The Guest House has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to six people.

Two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the third has twin beds.

Point Beach Guest House has 1700 square feet of living space. Lots of yard for fun, games, sitting around the fire pit or putting together your creation on the provided propane grill. (propane provided)

Our guests have enjoyed the large manicured yard, easy access to the beach, and the biking and hiking trails. In the winter these trails are groomed for cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in a beautiful snow-covered forest.

Sit in the yard, relax and enjoy the country, then when you feel like it use our central location to visit the many activities in the area.

Neshotah Park with lots of sand and shower and food facilities is only 3 miles away.

When it is chilly, a warm fireplace provides a lovely retreat for snuggling with a good book, a cup of hot chocolate or friendly fireside conversation.

Avoid the crowds of Door County, but you can visit there with a short drive. Two Rivers is an untapped vacation spot with lots of activities nearby including several miles of white sandy beach.

Being by the lake produces a feeling of relaxation and you can sense it pretty easily in this easy going place called Two Rivers, and especially right here at the Smiling Bear Cabin. There are many nearby hiking and XCSki/Showshoeing trails including ice age trail segments, and wonderful beach and picnicking spots. Staying at the Smiling Bear puts you at the heart of everything available in the area and gives you a nice place to call home and make great family memories.

Our place sits on 1/3 acre, across the road from Lake Michigan and the Mariner's Trail, which runs along the coastline. The way our home is angled, you can see the lake from much of the yard and just about every room of the house. We have Swings, Volleyball, Croquet, Badminton, & Sidewalk Chalk! We have a Fire-Pit and a Wood Shed [which may or may not have firewood at any given time]. To round out the outdoor fun, we have a huge Wrap Around Deck w/Gas Grill [Propane Provided], Picnic Table, Patio Table w/Umbrella, and extra chairs.

Inside home layout is ideal w/Open Concept KT/Dining/LR so everyone can enjoy one anothers company during family cooking and cleanup time in our well stocked kitchen. My Guest Home is located in a casual quiet neighborhood about 10 Blocks from Downtown Two Rivers. Many walking/hiking/bicycling trails and nature opportunities abound in the area and you can pick up a riverside trail just 4 blocks away. Whatever your adventures are each day, we want you to be able to “come home” to a clean, comfortable, and functional place where you can maximize the value of your time and make good memories being together.
The kitchen was updated in 2016 and is well stocked to make it easy to get in there and do your thing. There is a DR table that seats 6, a kitchen table that seats 4, and counter seating for 4. If you care to dine outdoors, there is a table that seats 6 in the garage rec room that can be moved wherever you'd like.
There is a Main Floor BR w/a half bath and Queen Sized Bed. Upstairs Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and has direct access to the full bath, of which can also be accessed from hall. The 3rd BR has a Queen Size Bed and the 4th BR has a Double Bed. There is a “Chair and a Half” in the LR which folds out into a single bed with sheets for it inside the matching hassock.
I keep a good selection of games at the house and made a rec-room area in the garage featuring a Ping Pong table. There is a charcoal grill and plenty of outdoor seating including a large covered front porch with a swinging love-seat, chaise lounge, Café Table & Chairs, and benches. The porch provides plenty of room in the sun and shade, and you can often still sit out there if it rains. By evening you can see the moon from there too. Campfires can be had on the patio area in a portable fire pit that I can bring over upon request. Washer & Dryer on site for your use and convenience.

When you enter through the main entrance you will be in the kitchen. Main essentials: fridge, microwave, keurig, toaster, dishes, silverware, condiments and bottled water.
Continuing to the hallway is the first bedroom on the right. Entering through a sliding barn door you’ll have a queen bed, usb lamp and closet to store clothing.
Next is the bathroom- shower / tub combo with towels for your stay. Across from the bathroom is the doorway to the stairwell to access the Main Street of two rivers. There is a donut shop almost directly beneath this loft! And schroeders coffee shop 2 doors down. Feet from shops, bars and fun!
Another larger bedroom has a queen bed, charging lamp and closet. This is also where the internet router is stored- free wifi!
At the end of the hallway is the bright open living room with couch and smart tv, games and books. Pull out sofa chair for an extra space to sleep or lounge

The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is a short walk to Washington Park featuring a boardwalk along the river, tennis courts, and playground equipment. The quaint downtown is a few blocks south of the home where you can get a gourmet cup of coffee and shop in the 120-year-old department store. Rogers Street Fishing Village is a short walk over the 22nd Street Bridge where you can still buy fresh fish. Neshotah Beach offers areas for swimming, volleyball, and launching jet skis and kayaks and is only 5 minutes from the house. If you love to fish than you are in the right town as Lake Michigan and the two rivers, Mishicot and Neshoto are abound with trophy trout and salmon.
The fun doesn't stop in the summer as there is cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, ice fishing, and sledding to keep everyone entertained.

