This cabin is located on 20 acres of land off a private gravel road that is just off of Highway 321 in Blowing Rock. While we don't have many neighbors, the ones we do have are very friendly and you may see them driving by throughout the day. The cabin is situated at the top of the only road in and out of the community, so please make sure to not block the road in any way that could obstruct our neighbors' access.

Highway 321 will be cleared appropriately in winter months. As for the road off of 321 to this cabin, it is paved but in the event of inclement weather - 4WD or AWD is suggested in winter months.

While the road to the house does melt quickly, it can be tricky with snow.

If you’re headed further into the High Country, we’d encourage you to take a drive. We highly recommend taking the longer route on the Blue Ridge Parkway to get from where you are to where you’re going. If you’re looking for another scenic route, be sure to take Shull’s Mill road if you’re headed toward Banner Elk or Valle Crucis.

While you stay, there will be plenty of room to park. Feel free to park on the concrete next to the garage or on the gravel.

It's a short walk across railroad tracks to the Winter Park base area and that worked fine for us. The house is well maintained and appointed and service by the management company was excellent." - "This place is spacious, extremely well prepared & equipped. The kitchen especially has all you would ever need. There is excellent parking. There is a train nearby, but we scarcely noticed it. We went there for skiing & found the easiest way to the Winter Park slopes was to walk 8 to 10 minutes to the base area. The host is very responsive. Plus, we really enjoyed skiing at Winter Park. Welcome to "No Deadlines"!
This was a weekend house originally started in 1969 and completed in 1970 by a family of four consisting of a husband & wife with their two small boys. They did all the work themselves on the weekends from start to finish with the help of the husband’s father.
Nestled in a quiet cove off the main channel of Rock Creek, No Deadlines was extensively remodeled starting in 2024 and completed in 2025 by the oldest of the two sons and his wife. Originally the house consisted of two bedrooms and one bath with a low height basement or storage. The remodel included having the upper portion of the house raised to create more ceiling room in the basement so it could be finished for living quarters. The upstairs dining room, the downstairs bath and the lake storage room all were added on at this time as well. Remaining in the family but creating an environment for others to enjoy just as they did so many years ago.
With all the business in the world, it’s nice to be able to relax at a quiet shaded place on the lake and get back to the simple things in life such as family and friends and forget about any deadlines that may be waiting back at the office.
We truly hope you enjoy the lake fun, family, friends and relaxation as much as we do and create as many memories as possible.

Guest access
While your private quarters are limited to one bedroom, quests have access to the whole house including the pool, with exception to the garage. Two bedrooms are available for guests (Bedroom 1 = 2 single beds, Bedroom 2= 1 queen bed), with a shared bath between. Depending on number of occupied bedrooms, guests may or may not have private bathroom. Host has private bathroom, which is not a shared space.

During your stay
Host is not on site full time. She is available as needed when not on site.

Other things to note
Private bedrooms do not have exterior access or locks from the outside of the room. Host splits time between Ohio and Florida. She may or may not be there for part or all of your stay. Many times, she will have her dog with her while in Florida. Pets are accepted on individual basis. Please inquire via private message. Additional pet fee will apply and cleaning fee maybe increased. Guests may use the washer and dryer but are asked to provide their own laundry supplies.

Eastvale with new houses and high-quality residents: the houses here are all built after 2000, with large-sized family rooms. Good location: The location of Yicheng is very good. It is only a ten-minute drive from Chino Hills. It is located in the middle of the four highways 71, 60, 15, and 91. It is adjacent to Riverside City, San Bernardino, Orange County and Los Angeles County, the transportation is very convenient.

This is a New Home located on Eastvale in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket with walking distance and shopping center.
STREET SWEEPING :-
Please do not park your vehicles on the street on 1st and 3rd MONDAY from 8 am to 2 pm. You can park in our driveway during these times to avoid being ticketed. Thank you.
