A lower staircase with a locked gated entrance will lead you into a very comfortable living room area with two couches, hardwood floors with oriental rugs, a fireplace, 50-inch flat-screen Smart HD TV, a work desk and a table for dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the amenities – oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.

There are two (2) bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with a twin bed. Fresh linens, pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. We can also accommodate a fourth guest by placing an additional twin bed in the adjoining back insulated porch room area if you require this. Please notify us in advance. Our neighborhood is quiet and residential, home to Members of Congress and their families, yet only blocks away from the city’s political epicenter and a multitude of restaurants, bars, coffee-houses and shopping, everything DC has to offer will be at your doorstep!
