A small but luxurious romantic cabin north of Shreveport, Louisiana in God's Country Resort, located only minutes from downtown Shreveport's casinos and nightlife. - "What a great location! The cabin is right on the water. Plenty of boats and such if you want to take anything out. Plenty of life jackets in all sizes. We brought our 3 young boys and they enjoyed the freedom to be boys! Playing in the mud and exploring nature. Our 3 dogs came and both young and old were comfortable. The owner sent a list of places to eat and things to do with distance. At times water pressure went low, but not for long. There were plenty of seats to sit and watch nature. Kitchen had enough to cook and eat with. Property is clean and well kept. We love Cajun food and will be back! This was the perfect location to be close to the city but far enough away to feel a part of nature. Great place, highly commend for families or those with pets."

A small but luxurious romantic cabin north of Shreveport, Louisiana located in the God's Country Resort which is located only minutes from downtown Shreveport's casinos and nightlife. The real log cabin features a luxurious air tub Jacuzzi inside the bedroom, a full kitchen with appliances, electric fireplace, recliners, and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom is equipped with modern vessel sinks, heated and lighted toilet seats with bidet functions. Each cabin has its own private concrete picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill. Each guest has access to our swimming pool year around, located just across the street from the cabin. Enjoy other amenities at the Resort, including jumping pillows, playgrounds, swings, and you can even rent a duck or swan paddle boat during your stay on one of our four ponds. Kids can enjoy activities such as our mining sleuth located in our CampStore along with peddle cart rentals and much more! Our owners are severely allergic to pets, so there is a strict no pet policy on all of our cabins and lodging.
