Our barndominium has all the basics in a unique, brand-new space for your stay. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, a working desk area, and a hanging garment rack.

The two identical *UPPER-LEVEL* lofts each have a queen bed, a nightstand, and a small fan. Ladders to the loft spaces can be removed and stored away when not in use.
***Guests who utilize the loft areas should feel comfortable climbing a standard ladder (see pictures with the ladders in use).***

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy cooking during your stay.

A dining table for six and a living room area with a comfortable sectional, perfect for watching a movie or reading a good book.

Outside, there is a comfortable sitting area with a fire pit. Wood will be provided if you choose to use the fire pit.

Our family lives in a home next to the barndominium. We enjoy hosting and are available should you need anything during your stay. We will respect your privacy, but please be aware that there will be activity on the property, and our normal life will continue around you.

Our fully fitted efficiency is uniquely located on a quiet fenced 2.5 acres in near north Indianapolis, convenient to everything. The main house where we live is 110 years old and the apartment is in a separate building in the rear.
The property is great if you're bringing a pet but please review the pet rules prior to booking.

The space
Ty and Reggie's place is named for our two resident standard poodles. The rental is in a building at the rear of our house which was built in 1913. Our house is on 2.5 fenced and partially wooded acres. The property and apartment are pet friendly. and will share the yard with Reggie, & Ty. Located in the historic Mapleton Fall Creek neighborhood the apartment has been recently restored.

Total space is about 700 square feet. There is a large room with separate living and sleeping areas. The unit has a king bed and a queen hide-a-bed. There is a fully fitted kitchen and bath and a utility room with washer and dryer.

There is a 3 adult maximum occupancy limit.

Our yard is fully fenced with gated access. Well mannered pets are welcome. (Please let us know what you're bringing and review the pet rules.) There is a patio, grill, and outdoor furniture dedicated to this unit and off-street parking for a maximum of two cars.

Other things to note
This is a unique quiet property suitable for college visits, businessmen, and tourists. We offer HD TV with all premium channels and on-demand movies as well as reliable wireless service.

We are close to a number of cycling and running trails in our neighborhood.

Pet Rules:

We’re happy to have your pets, and we do not charge a pet fee but please review and agree to the following rules prior to booking:
Briefly -
Don't leave your pets uncrated in the apartment when you are gone.
Pets cannot be left unattended while they are outside.
Pick up the poop.

In more detail -
1. Our family members include Reggie and Ty our standard poodles. Your dogs are welcome to use the yard, but not unattended. There is a small water garden in the front yard that a dog could fall in, but be unable to get out.
2. You may not leave your pets uncrated in the apartment if left alone. We have crates you can borrow if you need to be away and leave the dogs behind.
3. Please clean up after your pets. There are poop bags under the kitchen sink.
4. We’d prefer to not have your pets on the furniture, but if you must there is a couch cover in the laundry room.
5. We know pets can be well behaved at home, but in a strange environment can get into trouble. If there is damage please just let us know and we’ll figure out something that’s fair. You are responsible for your dogs conduct. There are cleaning supplies under the sink, dog towels, and supplies in the utility room.
6. This is our home so Reggie and Ty have free run of the grounds. Your dogs can also run unleashed, but with your supervision and after a proper introduction. Both Reggie and Ty are large (70#) and have a lot of energy. Ty (the brown male) is a lover and Reggie (the red female) is more protective initially, but typically gets along with everyone. They are both certified therapy dogs so have been socialized.
7. The property is completely fenced, but smaller dogs could go through the fence.
8. There are many nice areas for dog walks in the area and we can connect you with a groomer, daycare, or a vet if you need one.
9. We love animals and welcome those with responsible owners.
