It's one of the best holiday homes in Earnscleugh, a cozy 139 square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

- Frost fighting wind turbines are noisy in Spring and late-April; bring earplugs
- Please note that there are trip hazards all over the farm; exercise caution when walking
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.
- We advise guests not to swim in the pond, but if you must, please do so at your own risk. Please be aware that we swim in the irrigation pond regularly.

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- We are a working vineyard. At times, there will be workers and machinery on site. Please stay clear of their operations.
- Please respect our neighbour's privacy and stay on the cabin side of the vineyard; otherwise, you are likely to walk onto our neighbour's property.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

With a perfect mixture of original and modern features, the family home sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms! Two bedrooms provide queen beds, while the third offers two sets of bunks. Meanwhile, there is a functional full-sized bathroom and laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Open-plan living provides the ideal space to relax and unwind. Sink into the corner couch and switch on the Smart TV while making use of the complimentary WiFi! The quirky kitchen provides all the facilities to keep the team going and is complimented by a timber dining table. This space is also equipped with a heat pump to keep everyone comfortable!

Head outside and make the most of the fresh air! There is a large patio area with outdoor seating, perfect for serving up nibbles and watching the sunset. This holiday home is situated on a large corner section, meaning there is plenty of grass to run around on!

Situated in Central Clyde, you’re within walking distance of all the village has to offer! Stroll down to Clyde’s main street, with historic buildings and charm. There’s also a handful of cafes and restaurants to try out, as well as Clyde Village Vineyard and Clyde Cinema – all within a 10-minute walk! Meanwhile, nearby is the picturesque Clutha River, Lake Dunstan Trail, and Alexandra and Cromwell, just 10 and 25-minute drives, respectively.

Peaceful countryside spot in Central Otago with Alexandra town and Historical Clyde nearby. Our house is newly built in 2019 and suitable for couples or small family or even larger groups to stay. (if you see the dates you want to stay is unavailable, please do ask us in case still some rooms left ) We are gifted with beautiful countryside views ,amazing sunrises & sunsets and clear starry nights. If you like to take some milky way photos, here you have chance without any light pollution.

We have 5 bedrooms available in total for the guests with spacious shared kitchen dining room and living room. There are three bedrooms upstairs with queen beds ;downstairs, there is one room with two single beds, the other queen bed . There are two bathrooms to share,one each floor.

The space
Is existing rustic country style refurbished orchard accommodation with a warm spacious open plan area that has a large dinning table and suitable kitchen area with a cosy entertainment area for relaxing.
There is a separate and very private and quite bedroom at the other end of the building with a double bed and a single bed with its very own private external entrance.
Situated off the lounge area is a small bed room with 2 single beds, there is a double bed in the lounge area also.
The bathroom also has its own separate external entrance and has a shower and a wash basin and the toilet is situated in it's own area from all of the above by an outdoor entrance only.
Every room is heated with raditors even the toilet.
1 retro caravan available in summer months with a queen bed.
The gardens and property are to use at your leisure with a selection of BBQ's, gas pizza oven and an outdoor spa pool.
The hosts live on the property next door.

Parking is situated right outside the main entrance for your own convenience.

The outdoor spa is relaxing, view the night sky or during the day watch the Tui's and bellbirds come into feed.

Close and nearby attractions are the start of the Central Otago rail trail and the new Lake Dunstan Cycle track and vineyards for wine tastings and orchards.
Only minutes away to local cafes, resturants, gift shops and cinema in the historic Clyde township.
For the cyclists there is the Bike It Now shop for all your bike servicing and rail trail arrangements if needed.
Fabulous cafes and resturants such as Olivers, The Post Office, Paulina's, The bank cafe and the Dunstan Hotel.
Just up the road is the very popular new Lake Dunstan Cycle trail which takes you to Cromwell and back to Clyde if cycling both ways.
Also the Clyde dam and there are great mountain biking trails and walking tracks all around and also golf courses and bowling clubs.
Alexandra has a great selection of restaurants/ cafes to choose from also.
It has it's own outdoor skating rink for the winter months and the indoor Molyneux swimming complex
which is open all year round and also a cinema that is located beside the museum building.

On the property is one very friendly springer spaniel dog called Joe who likes pats and cuddles and also entertaining children with his ball he likes to fetch.

Our inviting home located in the beautiful historical town of Clyde is located only 20 metres from the start of the Otago Rail Trail. We have large open plan living areas which open to the outdoor areas which offer a lovely place to sit and enjoy a book or a glass of wine in the sun and when it gets colder to sit around the outdoor fire. There's a Bar, Pool Table and Dart Board in the man cave available for guests to enjoy.

Welcome to our cute, clean, cosy cottage. This is a quintessential Kiwi holiday home. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property is child-friendly but not fenced. It is a comfortable home away from home; everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful time to recharge your batteries. There is a wood burner with fireguard. Sky Entertainment is provided and there's also a good selection of DVD's and board games.

The space
There is a shower room (new in October 2022) with separate toilet and a bucket bath for the littlies. Ten minutes walk for great coffee at the local cafes; 1 km from the Central Otago Rail Trail. The kitchen has pots and pans, electric frying pan, a sandwich press and plenty of utensils.

