- "We spent a lovely week here in this comfortable and well-equipped cottage. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus after a very long drive. The convenient location meant we could walk to the beach and shops and explore without needing the car. The cottage had a very relaxing atmosphere." - "We enjoyed a lovely stay at Cob Cottage, it was just like a home from home with a few little extras. The welcome pack & White Company toiletries were a lovely addition, the bedding & towels were of a very good quality which added to the experience. St Agnes is a lovely location with plenty of walks from the village & plenty of places to eat & drink. We stayed in March but had beautiful weather which meant we could enjoy late afternoon sun in the garden after a full day walking & then light the log burner & relax in the comfortable lounge in the evening. The only slight issue is the parking is tight if you have a larger car but not a huge problem"

Our lovely four double-bed, two bathroom cottage has an Aga, wood-burner and a big garden for you to enjoy. It's in a lovely rural location between Perranporth and St Agnes but just a few minutes walk to the coast path and a stroll down to Trevellas Cove, a perfect little beach for swimming, rock-climbing and exploring. Surrounded by fields, bordered by Woodland Trust land and with a long private driveway you'll experience the very best of Cornish living here.

Perranporth is 3 minutes in the other direction and there you'll find the stunning 3-mile stretch of golden sands perfect for swimming, surfing and sand castle-making.
The house itself has a large spacious kitchen with an Aga for cooking and which keeps the whole house cosy when needed. The open-plan living and dining room has a large woodburner in a big traditional fireplace and a modern home cinema system that turns the living room into a private cinema at night! There's a dining table that seats up to 10 people and big comfy sofas.
Upstairs are four good-sized double bedrooms with a family bathroom with large bath and electric shower over, and en suite to the Master bedroom. Downstairs there's another shower-room off the utility room.
Outside is our a big garden with loads of space to play and trees to climb. Behind the house is an artificial lawn with professional wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ, dining table, and space for lounging in the sun!
Downstairs -
Porch with space to leave wellies etc
Utility Room with large free-standing fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and shower room with shower and toilet.
Kitchen with kitchen table to seat four, Aga, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and table-top electric oven (for those uncomfortable with using the Aga for all their cooking!). Very well-equipped with more than enough kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

Dining table that seats 10, french doors out in to the garden, large wood-burner with ample wood supplies and L-shaped sofa. Two large comfy sofas to seat up to 8 people. Home stereo with good speakers, CD player, record player and vinyl collection. TV with Blu-ray and DVD player, Sky box and projector, and over DVDs. Pond (often with ducks!) with a small island - please be aware this is unfenced and not suitable for children to be left unsupervised near. Please note areas of the garden have been left untended and naturally 'wild' so there's plenty of exploring to do but watch out for stinging nettles in places!
Long private driveway and lots of parking space.
- "A perfect house to enjoy the coast of Cornwall and relax in the beautiful house and garden." - "Even better than we thought from the photos and rooms have been upgraded. Set in very large grounds which was perfect for the puppy, husband, two "children" and their partners! I tried hard to find something not provided but it was impossible as the cottage had absolutely everything and more that you could ever need. Arrived after a long drive, unpacked and hit the Lazy Spa whilst the kids got to grips with the pizza oven. Had a couple of questions so had to email Angela who was very responsive and helpful each time. Great location between St Agnes and Perranporth and great for short drives to find dog walks including Trevellas Cove and the airfield. Lovely hidden location but close enough for a few short taxi rides our for dinner several evenings. Loved that all the taxi companies had notepads with the bookings and used a pencil so they could erase any cancellations, make sure you book your return journey before you get out but they tend to ask you anyway, not the place to ring and expect one straight away unless pre booked. We celebrated a birthday and wedding anniversary whilst there and the youngsters did lots of cooking using the Aga including baking a birthday cake using the Kitchen Aid, only issue is they now want a Kitchen Aid, Lazy Spa and Pizza Oven at home (thanks Angela!). Oh not forgetting introducing them to the turntable and vinyls, took quite a bit of explaining how they worked with the needle but they also one one of them for home. Loved pulling down the cinema screen and watching movies and listening to a bit of Bruce Springsteen on our 33rd wedding anniversary after our three course meal with cocktails courtesy of the young adults. There really are too many things to mention so just sharing a few highlights, we could have stayed a couple of weeks and still not used half the things provided. Oh and a good game of Trivial Pursuit on the final evening had us in competitive mode but pleased so say mum and dad won (and it was the modern version!). Thanks to Angela for sharing your beautiful cottage and to James who was quick to help with a couple of items."

