Hello this is Ed’s Cabin at Chicos landing in Orihula Wisconsin. This is the perfect weekend getaway for fishing along with boating and having a great time with friends or family. * Enjoy beautiful sunsets in a newer, modern, three bedroom cottage located on the spectacular North shores of Lake Poygan in Tustin/Town of Bloomfield, Wisconsin. This quiet 1,800 square foot getaway is not your typical old, dated cottage. It sleeps 8-10 in three bedrooms and a loft and has three baths and all the amenitites required for relaxation without the worries.
* We provide everything from toilet paper to pots and pans to beach towels. You'll just need to bring your willingness to relax and have fun along with your personal items and some food. We're not cooks so you are on your own there. There are however, several restaurants a short drive away.

- "This property is very nice! We all (there were 8 of us) enjoyed our time there immensely. I do feel that the supplies that should have been readily available were not there, i.e., garbage bags, kleenex, paper towel, dish towels and cloths etc...We were there for 5 days and had to ask for replenishment, which was handled by the property owner right away. That being said, the air conditioning and screen porch were absolute lifesavers. The screen porch is amazing and our family lived out there! The house is very well built and very quiet. We enjoyed our time there and hope to get back some day!"

This premier two story Full Log cabin includes all amenities and sleeps up to 9 people, has a kitchenette, 1 ½ bathrooms, and a spacious back deck overlooking the Partridge Lake Channel Front.

Every year in early May, the White-bass arrive in Fremont to produce some of the best fishing of the year. People travel from across the country for the White-bass Run. There are no daily limits, and it’s not uncommon for a boat to bring in 100 fish in a day! - "My family of 6 (including 4 kids ages 6-10) loved this cabin and location! It was so quiet and there was a lot of yard space for the kids to play. The lake is beautiful and the cabin has a great view. It was a nice quiet lake for our children to tube and learn to ski. The small channel next to the cabin was perfect for playing on the paddle boards. Rhonda was very helpful and accommodating! Our only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer! It was an excellent place to stay for the Oshkosh airshow too."

The cottage was spotless and well equipped, The hosts were available if we needed anything , but not bothersome. We had a multitude of water toys available. If we had little kids, the room with the 2 double bunk beds would be perfect, but it was also perfect for my adult sons because the lower beds are full size or queen! - "Loved our birthday trip to Fremont at this cozy, riverfront home. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was there. We did a lot of cooking. Also, there is a Citgo on the Way in, to pick up ice, as there were no ice trays or ice. Easy to pick up on the way in. Also, the bed was so comfortable!! I can't say that about 90% of the places we've stayed. The view from the bed alone every morning, is stunning. Waking up everyday to sunshine and greenery was amazing. Loved all the personal touches. The pictures are exactly what this place looks like. We drank coffee and ate our meals out on the deck, and enjoyed the river and greenery. It was so relaxing. I highly recommend it. We can't wait to come back. John was very responsive, and helped us with whatever we needed. He even recommended the farmers market in Oshkosh on Saturday mornings. So great! It is absolutely picturesque and very relaxing. There is a spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom upstairs. And the bathroom is on the bottom floor. So be prepared, the beautiful spiral staircase is not for weak knees. 😂 It wasn't really much of a problem for us. I do feel like I got a pretty good calf workout. And just a heads up, there is a 'resort' next door, with little log cabins. It has a full bar only open on Saturdays, cash only. Lots of boats stop by. We went and had a blast, however the ATM was down. Luckily we had cash on us. They used to serve food, but not at the moment."

- "Property is easy to get to, minutes to town. Very clean and host was very pleasant to work with. Great neighbors." - "I booked this cute little property for myself, sister and 82 year old mother to spend the weekend for a spring fest event. There was plenty of space for us. 2 bedrooms and an additional room with two twin beds. It was perfect. The host gave us recommendations on a couple little towns to go to for cute shops only 20 minutes away. Waupaca & King. There are 3 bar restaurants within a mile and a half or so. Great options! Nice quiet neighborhood and it was great to be on the river. Super fast communication with the host. I can't say enough about how happy we were. Cell signal was fine for using hot spot for internet. Great little spot!"

