The space
Our sunny home is compact but comfortable and located within walking or cycling distance to Clyde’s restaurants, cafes, cinema , boutique shopping and the Rail Trail.

The lovely courtyard garden has hill views and is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or an evening drink.
Both bedrooms have Queen size beds and quality linen.

A full kitchen is available with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, two plate induction hob, and a half dish drawer should you choose to cook at home.
A front loader washing machine is also available.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath and one toilet.

Owners live on site in a separate dwelling at the rear of the property and occasionally have Fergus the labrador in residence.

The house was built in 1871. within its beautiful stone walls you will fine 4 elegantly decorated bedrooms, two of which have tranquil sun rooms and garden access. there are two peaceful loungrooms one with a fire and one with garden access. the 2 foot deep stone walls ensure the house is cool in summer and cozy in the winter months.