- "A really well equipped, lovely home - just about everything had been thought of. We had the best time and can’t wait to go back." - "This is our second year holidaying with Cornwall Hideaways and I can’t recommend them enough. We had a couple issues with our property that couldn’t have been prevented and they resolved them all immediately. Great customer service. The property itself is spacious, airy and clean. It was our first time holidaying with our dog, I can honestly say there’s no evidence of dogs staying there previously. The kitchen is well equipped, had everything we needed, apart from oven gloves (unless of course we didn’t find them). The welcome package was very generous. The beds were comfortable, we all slept very well. The outside space it ample, plenty of room for my dog to have a mad five minutes. The BBQ was clean and easy to use. We love St Agnes, the walks are fabulous, the town very quaint, the beach is great and just a short walk from the property and a few pubs/cafes on the stroll home."

Summary:
Langley Cottage is a beautiful old miners cottage in the heart of St Agnes. Recently renovated with a contemporary edge whilst preserving period features, the cottage has a fresh yet homely feel with a large garden.
The Space:
Sleeps up to 6 guests with two kingsize bedrooms, one of which can be setup as a twin, and a third smaller room that can be setup as a single, twin or double. Travel cot also available. The bedrooms all share a family bathroom with bath/shower. Downstairs is a well-equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. Adjacent, the open-plan living & dining area with wood burner is the perfect spot to cosy up during winter stays. Please note that we've recently added a new annex in the garden, it is not available for guest use.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property and garden but not to the annex in the garden.
The Neighborhood:
The cottage is tucked away just off the high street so is within easy walking distance to local amenities, but still in a quiet and peaceful location. St Agnes has a wide array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, local craft shops, surf shops and more.
A short walk down the hill and you will arrive at Trevaunance Cove. During the Winter/Autumn months this is a popular surfing beach, but in Summer is usually very calm and safe for little ones. Water sports hire is also available down in the cove. From here, beautiful coastal paths lead off in both directions. A short walk East and you will arrive at the lesser-know Trevellas Cove. Continue on to find fields of blooming flowers in Spring and historic tin mine ruins!
Only 5 minutes drive round the headland is the white sand beach of Porthtowan. Another popular surfing destination, this beach has surf schools, gear rental and lovely cafes overlooking the ocean.
Getting Around:
Due to the remote nature of Cornwall, a vehicle is recommended for getting the most of your time here. Unrestricted parking is available in the surrounding streets including on Polbreen Lane and Lawrence Road. There is also a payable car park at the Library, 5 minutes walk away.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should be aware that there are potential hazards in the garden. There is a pond and raised area behind the ornamental garden structures, children should be supervised in the garden.
The BBQ is available for use from April to October.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available via message, email and phone during your stay. Any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch!

- "Absolutely faultless stay at Wheal Friendly Shepherds Hut. Stayed during the summer break in August. Accomodation was spotless and well layed out, easy to find and in a great location. Parking on site, free WiFi, plenty of plug sockets, outdoor seating. Stable door was great for the dog so we could use the hot tub and dog was secure. Hot tub was perfect on arrival, clean and warm, with great views. Staff were very attentive, it's attached to the hotel so there is reception staff available all the time, and they gave us some great recommendations on where to visit and when. Also, massive plus, we left a sentimental item behind, and the staff have found it and have arranged to return it to us by post. I wouldn't go in August again as the main areas such as Newquay were very busy. Really great stay, can't wait to come again, just a shame about the British weather! But that can't be helped."

