Location is everything, and this location doesn't disappoint! Situated in the charming neighborhood of Del Ray, "Where Main Street Still Exists," the Casita is a quiet oasis. From the Casita, you can walk to Del Ray's magical main street, which features restaurants, shops and activities.
And the best part? You're only 10 minutes from DC! If DC isn't your thing, Arlington and Old Town Alexandria are also just a few miles away.

The space
The Casita is a 400 sq ft studio apartment with a private entrance and plenty of free street parking.
Inside, there is a comfortable queen bed with duvet and extra blankets and pillows in the closet. If you're traveling with a little one, we have a pack and play available upon request. We've installed blackout curtains for great sleep and maximum privacy. The apartment also includes a Pottery Barn desk and ergonomic chair for remote work and business travelers. The walk-in closet is suitable for storing your luggage or hanging dress clothes.
The TV comes with Roku and the option to sign in to your streaming apps (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc). A nespresso machine is also available for your enjoyment, along with a microwave, and mini fridge.
The unit is situated in our backyard, but has its own private entrance through the side gate. The Casita has its own air conditioning and heater. You'll have easy access through an electronic lock with your own unique code.
Guest access
Guests can use the entire backyard at the ground level, which includes Adirondack chairs and garden spaces with string lights.
Other things to note
We will be happy to give you privacy but are also glad to provide advice and help to those visiting the area for the first time. We absolutely love welcoming people to DC.

Welcome to your private retreat in Old Town Alexandria! 🏡 This spacious basement guest suite has a separate entrance through the backyard, offering privacy. Inside, you’ll find a comfy queen bed 🛏️, a cozy couch 🛋️, and a TV 📺. The large tiled shower 🚿 is perfect after a day of exploring.
Please note that street parking is permit-only. 🚫 Garage parking is available three blocks away off King Street 🚗.
The space
While there is no kitchen, you’re just a few blocks from King Street and the metro 🚇, making it easy to access amazing restaurants 🍽️, cafés ☕, and shops 🛍️. The apartment is also conveniently located near the train station 🚉, so you may occasionally hear the sound of the train 🚂.

With Wyndham Old Town Alexandria, you can settle in and enjoy the neighborhood or use the resorts close access to a Metro station as a spring board to your adventure around the nations capital.
The space
Inside this 1-bedroom condo, enjoy all the amenities of home, including living rooms and dining areas with slight colonial decor, as well with a kitchen space that makes it easy to prepare meals, and bathrooms with stone tile work. The floor plan is perfect for families with plenty of space, big bathrooms, and a kitchen with an open floor plan. Some units offer whirlpool tubs and private balconies.

This unit comes with one parking spot. There will be a $20.00 nightly parking fee for all reservations. Parking will be available at the on-site garage limited to one vehicle per unit; spaces are tight if you drive an SUV, truck or van.
A bellhop service will be provided upon arrival to assist guests unloading their vehicle(s). Due to the limited size of the driveway, guests will be required to park the vehicle prior to check in.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
Handicap & Hearing Impaired units are available if available upon request. All requests cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate all guests.

Truly in the heart of Old Town's best restaurants and shops, our charming flat is full of amenities, and in a prime location on the Washington Family property. Located 80 feet from King street & 1.5 blocks from the water, nestled in the heart of beautiful historical Old Town. Enjoy a furnished kitchen, new appliances, private entrance with a dishwasher/washer/dryer. This is the upper carriage house of the oldest functioning residence in Old Town, dating back to the Washington Family in 1750.
The space
Queen bed with loveseat and pull out bed. Kitchen with new dishwasher, sink with disposal, and a new full fridge. Washing machine with dryer located under the stairwell before entering the unit. Beautifully refurbished hardwood floors with densely cushioned Indian rugs.
For safety of you and our guests, the fireplace is only decorative and not being used as a functioning wood burning unit; however, we have emplaced a small electric unit for additional ambiance.
Guest access
Guests enter from Lee street through an iron gate, up a set of brick stairs. Upon entering the courtyard, guests enter the flat via spiral staircase with small balcony landing.

Parking:
There is on-street paid parking, but you also have the option to park at the covered garage immediately across the street between Union and Lee Street for $15 per day and $10 overnight.
