This is a new luxurious house with a fully carpeted cozy 3 bedroom inexpensive basement unit with a full kitchen, no stove that accommodates 8 people with a full bathroom, microwave, kettle, fridge, washer and dryer. Why spend so much to have a stove when you can use the money to order out and experience a variety of foods. 2 free car parking available. The main floor and top level are separate areas with separate entrances. The front porch and garage are off-limits. The backyard and driveway are shared areas. There is 1 security camera at the side of the house that is turned off. Please come and enjoy your stay. The lake is only 10 minutes drive. The children's park is across the street. Walking trails are 5 minutes away. All amenities and major stores are 7 minutes drive.

Newly constructed, large, bright, quiet (800 sq. ft) loft in our house. Only 2.5 km from highway 401, 15 km from 407 and 21 km to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. This self contained bachelor style apartment with kitchenette and laundry facilities, is accessed through a private entrance. The full second story of our house, looks onto the treetops from all directions. Close to stores/restaurants but away from traffic. You will have a key to lock the side door entrance and the Airbnb space.

Apartment is accessed through a shared side entrance and comes complete with a full private 3 piece ensuite bathroom, large sitting area, kitchenette and laundry facilities.
