Totara Bach Wanaka, is a comfortable, self contained 2 bedroom bach (linen & towels supplied), beside a large park (Kellys Reserve). 1.5km to town centre & 800m to the lake. BBQ, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine/ drier combination, TV, wifi, microwave, oven & cooktop, toaster, electric jug, heater & logburner. (We provide firewood). Separate toilet, outdoor seating & off street parking. Sorry, no pets.

Families are welcomed, with a porta cot and linen, high chair, and toys provided. The property features a private driveway, ensuring privacy, and is fenced off from the main road for added safety. Boat parking is available with prior arrangement.

The Space

This sunny and thoughtfully furnished guest cottage is designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The spacious deck overlooking the expansive lawn is bathed in sunshine, offering the perfect setting for kids to kick a ball or for the family to play lawn games.

Inside, the lounge and master bedroom provide a beautiful outlook of the mountains and surrounding trees. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and ample storage, making it perfect for self-catering. Cooking essentials like oil, spices, and sauces are included.

The bathroom includes all basic essentials and a front loading washing machine. Additional laundry services are available upon request.

The two bedrooms include a super comfy king bed in the master and two king single beds in the second room, along with a porta cot and linen. There is also a designated workspace, ideal for remote work or study.

For adventurers, the carport provides storage for bikes, other outdoor gear, and a designated space for all your ski equipment.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the private driveway and shared use of an undercover carport attached to the guest cottage.

Wanaka Crib is a delightful charming cottage. It is located 5 minutes’ walk from the heart of the Wanaka lake front and township with its cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket, shopping. You will feel at home instantly with the charming and tasteful furnishings, the large sunny deck is a tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the peaceful evenings of Wanaka, all while taking in the views of Roys Peak and up to the soaring peak of Mount Aspiring / Tititea.

The living room is a peaceful space with the log burner as the focal point and the TV for when you’re wanting to relax with the music channel going in the background. Views out to the mountains and easy walking distance to town and the lake.

Wanaka Crib is a true New Zealand experience. Whatever the time of year you plan to stay, it will cater to all your needs.

Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Pinot Cottage is located directly adjacent to Apartment Noir. You have the option of renting the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Pinot Cottage or renting both Pinot Cottage and Apartment Noir - offering a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom option.

French doors open from the lounge and there is also a door from the bedroom out to the outdoor living area which is surrounded by a small lawn.

We invite you to lounge on the sheltered patio, soak up the sun and do as little or as much as you like.

This property is located just a few doors down from The Warren - these 2 properties would be the perfect option for some larger groups.

WiFi is available for $10 per day or $29 per week.