Set at the end of a row of four and being and the furthest end from the road, Sparrow’s Nest cottage benefits from a more secluded feeling!
The cottage sleeps four (2 adults, 2 children) although light weight adults/teens can of course use the lower bunk if needed!
A high chair and travel cot are available upon request.
Well behaved dogs are welcome upon a pre-booking request with owners paying due care to protect furniture from muddy paws etc. and owners should aim not to leave the dog alone for long periods !
The cottage has a sizable upstairs open plan double bedroom, plenty of draws and hanging space and exposed oak beams. A Velux window adds brightness to this room and the small cottage bedroom window looks out onto a hedge-full of rather busy springtime sparrows!
Downstairs the sitting room benefits from the thick 'cob' walls which keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the autumn. There is plenty comfy seating, a 'Clearview' wood burner can be used for the 'real flame' enthusiasts (basket of logs, sticks, firelighters are provided and more can be purchased from the garage). There are books, dvds and games for both adults and children.
*Please note that there are lowish beams in the tiny area between the sitting room and kitchen, so if you are above average height/ very tall you will need to duck!
The downstairs bedroom has modern grey bunk beds, a small wardrobe and shelves, there is floor space to play with some of the toys provided. Teenagers could occupy this room if they are friends with each other!
As the second bedroom is on a different floor to the main bedroom it may not be suitable for families with very young toddlers.
The bathroom has a bath with over head electric shower, loo and antique style sink, slate floor and pale grey wood paneling.
The kitchen has most of the items one would expect (but not a dish-washer) and has plenty of cupboard space. It has a large fridge, separate under counter freezer and a modern gas cooker. There's a large wooden table with four chairs. It is spacious, bright and airy.
The Sonos speaker with built in Alexa provides music and information on demand!
French doors lead out onto the courtyard garden.
The private garden is a suntrap (when the sun decides to show!) and has two large 'throne' chairs that are most alluring! There is also a picnic table and barbecue. A whirrly type washing line is up a few steps.
With the candle lanterns flickering and the fairy lights twinkling it’s a very enchanting setting for a barbecue on a summer's evening.
There is also a smaller section of garden to the rear of the cottage with bistro table and chairs, this is a nice spot for the later evening sun.
The cottage has an 'artistic' and 'rustic' feel, many say it has a relaxing influence and although modernized many original features remain.
Safe parking is nearly always available on the road adjacent to the cottage, otherwise there's always places to park a tiny bit further down the road (within a 30 second walk).
A small footpath leads up to the cottage garden.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a low section in the cottage where taller than average people will need to watch their heads. There is a dangling sign to avoid bumps! Pre-renovation, this used to be a window and during the renovation/extension became part of the entrance to the kitchen from the sitting room. As the cottage is a listed building the wall was not allowed to be excavated to make it higher. It is generally not a problem and sounds worse than it is but it’s something I feel should be mentioned!
St.Agnes itself is a traditional and charming village, it is still one of those places where everyone says hello to each other and there is thankfully very little crime.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE:
This is an old Cornish cottage with very thick cob walls, it is not centrally heated as this would cause the cob to crumble and collapse, so it is important to be aware that if visiting during the cooler months that you will need to light the wood burner (and Rayburn if you want even more heat! )
Once warm, the cottage is very cosy and I can be on hand to assist with fire lighting instructions and ‘maintaining a fire’ skills if required.
Some logs and coal are provided to get you started and local garages usually have plenty for top ups.
There is also an electric heater for instant heat when needed.
- "Fantastic stay at this lovely homely quirky arty property, and so comfortable, we'll definately be back."

Summary:
A beautifully renovated cottage in the heart of St Agnes, this space is perfect for those looking for an authentic Cornish experience. Sleeps up to 6 with two double rooms, one of which has an ensuite, and one attic room with a day bed that can be set up as either 2 singles or one double. Additionally, there is a second family bathroom. The cosy lounge is great for relaxing after days at the beach or snuggling up to a film during winter stays.
The Space:
Adjacent is a newly fitted kitchen well-equipped with everything you should need. Outside is a small shingle area (~2 x 5m) with seating which overlooks horse fields and countryside. Free parking for 1 vehicle, plus overflow on street parking.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
The cottage sits on a quiet and peaceful street. However, all the local amenities and attractions are still within easy walking distance, so it gets the best of both worlds!
St Agnes is a traditional Cornish fishing town full of lovely restaurants, cafes, pubs, gift shops, surf shops and more. The town has 2 small beaches within easy walking distance from the cottage. The first is directly in the town so it can get quite busy, however just round the corner is another less-known cove that tends to be quieter. From here you can continue on stunning coastal paths complete with ruins of old tin mines! Just around the headland is Porthtowan, a much larger beach with great facilities. This is a popular surfing destination and has surf schools for beginners.
Getting Around:
Due to the remote nature of Cornwall, a vehicle is recommended for getting around.
Other Things to Note:
No smoking inside the property.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available via message, email and phone during your stay. Any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
- "We loved our stay in this pretty St. Agnes cottage. Very well equipped and up-to-date with a well thought out use of space. Highly recommended!"

