I was happy to see there was a working elevator as the description stated otherwise. It was nice having an apartment and although it was fully furnished there was some missing amenities. The microwave was unplugged and not near an outlet. There was limited cooking utensils or dishwashing products. The washer dryer was extremely noisy when using with poor ventilation for the dryer. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we made do. Shower head is old and needs replacing as water pressure is poor and sprays outside the tiny bathroom when taking a shower. The most inconvenient was getting in and out the parking garage as we had to get out the car and find security several times when leaving and returning for the day. Overall it was an average stay for the price. I will select a different property on my next visit to Santo Domingo."

Apartment in quiet and safe area with easy access from the airport. The apartment is located in a wonderful area with a children's park and a sports area for young people and adults. Near the apartment we can find a medical center, a supermarket, the airport is about 15 minutes, the city center about 20 minutes and the beach about 20 minutes by car. The best option for renewing energies.

On the day of your arrival, you will only have to go to the entrance of the building and with your security code take the keys to the apartment and the building, to start enjoying a wonderful vacation.

It is an apartment that is in a neighborhood called the friars 2, a very central place close to everything. (The neighbors in some moments put music up the tone so that's the price of the apartment.)

We would like to highlight again that they play loud music sometimes the neighbors and that we have security cameras inside the apartment, you do not have to worry since the area where the apartment is located is a family environment where the neighbors like to share from time to time between them in their respective homes so the comment of the music raised tone.