The home definitely met my high standards of cleanliness. The host responded in a very timely manner and was a pleasure to speak with. She was caring and thoughtful and tended to all our needs. Parking – We are limited on our parking, so each cabin is allowed only one parking space in the driveway of the resort. If you will have more than one vehicle you will need to park them along the street (you can park on both sides of the street in front of the resort) or in the parking spots by the school located across the street (when school is not in service). Boat trailers can be parked in the grass area off the street or the Fremont American Legion-VFW offers free trailer parking in the area by the army tank, address is 322 Waupaca St Fremont and there is a sign where to park trailers. If we are not fully booked, we may be able to offer additional parking in the driveway but please ask first.
No-Smoking – ALL OF OUR CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING. If you or your guests smoke inside of a cabin you will be billed for the cost to restore the cabin to 'non-smoking' condition. Costs will include all cleaning supplies and labor involved.

- "very nice and clean" - "My son and myself stayed alone for the first time away from home. Was close enough to all the downtown fun, yet far enough away to be able to sleep. We rented a jetski and never worried once about other guests, messing with it. Hosts were friendly, and warmly welcomed us. So many memories made. We will never forget it! - "Very small cabin; luckily, it was just the two of us, and we only stayed for two nights before heading up north. I would not recommend this for more than two people; it was very cramped. Don't bother trying to use the stove or trying to cook or anything like that; it's just way too cramped. But other than that, it was clean, easy to find and access, located literally right on the river, and just down the street from all the bars and restaurants. If you're looking for a good breakfast before starting your day, I would recommend the Hotel Fremont. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience; the price was fair for what you get."

Clemins Retreat is less than 100 yards from a public boat launch. If you are wanting to keep your boat/WaveRunner at a dock, there would be a $30/day fee at Clemins River Resort (directly across the street on the Wolf River). For dock reservations/availability, please reach out to Clemins River Resort. From the water, you can boat for hours up river to the nearby sand bar/gathering area, and up to New London and beyond. Or boat down the river all the way to Lake Winnebago along the way you hit multiple lakes and bars and restaurant's. There’s plenty to do in the area too -- golfing, hiking, biking and outdoor activities abound. There’s also lots of shopping with antique and gift shops like no other in Wisconsin. After a day on the water, come back and enjoy the relaxing the patio with a beverage by the fire. Clemins Retreat has its own private covered patio with a gas grill, fire place and bar.

Centrally located in Wolf River Country, we are a short drive from the EAA grounds, The Iola Old Car Show, Timber Rattlers Stadium, Lambeau Field and numerous casino’s. Food and beverage choices abound within a few minutes walk and other local favorites are a short ride away. Self check-in with Smart Lock is at 3:00 PM on the day you arrive. - "Excellent!" - "We needed a place to stay for a youth softball tournament in New London. All hotels and rentals were booked in the area. We found this place and it gave a great place to stay sleep, shower and take advantage of a couple nice attractions around the area. The only suggestion would be to remind families with children to bring a long a life jacket for a walk down to the river."

Cabin on Lake Poygan channel! Direct access to the lake, with two boat lifts and docks for all your water toys. Kayak, stand up paddle board, or just relax by the fire (indoors or out) while the lake life washes over you. All modern furnishings, one king bed, one queen, three bunks and a trundle. Fish from the dock or take the water toys out to the lake. Lake Poygan is over 14000 acres of fun. Winter offers ice fishing, ice skating, and snow mobiling (snow mobile trail accessable by lake).

The space
From a record player with bluetooth, to a fully stocked kitchen, this is the place to relax and cut loose. There is a water purifier on the sink for the best tasting water, but no dishwasher so you may want to bring disposable plates if you aren't keen on hand washing. Also included is access to the garage, containing a foosball table, big screen tv with streaming capabilities, couches and a bar area for outdoor fun and extra space to spread out. There is a live well to hold fish you’ve caught until you’re ready to clean them. Our bunk room has three bunk beds and a trundle bed that pulls out. The bunks are twins and recommended for children or smaller adults. *Disclaimer- the channel does get algae filled in some of the summer months. Boats can go through but swimming and fishing from the dock is very limited.

