- "Nice and clean, well decorated but small. Very noisy road, and very hot throughout our stay. As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Took coffee bags with us as no coffee maker, as per previous reviews. Power shower was pretty weak but sufficed. Very small floor-level fridge/freezer is difficult to load/unload. Only two of us but four large adults will struggle as everything is scaled down to fit the small living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are ok but single beds are too narrow for an adult. The Greek restaurant mentioned in the visitor book is permanently closed."

Situated on the village common of East Runton, complete with pond & ducks, Green Cottage is a pretty, detached flint cottage, recently renovated. As you enter the front door, the newly-fitted spacious kitchen leads through to the open plan dining room. Old beams, crisp cotton linens and fresh flowers will welcome you to this charming traditional fisherman's cottage. The large lounge has comfy sofas around the fireplace and a sunny window seat, reached from the dining room. Beyond this, is the cosy TV room. The lounge also has a door out to the private garden.
Off the main hall is the third bedroom, snug, light and airy, and also the downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs, the main (kingsize) bedroom, with its old fireplace and exposed beams, looks out over the garden.