A 400 year old Grade II listed Cornish cottage, renovated to provide most mod cons yet keeps its rustic charm. Ideal for small families or couples seeking a romantic getaway. It is cosy, quirky and comfortable.
The garden is tranquil and well behaved dogs are welcome.
The cottage is secluded yet within walking distance to the shops and pubs. Wonderfull cliff and beach walks await!
Sometimes there is flexibility with early arrival and late departure times, please feel free to ask!
The space
Set at the end of a row of four and being and the furthest end from the road, the cottage benefits from a more secluded feeling!
The village:
St.Agnes itself is a traditional and charming village, it is still one of those places where everyone says hello to each other, there are independent shops selling, fresh bread and pasties, vegetables, groceries, a wine bar, restaurants and several traditional pubs. Thankfully there is very little crime.
Fabulously walks are abundant around St.Agnes and beyond. ‘Poldark’ used many local sites for filming and author Rosamunde Pilcher wrote many novels set in Cornwall. There are attractions such as the Minack Theatre (such a unique experience… take an evening picnic !), the Eden Project and traditional coastal towns such as Falmouth that has the Martime Museum and St.Ives having plenty of art galleries and paved winding streets to peruse . There are so many things to do and see in the area for a a very wide variety of interests and of course Cornwall offers fabulous beaches and water sports too.
Guest access
Guests have access to the private garden outside the kitchen plus the back gravel garden which gets the evening sun during summer months.
Other things to note
The cottage is located on the edge of the village and so walking to the shops and pubs takes about 15 minutes on average. The closet beach is Trevaunance beach which takes about half an hour to walk to. There are several other beaches that are a car ride away. Trevellas 5 mins, Chapel Porth 5 mins, Porthtowan 8 mins, Perranporth 10 mins, Portreath 15 mins, Godrevy 25 mins and so on.
The lane has two resident cats, very friendly and charming but please do not feed or encourage into the cottage!
I am based further up the lane and have a small art workshop where I make picture frames a few days a week however this is completely separate to the cottage. Your privacy is extremely well respected.
Extra dogs after one dog are subject to an additional fee of £10.
Please also be sure enter the correct number of guests wishing to stay on the booking form. My price is based on two adults, extra guests are charged £10 per person per night to cover the extra laundry, cleaning etc. (this is added automatically at the checkout on Airbnb.) it also means I leave the correct number of towels etc.
Due to a comment in my reviews I will now mention the sofa!
Bought new from the renowned sofa and furniture specialist 'Loaf' several years ago, the sofa is somewhat low to the ground compared to some high street sofas, it is wide and squidgy, so anyone who is not great getting to their feet (or decides to sleep on it for the duration of their stay) may not find it comfortable to extract themselves. It is not a sofa bed . The seat pads and back cushions are all feather and NOT foam and are extremely comfy in my opinion for a spot to sit relax on for the evening but please look at the photo of the sofa before you book incase it's a deal breaker which may ruin your holiday!!!
I’d also very much encourage reviews to be written by the guests themselves rather than an AI generator which can actually generate artificial and rather strange sounding objective information.