The driveway is very long and can accommodate parking for up to 4 cars comfortably. Poy sippi is the closest town (8 min drive) and has a little store for groceries and household goods.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and beautiful A-frame cabin on the Wolf River with sweeping views & a large dock for your boat & swimming! Excellent watersports, 20 min up river to Partridge Lake/Fremont, 20 min down river to Lake Poygan. This is the perfect place to stay for EAA! The Wolf River is a fisherman's dream, you can fish right off the dock for bass, walleye, and more. Checkout our Guidebook for some of our favorite places to go and other recommendations!

The space
There are 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and faces the river side with access to an attached enclosed porch.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and faces the road side and Bedroom #3 is attached to it. You have to pass through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd sleeping area. The 3rd sleeping area has two twin size camping mats and is perfect for kids!

The blue slide in the cover photo belongs to our neighbor. It's not available for our guests. We have installed a tan slide on our dock that guests may use.

The ski boat in the photo is not available for guest use. You may tie up your own boat or boat that you rented to our dock or seawall using your own boat bumpers. Please note, this area of the river is in a “no wake” space on weekends and holidays. Otherwise, wake is permitted and sometimes rough.

Swimming off the dock is great! It is a river so it is moving and there is a current. People who are not strong swimmers are advised to wear a life vest to make it easier to swim. There isn't seaweed growing in the water because the current keeps the bottom sandy/gravel. It's about 4-5 feet deep off the seawall and 8-10 feet deep off the dock. We have a ladder off the dock which makes it easy to get in and out.

Other things to note
The Wifi connection can be spotty and slow. Remember this is a rural area with only one internet provider available. It's functional for streaming and normal browsing, but you should not rely on it for video calls (i.e. Zoom). You may need to use your own personal hotspot at times. Hopefully you are not working while on vacation :)

Welcome to our 5-bed/3-ba Airbnb, directly across the Wolf River in the picturesque town of Fremont, Wisconsin. Walk over to the Nauti Turtle for dinner and drinks on the river or head down to the Fremont Beach for swimming and launching your boat. The house has a 4 bedroom, 2 bath in the main area and an attached private 1b/1bath suite! The screened in porch is ideal to spend mornings & evenings. Children's items, the fire pit (w/wood), kitchen and grill are all prepared for your easy arrival!

The space
Welcome to our tranquil 5-bedroom, 3-bath Airbnb, nestled near the breathtaking Wolf River in the picturesque town of Fremont, Wisconsin.

This spacious and inviting retreat is the perfect destination for families and friends seeking a peaceful escape surrounded by natural beauty. With five comfortable bedrooms, there's ample space for everyone to relax and recharge after exciting days of exploring the area.The main level boasts of a large living room, dining room and kitchen all inter-connected. The back patio is directly outside the kitchen and is screened in to allow for maximum enjoyment. There are 4 bedrooms on the lower level (Master = King, Bunk Beds = Full & Twin, Green Plush Room = Queen, Back Bedroom = Full) with two full bathrooms on this level.

The efficiency apartment (accessed on the outside of the kitchen wall) has it's own kitchen, full bath, bedroom = queen, additional working desk area, and living room. This set-up allows for multiple families/friends to come and go within their stay for slight segregation, but allowing all to be together when desired.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful stay. Soft, cozy bedding and charming decor create a warm and welcoming ambiance, inviting you to unwind and enjoy a good night's sleep. We have dock space for your boat, or you can rent one of ours. We rent : pontoons, Jon boats, and we have 2 kyaks! Community bon fire area. Rate includes 4 guests. Each additional guest is charged $50 per person per night, which includes bedding and towels. Beds made for 4 guests is based on 2 persons per queen bed. Needing more bed space for 4 guests? There is a one time $15.00 charge per extra bed linens. Must notify me when making reservation. Upon arrival you will need to fill out rental agreement and give credit card information for incidentals. The pontoon boat is available to rent thru the owners of the property, which we will put you in touch with. We are not responsible for any pricing, maintenance, or issues you may experience with the boat. That being said, the owners are AWESOME and will make sure you have a great boat rental experience.
