Lake Te Anau and the mountains are right in front of you. The living area gives access to the deck and also looks out over a reserve. This reserve gives access to lakeside walking and cycle tracks. The living area was well as the bedrooms have smart televisions that connect to Netflix and other channels or apps. there is a kitchen with all cooking equipment provided. Crockery, glassware and cutlery are also provided. Free WiFi. Free onsite parking with a security camera for extra safety.

Guest Access:
Guest will enjoy their own private space. The laundry is available to all guests and is located at the rear of the building,
Washing powder is provided.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood. The town centre is 2.5 kms away.
There is a reserve across the quiet street access walking and cycle tracts.

Getting Around:
This is a safe family neighbourhood. Parking is provided on site.
Taxi, car, walk or bike.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen has 2 hobs, microwave,jug and toaster for cooking but no full oven.
Please be respectful and keep noise to an acceptable level as this is a quiet neighbourhood.
We have a strict NO parties, pets or smoking policy.