Hyde Cottage is a tastefully renovated, quirky two bedroom character cottage ideal for romantic liaisons and fun visits. It has double glazing, central heating, two log burners and easy access to local amenities and surfing beach.
The whole house and garden (a garden gate is accessed across Wheal Kitty lane through the stable door). There is a right of way for our neighbour up the steps and along the path at the bottom of the garden bordering the road (but seldom used).
We live off site. Housekeeper lives in the village
Peterville has a surf shop, Jo's art gallery/studio, the Peterville Inn, and, at the other end of our terrace, the Tap House pub with its Skybar. Just a ten minute walk to Trevaunance beach. There are a number of quaint coffee shops and restaurants.
Parking is available in front of our garage which is next to the garden. This is accessed via a shared driveway/entrance a few yards up the lane; however the narrowness and steep approach requires a confident driver to reverse between the various obstacles.
Alternative parking is available just opposite our front door with no restriction and/or 200 yards up the hill on open land.
No 87 bus to Truro stops right opposite the property
For those who like walking with breathtaking views.... well it's all around you as you are right next to the Heritage Coastal Path and Chapel Porth with engine room landmarks galore. Our favourite walk is to march up Wheal Kitty lane behind our cottage and in just a few minutes you are looking towards the coastline and open sea. You might carry on down to Trevellas Porth and back along the cliff edge working up a thirst to visit the Driftwood Spars pub.
Alternatively you can pop into Wheal Kitty Workshops and book yourself into a board shaping workshop, visit Finisterre clothing shop or just enjoy a healthy meal for a fiver at the 'Canteen'.
Having its own surf school Trevaunance Cove is ideal for surfing beginners. Keen surfers are just 12 mins drive from the more challenging Porthtowan.
Other activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, coasteering and horse riding are available locally.
Truro with its beautiful cathedral is a scenic place to enjoy shopping (option to park and ride or No 87 bus right opposite Hyde Cottage).
And of course the further west you are the closer the north and south coasts are to each other for interesting outings such as St Ives, St Michael's Mount, the Minack theatre, Falmouth, Praa Sands to name but a few.
Just a ten-minute walk down to the beach, Peterville has a surf shop and number of restaurants. St Agnes itself has plenty of quaint coffee shops and a famous bakery. The Peterville Inn is a great local pub at the end of our street and The Taphouse at the end of our terrace is a funky local bar with fantastic food. Jo's art gallery/studio is directly opposite, as well as a bus stop that will take you to Truro or Newquay.

You have access to the whole property and meadow - a path that joins the coastal path is found just off the drive / track.
Other things to note
One of the joys of West Polberro is that, if you don’t want to, you really don’t need to get in your car.
The pretty village of St Agnes is a 15 minute walk away and has 3 pubs, multiple restaurants and a wide range of shops including a bakery, butchers, greengrocers, newsagent and post-office. Hot early morning croissants fresh from the Bakery are a favourite treat of ours.
Trevaunance beach is a 20 minute beautiful walk along the coastal path towards St Agnes – and is a lovely family beach with opportunities for kayaking and surfing as well as restaurants and a pub. A further 20 minutes along the cliffs takes you to Trevallas Porth and the Blue Hills tin mine.
Chapel Porth is a gem of a National Trust beach that is a 45 minute spectacular cliff walk away in the opposite direction. The beach is glorious with rock pools and caves at low tide and a wonderful café. It also is the starting point for multiple walks, inland to the Beacon or Mingoose, or along the cliffs to Porthtowan and the Blue Bar.
Further afield
The cathedral city of Truro is a 20 minute drive away and has a quiet charm with its cobbled streets, a wide range of independent shops, multiple cafes, restaurants, the Museum of Cornwall and the impressive cathedral itself.
The Bowji is also a convenient base for day trips to the south coast of Cornwall with its estuaries and rolling, wooded coastal scenery that provide such a contrast to the more rugged north coast. Highlights include beautiful coastal walks, the Lizard peninsula, the Eden Project, the lost gardens of Heligan, the Fal estuary, Tremenheere and the towns of Newlyn and Mousehole.
St Ives with its artistic heritage, the Tate modern and the Hepworth museum is a 45 minute drive away, and the far west of Cornwall with its Neolithic monuments and remote beauty is also within easy reach for day trips.

Lots of what St Agnes has to offer is available on foot from the cottage. There are many dining options a short stroll in almost any direction and it’s just as easy to pick up a pint of milk or every day essentials from the local shop, we recommend the Spar shop up the road for that. There is free on-street parking on British Road and it is also possible to park directly outside the cottage to make unloading easier.
Other things to note
The second bedroom is very small and is really best suited to young children. Having said that, the bunk beds are full size and teenagers and adults have happily stayed in this room. The dining table is compact but with the extra seats stashed under the stairs it is possible to seat 4. The staircase is narrow and we are unable to install a stair-gate.

15 minutes walk to the beach, Mapled Cottage is well situated for the local shops, pubs, bars, coffee shops, takeaways, eateries, restaurants and bus stops, and is within striking distance of Truro and Redruth.
The small front garden is a sun trap in which to sit and watch the pleasant bustle of village life go by, whilst the village garden of rest at the back offers peace and tranquility and is the most perfect dog walking area.
Mapled is located in a small terrace of cottages and overlooks a road. There are two steps leading down to the property.
Recommended for singles, doubles or trios. However, the single bed in the small second bedroom has a second pull-out single bed stored underneath, so could sleep 4, by arrangement.

