This is a one of a kind, recently built log cabin (named Olya's Log Cabin) located near Devil’s Lake State Park and 15 minutes from Wisconsin Dells. The cabin is also in the same subdivision as our other -similarly sized cabin available for rent (Oxana's Log Cabin). The cabin is beautifully furnished with custom made log furniture.

Our home is very comfortable and is perfect for families and friends "getaways" year round. This home is suitable for one or two families or a group of 10 -12 people.

On the main floor house has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, dining area with a large table, living room with a fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds and full bathroom. One of these bedrooms also has a TV.
Upstairs is a spacious loft which overlooks the great room and is perfect for relaxing, playing games, or an extra sleeping area. The loft has 2 full sized beds and 1 full sized futon, and a door leading to a small balcony.

The lower walkout level has another living area with a newly built wooden bar, full sized futon and TV. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds,one bedroom has TV, full bathroom, and laundry room with a washer/dryer and additional refrigerator.
Outside enjoy the 500 square foot raised wrap around deck with beautiful views, or sit under the larger covered porch. Other amenities include Cable TV's in all living areas and one bedroom, DVD players, wireless internet, emergency phone line, central AC, gas grill and outside large fire pit with 5 benches.

We are within walking distance to Devil's Lake State Park which offers year round outdoor activities and several restaurants, one of which is walking distance (Tumbled Rock Brewery and Kitchen ). There are also multiple local Wineries offering Wine tasting tours. Baraboo Golf and Country Club is located within a mile. The Super Walmart, grocery stores, additional restaurants are within minutes. The cabin is just 20 minutes from famous Wisconsin Dells or Baraboo. The Aldo Leopold Historical Site is just down the road, and Madison is a short 40 minutes away. Devil's Lake Lodge is located at the edge of Devil's Lake State Park and is our personal log vacation home, custom designed and built in 2005 and professionally decorated. We are conveniently located 2 blocks East from the main North entrance to the most diversified and unique state park in Wis. There is something for everyone to do. Nature abounds at every corner from old growth forests and stunning rock outcrops to beautiful clear water with rock reflections at every glance. We are within walking distance to hiking trails, rock climbing, swimming, fishing and boating with 2 great restaurants only 2 blocks away. Bird watching is outstanding due to the diverse landscape. Scuba diving is fantastic and fishing fun for all with many species including trout, walleye, bass, northern and of course every bodies favorite pan fish. Devils Lake prohibits gas motors making the lake always peaceful. We have 3 down hill ski, tubing, snow boarding hills in the area and the closest one is 7.6 miles away. We have horse shoe pits and yard games include volley ball and bean bag toss.
Our home has been a great location for family reunions with guests from around the world. Our 5 queen size beds offer a great nights sleep with cool breezes coming in the windows off the hills behind the house, or if you prefer enjoy the central air. Our big screen TV's in the great room and basement rec. room are satellite dish ready with DVD players and we have free WiFi for your internet needs. Our home is perfect for several family's since we have 2 bedrooms and one bathroom up stairs plus 2 bedrooms and one bathroom down stairs. The master suite has its own TV/DVD and the master bath has a jetted tub. Walk out the master bedroom onto a sun porch or if you prefer use the screen porch off the dinning room. For those of you with difficulty getting around I want to point out that all of the main features of our home are located on the main floor which requires only 4 steps front door or back door to get into our home and there are railings on all steps.

Devil's Lake Lodge is located next to Devil's Lake State Park and minutes from Cascade Mountain Ski Area, Devil's Head Resort, Downtown Baraboo and the Waterpark Mecca of Wisconsin Dells. If instead of camping, RVing or glamping, you'd rather stay in a cabin or log home type setting for your trip or visit to nature and Wisconsin's great outdoors, Devils Lake Lodge allows you proximity and convenience.

Everyone enjoyed time out on the huge patio and relaxed a bit - other times were spent at Paul Bunyun eating place, riding the Ducks in the Dells, and at Devil's Lake, swimming and fishing. The Blu-Mae Marie Folk House is over a century old home with a unique flare and charm.

