The local, Canyon Brewing, is a 5min walk down a track, more options are a 10min walk up the hill, or take the 5-10 minute drive to QT or Arrowtown to explore further afield.

The space
The space is a very large comfortable and clean king room within the main house. There is a small dining table / working desk at the bay window with great views out to Bowen Peak.

Attached to the room is your own private ensuite, and a well-stocked kitchenette equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, bar fridge, a range of plates, cutlery and utensils, tea and coffee, and salt and pepper.

There is a cupboard in the entranceway for your ski and boot storage.

Please note there is no full kitchen, lounge, or laundry facilities available with this room. Just the ensuite and kitchenette facilities listed. The area is marked out on the plan in the images. While there will be two permanent flatmates in the house, your area is private and completely self-contained.

Arthurs Point is a great holiday spot for a mix of adventure and relaxation. Set against stunning mountain views and the beautiful Shotover River, this spot is perfect for anyone keen on exploring the outdoors or just chilling out.

This bedroom is located in the residential area. It offers a beautiful view of Lake Wakatipu, shared bathroom with another room . The shared living room features huge floor-to-ceiling windows to perfect lake views . Only five-minute drive to downtown and 300 meters from the bus stop of Line 1, which can directly to the city center and the airport.