- "I sort of want to keep this a secret, but this was the most amazing VRBO and a great host to work with. We knew from the moment we arrived that it was going to be a great stay. Lora went over the top and welcomed us with a lovely card and some snacks. This was our home base for a charity bike ride that I took part in. There is tons of cycling opportunities in and around Two Rivers. We also enjoyed the beach several times. We also went to get ice cream a couple of times and Cedar Crest. YUM! We spent a lot of time on the front porch. It is so nice and relaxing. On our way home, we stopped at the Book Worm Gardens in Sheboygan. I also can’t go through Sheboygan without stopping at 3 Sheeps for some beer. BTW: The high scores on the Mrs. Pac-Man/Galaxian game are mine! I challenge you to beat them."

- "We spent hours on rocking chairs with a cool breeze coming off the river (and keeping the mosquitoes away ). When we got cold we started the fire to keep us warm or headed inside this beautifully restored building with exposed wood beams, perfectly-sized rooms, high ceilings and all-modern, high quality appliances. The adult kids got antsy staring out at the beautiful green lawn and old churches on the other side of the river so they headed out in the provided kayaks. Then took bike rides to the beach just 4 blocks away. There was a great second floor living area perfect for guests to recharge their social battery after days of socializing with family. Large amount of storage space helpful for people bringing an excess of groceries. Even in the bathrooms which is needed for the 3 adult kids each with their own toiletry needs. Nice bar cart to prep and serve cocktails. Attentive hosts who ask what we needed and supplied s'more fixings. I could keep going forever so I'll just leave with this: This was the best house rental we've ever had in the US and the rest of the family that rented other houses or stayed in hotels were super jealous."

The space
Chic beachy blue 1,100 sq ft home built in the early 1900's, styled as a more modern home away from home.
Rest assured the neighborhood is safe and RING is installed to the left of the front door when you walk in. When you walk through the front door you will be in the living room- brand new flooring installed fall 2021. 55 inch flat screen smart Tv- feel free to sign into your own Netflix or smart app account. Through the living room is the kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is the first bedroom (twin bed) Memory foam mattress . Up the stairs (12 stairs) are two small bedrooms (queen bed & twin bed. ) . At the top of the stairs there is a AC window unit(this is NOT a central air home) so feel free to turn on if the home gets too warm. Installed for May-October.

The bathroom is located on the main level behind the kitchen. BRAND NEW BATHROOM REMODEL (October 2021) Beautiful tile shower and modern design.

The outside of the house is nautical blue to go along with your beach vacation 🏖 . Our driveway can easily fit 2 cars. There is an outside hose to wash off sandy beach feet 🦶🏽. Cozy firepit (gas) and small table in the backyard.
Located in the side door of the garage is 2 adult mountain bikes, yard jenga and yard Yahtzee and a small charcoal grill.

The best part of our little cottage is... if you step right outside the back fence, you can see Neshotah beach from our sidewalk, literally 250 ft down the road! Also in walking distance (.5 mile) is historic downtown Two Rivers, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, tourist shops, the historic fishing village etc. We have a "home manual" with fun ideas for the area here at the home!

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig(and k cups), toaster and dishwasher! Lots of cupboard space to unpack for your stay.
In the living room is a couch, sitting chairs, games books and smart tv. Log into your favorite Netflix or Hulu show.

When you get to the landing upstairs you will be in the small kitchen/ living nook. Mini fridge, sink cupboard space.
The master bedroom is large with queen bed and window unit AC installed June 2023 . Master bedroom directly connected to a half bath. This half bath has shared access by the second bedroom upstairs - another queen bed. Brand new 12 memory foam mattresses (June 2022) brand new flooring in the entire upstairs. This historic “Olive haven” loft is on the Main Street of Two rivers. Just a few steps away from coffee shops, gift shops, bars, restaurants and more!

Continuing down the hallway is the full bathroom. Shower/tub fully stocked with shampoo, condition and body wash. Hair dryer too! Across from the bathroom is the door to the stairwell that leads out onto the Main Street of Two rivers, Washington street. Fresh Donuts and cookies are literally right next door. And coffee is 2 stores down! With a huge toy store beneath (our kids favorite toy store!)