This peaceful, centrally-located and recently renovated apartment features river and mountain views and luxurious and spotlessly-clean accommodation, with one queen bedroom and a bathroom containing ultra-modern facilities. The space
This is a compact studio-style unit with a main room accessed by a lockable ranchslider door off a covered verandah, with the ubiquitous Central Otago schist stone paving underneath. This room contains a luxurious queen size bed; a small table and chairs; a luggage rack and the wall-mounted Android TV and heater. There's also a stylish wardrobe unit with coat hooks and three large clothing drawers for your convenience. On top of these, behind opening doors, there's a cupboard containing the refrigerator and all the kitchen utensils (Including a toaster); tea and coffee making facilities and crockery and cutlery you may require. The attached bathroom (divided with a lockable, soft-closing cavity slider door) has a 900mm x 900mm size shower; a vanity unit and a wall-mounted toilet with soft-closing lid. There's also a heated towel rail; a wall-mounted heater and an extractor fan in the bathroom. All linen is supplied and there are complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom. A hairdryer and straightener is available, along with RCD-protected sockets to use those appliances in the bathroom beside the large mirror, which is lit by overhead LCD lights. Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the short driveway leading from the street to the accommodation unit, so you can park right outside your door! There's a lush lawn right outside the covered walkway in front of the unit and the verandah also wraps around the end of the building. This is where you'll find the undercover bike racks and an RCD-protected wall-mounted charging socket for E-bikes. Also in this location is the outside patio, with a table and chairs, and an outside fireplace. It's fun to sit here in the evening, to take in the panoramic views of the river and the hills and to watch the sun set, before the stars come out!

The space
Under the Vines in Earnscleugh by Tiny Away is located in a rural town just a 2 hr drive away from Catlins, nearby Clyde Dam, Dunstan House Clyde, Olivers Restaurant, and Flat Top Hill Conservation Area, to name a few attractions.

It's one of the best holiday homes in Earnscleugh, a cozy 139 square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home and are welcome to walk amongst the vines. However, please stay clear of sheds and other vineyard operations.

Guests are welcome to purchase honey and wine made on the farm; paid in cash. If you are interested, please make prior arrangements with the land host.

Welcome to "Thyme Out" situated in historic Clyde. A short walk to restaurants, bars, movie theatre & shops. A short drive has you in Alexandra or you can drive 20 minutes to nearby Cromwell. We have set this house up so that it really is home away from home. Quality linen (sheets/towels/duvets), new lounge suite, snuggly throws & essentials such as nespresso coffee machine. Guests are welcome to use anything which is in the pantry.

The space
A great place for weekend getaways, cycling tours and both winter and summer holidays. Clyde is the perfect place for a blokes getaway or a girls weekend away - amazing in summer, equally amazing rugged up in winter!

This small but comfortable home comes with added extras such as bikes available for guests to use, children's boogie boards for use at the lake, board games to play, children's toys/books & plenty of off street parking. Unlimited free WIFI and chromecast. There is also a porta-cot (incl linen) on site if needed.

The entire space is available for guests to use. The house is compact but very comfortable. There is an outdoor balcony area out the front and another covered outdoor area out the back with new comfortable seating. During summer, there is also a sleepout (futon couch which folds out to a double bed) which will be available to use.

Other things to note
There is a gas fire and a heatpump which keeps the house really cosy in winter, and cool in summer. The property is also fully double glazed.

There are fruit trees on the property which produce cherries, peaches, apricots, nectarines, pears and raspberry canes, strawberries, grapes and blackberries - all of which guests are welcome to help themselves to.

The space
Historic Clyde town centre just a 10min walk down the trail. Downtown is full of amazing local food like Oliver’s for dinner or Nom Nom for your favourite gelato!

This room boasts its own entrance and private bathroom and a kitchenette. It is a spacious studio styled room. There is a cozy cushy queen bed for up to two guests. It is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, utensils and dishes.
It includes a small milk for your convenience.

The bathroom is private and includes towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. There’s an oral b toothbrush charger and hairdryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available, please just ask as it is stored in the main house.

It is part of our family home and has access to the shared backyard where you can easily access the rail trail.

We are a family of four with a lovely dog and two friendly cats. Please be aware that this not a party spot, but the odd wine in the evening is fine, please respect our family.

- A range of extras is available to make your stay comfortable and easy. Whether you want a hand planning your time here, want us to book activities for you, need a shuttle service to / from cellar door wanderings.

- Horse in tow? There's a menage and hitching rail, plus plenty of room to park your horsebox.

Charming cottage in the centre of Clyde historic village. Perfectly located between the 'Post Office Cafe & Bar' and 'Three Peaks Coffee', and 200m walk to other cafes, bars, restaurants, movie theatre, retail shops and supermarket.

A very private section with a beautiful outlook across the river on a flat half acre section with plenty of space for outdoor entertainment and parking.

This property is located right on the Lake Dunstan cycle trail, so you can begin or end your ride here!

The space
Recently renovated 1960's cottage with good sized open plan living area and two bedrooms making it best suited for one or two couples or a family of 4-5 people. A well appointed kitchen should cater to all your cooking needs.

The master is a good size with one queen bed and large ensuite bathroom which contains the only shower in the cottage.

The second bedroom is a tiny but well formed bunk room with a queen bed on the bottom. The single bunk above is not currently usable. There is a wardrobe for bag/clothing storage. A second bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine and dryer is adjacent to this bedroom.

We have one rollaway single bed (best suited for young adults) that can be set up in the living area or master bedroom. Available on request.
