If you are going to go make sure you take children because its more of a family & childrens place. I found this home on my birthday and knew it was MY home. I happily lived here for 10 years and loved it. Life took me in a different direction but I'm fortunate enough to be able to keep it in my life and thrilled to give you the opportunity to enjoy it. Directly across the street from Ochsner Park and free admission Zoo, enables you to enjoy the animals right from the front porch. Adjacent to Ochsner Park, is Baraboo's 3 mile Riverwalk that is part of the Wisconsin Ice Age Trail. If shopping is on your list, you are 0.5 mile from the downtown square and all it has to offer. 5 miles to Devil's Lake State Park, 12 miles to Wisconsin Dells, 14 miles to Cascade Mountain, 40 miles from Madison. Dane County Regional Airport and Dells Baraboo Airport service the area.

You will have the entire condo and it's private porch to yourself. The amenities at Lighthouse Cove are shared with other guests and residents but are never very full. This is a peaceful place to visit in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells.

Lighthouse Cove is a quiet mixed use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekender owners, and rental guests. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the Dells but in a quiet spot on the lake.
RENTAL AGREEMENT

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
6 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years or older unless preapproved by host.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.

• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.

No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

- "Our family of 5 adults and 1 infant stayed at this beautiful condo this past weekend while attending a friend's wedding in the area. The condo is exactly as pictured and described in the listing and was fully equipped with EVERYTHING! There are an abundance of mirrors in the place, along with 2 bathrooms, which came in very handy for the ladies doing hair, make-up, and dressing for the wedding! :) The condo was very clean and the open concept layout provides lots of room for families. Chris, our host, was quick to respond to us when we noticed an issue with the air conditioning not cooling properly, and he arranged for it to be fixed promptly. The home was completely renovated in 2022! It is located across from Lake Wisconsin with a modern open floor plan, lake views, and a large front deck. The free Merrimac Ferry (seasonal) is within walking distance or a short drive away. Devil's Lake State Park and the Ice Age Trail are nearby. We are 1.8mi from downtown Wisconsin Dells. Our property has 4 cabins, perfect for couples and friends to come to the same place and have their own accommodations, a Gathering House (Converted Tavern) social area, that is set up as an intimate and cozy atmosphere (think speakeasy), a 24x24 covered deck and 24x10 patio area. Follow the trail down the hill towards the river and you'll find 225ft of raised walkway through a natural Sandstone canyon that arrives at our private 80ft dock on the riverfront. You'll find excellent walleye, muskie and sturgeon fishing as well as carp and catfish sheep's head and a bounty of other stuff to catch along with scenery that will make you fall in love...

- "The location of the cabin was perfect. It was close to the Dells for activities, but quiet and remote. The cabin was updated and nicely decorated with all the amenities necessary. Appreciated the coffee and snacks! While we enjoyed relaxing in the cabin, the walk down to the river was our favorite part. We enjoyed sitting down on the dock and enjoyed the view both in the morning and late afternoon. (The lavender latte from the Gathering House made our morning on the dock even better!!😊) The Gathering House available to guests was equally as nice as the cabins. Very cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting in the house while we waited for the rain to pass and then we sat out by the bonfire. It was all ready to go for us and there was plenty of firewood to keep it going for a couple of hours. The hosts, Tanya and Cole were welcoming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. They have worked hard to make the Sandstone Rustic Retreat a beautiful home away from home! Look forward to visiting again in the future."

- "The stay was nice, so close to many activities!" - "We went to the Wisconsin Dells with our child’s basketball team. There was a total of 10 of us. The group consisted of two adults and 8 17year-olds boys. The property was very clean and had a nice open floor plan for all the kids to eat and do activities together. There was also a charcoal grill available and an outdoor fire pit with seating for 10, which was very fun for the kids as well. There was plenty of games to keep everyone busy if they wanted. PETS: No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises or in any unit.

Boats: No boat or watercrafts are allowed in the swimming areas. Guests will park the trailers in our secured lot across Canyon Rd.

Parking: Park in desginated blacktop parking areas or between the pine trees. No motor vehicles are to be driven on the property.

Property Equipment at Island Pointe Resort: Please refrain from removing the chairs from the clubhouse, beach or pool areas.

Pool: Parents must accompany children. Babies must wear swim diapers. You swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Glass is not allowed in the fenced pool area.

Two areas of confusion, it's listed as two bedrooms, but the second bedroom is a loft. Not a big deal - just didn't know the second bedroom was also the loft. We had the kids stay in the loft, so we had to be quiet on the main floor. Not a big deal, we were tapped after the dells anyway. Also laundry wasn't in the unit, but again not a big deal. One thing that is not noted in the listing, but was a pleasant surprise was there was a pull out couch in the loft. Awesome. All is good - kids already want to come back and stay here. We were very happy with our stay. Thanks!"

Used to be called Fairview Motel and there is no manager onsite for the property. All access is done via smart locks on each private entrance. Parking is available onsite in the lot provided for one vehicle per unit. There will be light construction during the week as we update the property. Please note pets are welcomed at this property, but if your pet causes any disturbance you will be issued a verbal warning. If disturbance continues you will be asked to leave the property. Pet fees are in place because we do not have an additional cleaning fee for pet friendly stays. This fee covers our cleaning teams time for additional cleaning needed from our fury friends.

The newest addition to our resort, the Park cabins offer guests a fresh stay at Sky High Camping Resort. This cabin sleeps 6 in two bedrooms with one full and two twin beds as well as a pull out couch in the living area. The Park cabin has a kitchen complete with a full fridge, a cooktop, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot as well as dishes and utensils available for your use. Additionally, this cabin has a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower.