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and patio doors that open onto the deck and fenced in backyard. There is a full size bed in the second bedroom and a foldout futon in the living room.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and a second set of patio doors that open onto the over-sized deck. There is plenty of room on the deck to grill, dine outside, or enjoy an evening cocktail.

Sit back and watch a movie, play a game with the family, or read a book. We have stocked the house with family friendly movies, games, books and activities that our family enjoys together and we hope you will as well. Finish each day with a fire in the backyard fire pit.

We feel it is the little things that matter when you are on vacation and we have tried to cover all the bases. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet, ROKU TV, linens for all beds and foldout futon, fenced in yard, fire pit, large deck, baby gate, lawn chairs, bikes, beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, ironing board... if you think you need it, we probably have it! In addition, the beach is a short walk and the grocery store is located just 3 blocks down at the end of our street.

PLEASE NOTE: Pets are family so bring yours along! Small dogs (under 30 lbs) are allowed for a fee. The backyard is fenced in and there is a magnetic screen door off the kitchen for easy backyard pet access. Dogs can not be left alone on the property unless they are crated. All pet waste must be cleaned up before check out.

Just a quick drive or bike ride to anywhere in the city, including Sepia Chapel. We have multiple beaches, some quiet and semi-secluded or others (like top-rated Neshotah) with lots of activity. WONDERFUL trails such as the Ice Age and Mariners. Nearby rivers for kayaking or fishing. Great hub for day trips to Door County, Green Bay, Manitowoc, etc.

The space
-Kitchen-
Create a delicious, home away from home cooked meal in my mom’s gorgeous kitchen. She was always in there whipping something up. Ammenities include “double-dutch” wall ovens for dual baking, built-in gas cooktop, pull-out island, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, spacious french-door refrigerator (no ice/water), and a nifty coffee machine that can either brew you a 10-cup pot or a single serving directly into your mug. You will also find other items such as serving dishes, pie tins, nutribullet, teapot, cookbooks etc.

-Living room-
Enjoy a cozy movie night or football game from our large sectional. At the moment, we have a 50” smart Tv, with live channels available through the YouTube Tv app. In the cabinets below, you will find an assortment of board games for all ages, as well throw blankets and coloring books, etc. Behind the couch is a piano for you to enjoy whether you know how to play or not. There are a few music books (like Taylor Swift and “Old Time Singalongs”) to help get your spirits lifted. There also a few books provided, including popular titles like “The Artists Way” and “The DaVinci Code”, etc. The living room flows wonderfully into the dining room.

-Dining Room-
Large and very old dining table that seats 6-8 people. Perfect for a family dinner, playing board games or working away from home. Buffet table houses a large set of fine china, champagne bucket, etc. High chair(s) are available upon request.

-Bathroom-
My favorite feature is the sink’s pull-down faucet, which is excellent for washing down toothpaste or beard trimmings. Tub/Shower duo also features a detachable shower head. I do my best to keep our towels exceptionally soft, fluffy, and bright. A single dark towel is also provided, for whatever reason you may need it for ;) Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. You may also find a few other products as well. Emergency diaper/pull-up and feminine products provided. Bath toys and/or baby bath are also available upon request.

-Bedrooms-
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, with one having a door leading directly to the back deck. Third bedroom is located upstairs. I try to keep an assortment of different pillows to accommodate every preference/sleeping style. The beds will often have fluffy, down comforters on them. If you do not ethically align with using them, I completely understand. Please let me know, and I will be happy to swap them out.

-Laundry-
In the basement will find my beloved large-capacity washer and dryer with both steam and quick dry/wash features. While I do not specifically provide detergent for guests, please feel free to use whatever is there. Iron and ironing board, and lots of hangers for air drying available.

-Infant/Children’s Items-
Pack ‘n play, gates, highchair, stroller, carrier, bouncer, walker, toys, books, and outlet covers are available upon request.

-Outside-
Enjoy coffee from the back deck as you admire our wonderful pollinator garden. Lots of butterflies! In the summer, Raspberries grow all along the side of garage, please help yourself! There is also a picnic table, and a few chairs provided. Swinging bench as well. Small charcoal grill(s) are available. Charcoal and fluid not provided. Please understand that the outside is a work in progress, as I am just now learning how to garden and maintain it this year.

-Parking-
We have a somewhat longer driveway, that can park 2-3 cars or even a boat. Street parking is also available. I just ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors by parking directly in front of the home when possible. There is a night-parking ban in the winter.

