2 year old home situated on a quiet cul de sac, comes complete with playground for the kids (swing/slide,trampoline and sandpit) 2 lounges with smart tv's ideal for leaving the kids to watch a movie while the adults enjoy a wine! Unlimited wifi. (The te anau basin does have internet troubles from time to time especially in adverse weather conditions, but this usually isn't much of an issue) The property also boasts a fully fenced and secure back yard with a large patio and bbq. 2 commercial sized heat pumps 1 in the lounge and 1 in the hallway, keep you warm and cosy. The 4 bedrooms all contain queen beds with 1 room also containing single bunks. Linen and towels are included in your stay but will be placed on the beds for you to make up. Large spacious kitchen with everything you need including basic pantry staples and pod coffee maker. 8 seater dining table great for the whole family. Also a Large French door fridge with filtered water and ice.
