Great Happy Hour say the local bar about 8 blocks away. Took me 25 minutes to walk and the drinks are starting. Great way to meet people. I can't wait to return, would definitely come back to same location. "

I enjoyed the experience enough that I went and changed and moved to another one of their different rooms in their property so I can experience that too. I love that area of silver lake it's like coming home for me and I would highly recommend the space. They have other properties as well that I'm looking forward to being able to check out in the near future that are also very unique spots that shouldn't be missed I think. as far as hospitality and an experience goes they are top notch and providing that thank you so much. - "My stay was a good one. The family is warm and welcoming yet professional. The house is quite large and my rear of the house room (#5) was spacious, secure and comfortable. I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs; they came in handy as the room is right beside the kitchen. Not terribly noisy, but noticeable to me without earplugs. I would absolutely stay again and am curious to see what the house is like in the busy season with more than two guests. (There was only one guest other than me during my stay, so it was very quiet.) Location is great, walking distance to many great restaurants and markets. Fantastic bagel spot on corner of Franklin Ave and Lincoln Place and great Caribbean food even closer. Unable to speak on transportation since I drove. As always, on the street parking in NYC is not fun with alternate side and no parking lots or decks in the neighborhood, so be warned! All things considered, it was a great stay."

There is plenty of parking in the Public Parking across the street, $20 per night. The entrance is a door that is locked and only registered guests can enter. Friendly staff, clean room, 2 towels, clean shared bathroom and showers (never a line). Once the room door was closed and the air conditioner on, could not hear a thing, quiet. If you slept with the window open, there would be traffic noise. Over-all, great stay."
