Redwood Tiny is the newest addition to the parcel. It is one of four units on the property but it is fenced off to where you might not get to interact with other guests on the parcel.

It has its own private entrance driveway accessed through an alley. Additional shared parking and private patio can be accessed through the Redwood 583 side as well if that entrance is desired.

The home overall gives a peaceful, comfortable, shady vibe. You’ll be surrounded by trees, redwood and new furnishings. The home is mainly divided into two parts. One side including the entrance, AC unit, TV, kitchen, dining area, laundry and pantry.

The other side would feature the bathroom, bedroom, closet, TV, drawer, and leads to the back patio via a huge sliding door.

The private fenced off patio includes patio furniture, a small coffee table, a water fountain, string lights and outdoor storage. Outdoor water spouts and electrical sockets are located in either side of building.

Guests have complete access to the home, the private front driveway & entrance and private patio. This entire section is enclosed and can be locked as you wish while renting.

Centrally located in one of Tupelo’s historic neighborhoods, just minutes away from local eateries, parks, shops, Cadence Bank Arena, Tupelo Regional Airport, as well as the birthplace of Elvis Presley. Our space is recently 100% renovated and ready for your peaceful stay, complete with a large kitchen area, queen size bed, a spacious walk-in shower, as well as access to the pool. The space
The property is a recently renovated guesthouse next to our primary residence. It has a full bathroom, full kitchen area complete with countertop appliances, a living area, and bedroom.

The bedroom is a separate room, however, it is set up more like a loft: the bedroom walls do not go up to the ceiling (this is for airflow from the mini-split).


Guests have first access to the pool; should we plan to use it during your stay, we will reach out to you beforehand. The pool is open year round, however, it is warm usually between Memorial Day through the middle of September.

The space
The property is quiet and beautiful in the trees and mountains. It is private. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom bunk and twin size bed on top bunk.

The space
This space accommodates up to four guests, featuring:

Please note that while this unit can host up to four adults, it may feel tight with that many guests. It's a great fit for couples or small families.

Guests have private access to the entire downstairs unit, including a separate entrance and a carport for parking up to two vehicles.

Other things to note
This area isn’t particularly walkable, but you’ll have quick access to major roads and it’s just a five-minute walk to the trolley station. The bathroom has not been renovated recently and shows some minor cosmetic wear, but it’s clean and fully functional. There’s no thermostat in the unit, but the temperature is set for your comfort, and we’re happy to adjust it if needed. We also kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours between 10PM and 6AM, as this is a family-friendly neighborhood.

Comfortable new construction second story cottage nestled in the trees. Centrally located in Mt. Pleasant close to restaurants and beaches. 9 minutes to Sullivans Island, 12 minutes to Isle of Palms and 15 minutes to Credit One stadium on Daniel Island. Historic Shem Creek with its many restaurants is only 1 mile away.
This retreat has a Queen size bed, full bathroom with washer & dryer. The kitchen is equipped if you want to prepare a home cooked meal.

Guest access
Once you enter the premises you will go up 14 steps to your private cottage and porch. There is no shared area with the host in this area. The downstairs garage area is not accessible to the guest and therefore not shared.
