The apartment is located on private grounds (behind private property owner). The property has its own private screened terrace (40m2) on the south. On the ground floor is the living room / kitchen and separate toilet. On the first floor (by stairs) is a spacious bedroom with bathroom. The house is luxuriously furnished with designer furniture. - "Klein appartement in een woonwijk dat aan een zolderkamer doet denken. Netjes maar erg klein en schuin dak waardoor mijn man vaak zijn hoofd heeft gestoten. De buitenruimte is een klein terras waar de eigenaren vanuit hun woonkamer op uitkijken. Dus weinig privacy. Geen ruimte om de fietsen te stallen waardoor deze buiten in de voortuin moesten staan. Wij hadden gelukkig heerlijk weer en waren dus veel op pad."

Cute summer house in the idyllic seaside resort of Bergen. The location in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes walk from the center and 20 minutes by bike to the beach. Downstairs: 3-person sofa, side table, dining table, flat screen, WiFi, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee, convection oven. Bathroom/toilet/shower is also located here.Via a steep staircase you enter the bedroom: chest of drawers, clothes rack, sink, washer/dryer combination, 2x1 pers bed 90/180. Everything has been recently renewed.
The space
You can sit outside, but it is a small place for 2 chairs and 1 table, there is also a path that neighbors sometimes use. The atmosphere of the site is relaxed and quiet.
Other things to note
Please park on the lawn in the middle right in front of the main house is the best place.

Vacation home "Appelbloesem", has recently been renovated, and with new decor. It has a sunny terrace. The location is quiet (not on the road) yet close to the center! Optimally suitable for 2 guests , on a floor area of 85m ². Unfortunately, no children are allowed.
Front terrace with picnic table and lounge furniture furniture. Behind the house is also a terrace, for more morning sun!
The space
The living space downstairs consists of a sitting area with a comfortable corner couch, and large TV. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Gas hob, fridge. Next to it is the dining area, round table and 4 chairs.
The top floor is accessed by one flight of stairs. There is a nicely decorated bedroom, with a large, comfortable double bed (also two single beds to be made of) on the landing are 2 wardrobes and a sink.
In the room a large digital cable TV with many foreign and all Ziggo sports channels.
The bathroom has a thermostat walk-in shower, and toilet. There is a washing machine.
Recently, an air conditioning system has been placed for the much-needed cooling if the temperatures get (too) high.

The upper floor is accessed by stairs. There are 2 nicely decorated bedrooms, also suitable for 2 people who like to sleep separately. The master bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed (also two single beds to make) and on the landing there is plenty of space for your luggage and there is a toilet.

Parking is free in the street, we have to report your license plate digitally.
It is no longer necessary to place a parking card in the car, the check goes to license plate number, which is therefore registered by us.

Starting May 2024, we will be renting out Studio Studler. Studio Studler is a detached summer cottage behind our house with its own entrance and garden, located on the edge of the forest and a 3-minute walk from the city center. The cottage has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort.