Coombe Cottage, a Grade II listed building, is situated within the heart of St. Agnes making it easy and convenient for accessing the village. You can enjoy a range of walks either to Chapel Porth beach or Trevaunance Cove or up and over the St. Agnes Beacon for panoramic views.
So no children or pets. Lots of people request this but i sadly have to decline.
The space
As the cottage is my home you will have access to all items in the cottage to make your stay that little bit easier - toiletries, cooking ingredients etc. If there is anything specific you may need, just ask and i will do my best to cater for your individual needs.
I have had a lot of requests for Luna, the cottage cat, to stay with guests. Sadly she is now resting in the garden so not able to join you anymore.
Please be aware this is a cottage with beams in the lounge and some low door frames. Most average height folk have to duck
their head going into the kitchen and if you are very tall, over 6ft, you will reach the lounge ceiling beams.
During the spring/summer season a gardener may visit for an hour. On Friday mornings my linen is dropped off to a safe box outside by back gate. Mark is quiet and swift so it’s unlikely you will even notice.
Guest access
You have access to the whole cottage and garden. 1 room is not for use and will contain my personal belongings. This room will not be locked for access to the fuse box.
Other things to note
Parking is available up the road from the cottage, approx 50 metres. This is non restricted road side parking. There is also a public car-park in Trelawny Road (Library carpark) which is a 45 second walk from the cottage.
For longer stays over the winter months (3 month minimum stay) please note no pets or reductions in monthly cost.

The space
Welcome to 39 Perran View – our cosy family holiday cottage tucked into a peaceful corner of a friendly, well-kept holiday park on Cornwall’s beautiful north coast. This isn’t a business to us – it’s our family’s happy place. Over the years, we’ve kept it light, open, and welcoming – just how we like it. We’ve included everything we’d want for a relaxing stay, along with a few extras our guests often appreciate – a local guidebook filled with our personal favourites, a few board games, and a smart TV for relaxing evenings after long walks or beach days.
We don’t live far, and we’re always happy to help with any questions or local advice. We hope that when you stay at our cottage, it feels like your own home by the sea – because that’s exactly what it’s been for us.

Other things to note
Before You Arrive
Address of the Property:
39 Perran View
Perran View Holiday Park (part of the John Fowler Group)
Trevellas, Cornwall
TR5 0XS
Note: We are located on the far distant left corner of the site, cosily tucked away. When you come to the bend in the road, look diagonally to the left and you’ll see the cottage about 50 ft away (We have included a handy site map on the next page)
Getting Here:
We recommend approaching the park from Perranporth via the B3285. As you leave town, you’ll pass the Green Parrot pub (a Wetherspoons) on your right. Continue along the road and, after passing a camping shop on your left, take the next right turning – this will lead you directly to Perran View Holiday Park.
Parking:
There is free onsite parking within the holiday park, and it’s possible to drive right up to the property for drop-off and pick-up.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in is from 4:00pm
Check-out is by 10:00am
On the morning of your arrival, we’ll send your unique four-digit key safe code. This will allow you to access the key from the secure box next to the front door on the left at head height.
Linen & Towels
We provide fresh bed linen for all guests, so there’s no need to bring your own sheets or bedding. However, we don’t provide towels, so please do remember to pack bath towels and anything else you’d like for the beach or pool. We find it keeps things simple and means you can bring exactly what you’re most comfortable using.
A quick note about pets:
We’re really sorry, but we aren’t able to welcome dogs at the cottage – even the very well-behaved ones. One of our grandchildren has a severe allergy to dog hair, so we’ve had to make the difficult decision to keep the property completely pet-free. We do love dogs ourselves, so we hope you understand and aren’t too disappointed.
Strictly no smoking:
We kindly ask that guests do not smoke anywhere inside the cottage.
We’ve also put together a welcome pack which will be waiting for you when you arrive. it covers everything about the cottage and the site. We also include a short guide with some of our favourite local walks, beaches, and places to eat – the ones we keep going back to ourselves. We really hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we do, and that you’ll feel just as at home here as we always do when we arrive.
This isn’t a business for us – it’s a special family place, and we’re so happy to be able to share it.
Warm wishes,
Frances & Bob Hall
