We were pleased with all of the extra COVID precautions (no bedspreads, almost everything in kitchen removed except for plates/glasses/utensils for 6 people). And almost everyone in town was wearing masks, seemed respectful of and observing social distancing norms, etc. The location was great - very close to Vons, restaurants, the village. We went on several great hikes, and just enjoyed a few days of mountain air. We look forward to returning! The property managers can take a few hours to reply via text. That didn't end up being an issue for us, but I must say that I'm used to quicker response times when renting places. "

gondola. Recently upgraded with a 60in LCD, Dolby Digital Surround
Sound theater with HD Cable, Playstation3 and Blu-Ray DVD player. A
library of movies, PS3 games, board games and books this is the
perfect family friendly mountain retreat. HD Flat Panel Television and
Blu-ray in the Master Suite and Guest room. This spacious and comfy
split level floor plan unit is perfect for entertaining and spending
time together. The master bedroom has a king and en-suite bathroom and
the second bedroom has bunk beds with a Queen top and bottom and an

Completely remodeled. Unit gets lots of sunshine but is shaded enough that it stays cool in the summer. Kitchen is fully stocked for anyone that wants to cook. Coffee, tea, creamer and sweeteners are provided as well as towels and basic toiletries. Enjoy a hotel experience with a private home atmosphere. Please note there is no basic cable, only Netflix under our account. You are free to stream something else if you have your own account. No pets allowed due to our HOA rules.

Living Room: Living room boasts a couch that can fold out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space (linens provided). Boot trays are provided for ski boots, hiking boots. Smart TV w/ Roku.

Bedroom: Bedroom has a queen bed (all linens provided), dresser, large window (with blackout curtains), sleeping sound machine, closet with hangers, and Smart TV w/ Roku.

Bathroom: Bathroom has a tub/shower combination, toilet, single sink.

Parking: Parking is free and for 1 car only. The parking is immediately outside the apartment in the parking lot.

Gear Storage: Ski and Snowboard lockers located on front porch.

Transportation: Free year-round town shuttle stop (red Line) is 1/2 block away. Shuttle takes you to the Village and Main Lodge or you can transfer lines and go to Canyon Lodge. Eagle Lodge seasonal shuttle picks up/drops off across the street.

Location: Restaurants are next door and more within walking distance. Vons grocery store is 5 minutes walk. Eagle Lodge- 5 min drive, Main Lodge 13 min.

All spaces in the apartment are private and for the guest only.

Other things to note
During winter, the driveway is snow plowed often throughout the day (and night during storms) to ensure access to the apartment & slopes.

We generally have fast, reliable internet, but can’t guarantee there will be no interruptions.

We do our best to keep our place clear of insects and critters, but we are surrounded by nature so cannot guarantee you won’t encounter any.

Bears are active throughout the year so no smelly items (food, etc) should be left in cars overnight.
