you are not home).

Other things to note
We live in a quiet neighbourhood. Please be respectful of our neighbours, and keep noise down at all times (no loud noise between 9pm - 7am - thank you)

We have quite a steep driveway but at the bottom we have parking spots for you - just steps from your front door. So easy!

We have a cat Milly and a puppy Honey. Please also let us know if any of your group are afraid of animals.

Please note..we are legally only allowed to have a maximum of 5 guests staying in the apartment (this includes adults, children and infants). With only 1 bathroom, I don’t think you wouldn’t want more that 5 guests anyway.

Please take out all rubbish before you depart and put it in the bins provided. Thank you so much :-)

This stylish, warm and spacious one bedroom apartment is located extremely conveniently for the Millbrook Resort, Aryburn and The Hills Golf Club. A ten minute walk will find you in the heart of the charming Arrowtown township oozing with historic atmosphere and unparalleled charm.

The space
Your host is a foodie so your apartment boasts a full kitchen with great utensils and appliances. There is a washer/dryer available for your convenience. The bedroom is spacious with a super-comfy, super-king bed made up with beautiful linen as well as an electric blanket. There are heaters in the bathroom and the bedroom as well as a Heatpump in the living/kitchen area. There is a walk in wardrobe/linen cupboard with enough room for you to hang clothes and store suitcases. There are additional storage units in the bedroom for you to put away clothes should you be enjoying an extended stay. There is a rudimentary but secure gear shed at the back door with room for ski gear, golf clubs, bikes etc.