The master bedroom with a king sized bed can be found on the main floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The 2nd bedroom you will find a comfortable queen sleigh bed. This quiet room is spacious and contains a oversized chair for reading. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen bed and a book shelf with an abundance of books for all ages. The 4th bedroom has a full bed. There is also a full bath located upstairs.

On the main floor you will find the formal dining room, elegant living room and a farm style kitchen, as well as a half bathroom. There is also a classic wraparound front porch and screened in back porch. There is a great yard and patio too!

The Blu-Mae Marie Folk House is located in a great quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Baraboo and other local attractions.

- "House was well-kept and comfortable, hosts were very accommodating before and throughout the stay. Highly recommend! " - "Cool Location within blocks of the river walk, circus world museum (great photo opportunities), and the Driftless Glen distillery that’s a good place for lunch and a whiskey flight). Downtown Baraboo is within walking distance with fun shopping and food. Our favorite was Baraboo burgers with a great fun atmosphere, local beer on tap and amazing burgers. 2 doors down check out Etcetera for all things Wisconsin. The house has comfortable decor, a stocked kitchen, and 4 good sized bedrooms. Not my favorite mattress but the bedding & pillows are nice."

This Beautiful, newly renovated farmhouse sits on 200 acres and is conveniently located between Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells. Enjoy your day hiking Devils lake or the waterparks in the Dells and come back to this beautiful quiet retreat at night. This property has three bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps 8 guests in beds, but can sleep up to 10 guests, using basement futon and sectional.

The living space provides a 70 inch TV for your entertainment and enough space for sitting comfortably on the large new sectional or snuggling up for a movie. It is stocked with games. The property also has a finished basement with living space 70” tv and game room. There is a Valley Pool table and air hockey table to enjoy along with a basketball hoop and games. Off the living room is a beautiful deck with new patio furniture to relax on after a day of adventure. The property is equipped with an outdoor grill, yard games and fire pit. Whether you are here for sporting events, relaxing at some of the beautiful parks or the Dells waterparks this property will not disappoint. The property is located in the country 4 miles from Baraboo where you can enjoy the beautiful Devils Lake, downtown Baraboo with its quaint shops and local restaurants, the Circus World Museum.
If you choose to travel to Wisconsin dells the property is 5 miles from Kalahari Resort, Kaminski Park (baseball/softball) fields, Just A Game fieldhouse, Noah's Ark Waterpark, Mirror Lake State Park, Timbavati Wildlife Park and many restaurants and attractions.
During those winter months we are located close to Cascade Mountain, Devils Head and Christmas Mountain for a fun tubing/Ski trip.

- "I loved the scenery and the fact that our neighbors weren't right on top of us. It rained quite a bit while there but we still all had a good time. They came and took the trash cans out to the road while we were there and that was nice. I pulled them back up once the dumpster had went. They recommended quite a few things to do that we actually did do. Like the lost canyon tours, ducks, timbavati wildlife zoo and the big cat rescue." - "Wonderful home away from home. You don’t even need to pack your body care toiletries- the showers are stocked. So you can save some room in your suitcase 😉 kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals (with our own food)- even coffee in the cabinet—we brought our own and didn’t need to. Ice maker didn’t work but there were 2 ice trays—- May want to bring your own bag if you go through a lot of ice like we do. Board games and basement game room provided for the family to pass time between visits to all the local attractions. Speaking of local attractions, I chose this location because it was secluded from all the busyness yet still close by! 100% recommended- thanks for your hospitality!"

- "We loved the isolated location, yet within a half- hour drive of the Dells. Also close to Devil’s Lake, and boy am I glad we stopped by to hike this amazing state park…incredible views! The only negative is having to haul all of your trash out...a bit difficult when you arrive out of state by car and have no spare room. It would be nice to have this requirement listed upfront in the VRBO listing description, rather than in the post-purchase communication."

- "Perfect location for Devil’s Lake vacation, literally short 6 minutes drive just remember to get to the beach earlier on busy weekends. Plenty of space for 5 year old to roam and for little dog to get his exercise in. Kitchen and rooms have all you will need and more (we did brought our own air fryer as my 5 year old likes what she likes :)). Quick drive to Wisconsin Dells so it’s easy to go explore there too. We visited during extreme heat and we are glad to to say between the trees and ac the house was always comfortable"