The space
Four bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, kites, fishing poles, a grill, a fire pit, and patio table and chairs kept in the garage for your use. It is a great location for walking and biking -- a mile of beach in front of the house. The 1000-mile Ice Age Hiking Trail, 7-mile Mariner's Trail bike path and 7-mile Rawley's Point bike path all within a couple blocks, plus quaint downtown Two Rivers just five blocks away.

All within an easy walk: two band shells, historic fishing village with fish market, coffee shop, restaurants, bars, department store and a park with volleyball, tennis, outdoor grills and picnic tables. Information in the house will direct you to these many options, including bike and kayak rentals, charter fishing, and a great yoga studio. The views from the house are amazing, and the lake never looks the same two days in a row. When you arrive at Beach Haven your thoughts will melt away. Whether you come to relax on the beach, read, bike, hike, search for driftwood or watch the fishing boats come and go, you will leave with memories of your stay on America's Inland Sea. Guests have the run of the entire house, including the downstairs game room which includes a working 1970s pinball machine and poker table, plus a music room with a vintage turntable/cassette/eight-track stereo, bean bag chairs, lava lamp, black light and vintage posters. The living room has a working stone fireplace and flatscreen smart television. The outdoor space includes a patio with table and chairs, and a yard so close to the beach I can hit it with a stone.

LT's Place meets all health and safety regulations through the county and all housing standards through the city.

Located steps from Neshotah Beach—that’s been voted the best in Wisconsin. 40 min from Lambeau field! 🏈 On the bike trails that take you through the woods to the dunes of Point Beach State Beach, and along the garden-lined lakeshore trail to Manitowoc.

The space
Lakeview Cottage is 1480 square feet with coastal décor and hardwood floors. The vintage cottage has a wrap-around front porch with Adirondack rocking chairs where you can enjoy lovely views and sounds of Lake Michigan. Plus, there’s a large front screened porch off the living room.
There are 2 full bedroom suites with one primary bedroom (queen bed) downstairs that connects to the full bath. The upstairs primary bedroom suite takes up the whole upper floor and has another full bath. The cottage sleeps a total of 8.
When you walk into Lakeview Cottage, you’ll be on the main floor. There’s a bright living room with a brand new ‘sofa chaise’ that ‘pops up’ for lounging or as another bed. There’s also a smart TV and two more comfy chairs. The large dining table has eight brand new chairs and cushions. Both the living and dining rooms have lake views and plenty of puzzles and games to have fun with when the sun goes down! Off the dining room is the kitchen with custom cabinets and plenty of counter space. The cottage is also equipped with gaming level high-speed internet with 500 Mbps and fun artwork throughout the cottage.
The main floor has a large remodeled full bathroom. Up the stairs (13 carpeted stairs), the bright, open upper floor has a large recently built dormer -- with more views of Lake Michigan. There is another queen bed plus a full bed with a twin (rolls out from trundle bed). It has a full bath with a skylight. There’s also a desk nook for a quiet workspace.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glassware, silverware, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Stainless-steel appliances include a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The basement has a 'Kid’s Zone' with another smart TV, a Wii Sports package and furniture for gaming, a half bath, and the washer and dryer. There's a nice, very private backyard with a patio, furniture, and a gas grill. Two new bikes are available in the garage with helmets.

Lakeview Cottage is across from the 50-acre wooded Neshotah Park. Besides having the beach voted the best in Wisconsin, there’s beach volleyball, basketball and tennis ball courts, softball, horseshoe pits and launching sites for kayaks Pickleball anyone? There are brand-new courts in Two Rivers’ newest, beautiful park that’s just a short walk or drive to the other side of the East Twin River.
Right outside the door of Lakeview Cottage are two bike trails heading north and south on the Lakeshore. The Rawley Point Bike Trail takes you on a fabulous six-mile ride through wooded forests ending up at the absolutely beautiful sand dune beaches of Point Beach State Park.


The Mariner Trail bike way heads south six miles along the lakeshore to Manitowoc. All along the way are gorgeous gardens planted by volunteer families and world-class art sculptures. From Lakeview Cottage you can walk to stores, bars, the new ‘Cool City Brewery,’ restaurants, and the quaint Two Rivers downtown with its public park on Main Street. The twin city of Manitowoc is seven miles to the south. It has become a destination for more craft breweries and fine dining. Throughout the summer, there are festivals and live music in Two Rivers and across the beautiful Lakeshore area.

Welcome to The Washington Street Estate, a hometown rental perfect for a family vacation or remote work. My husband and I started this venture to provide ourselves with a comfortable, well appointed place to stay when visiting home. By meeting our personal needs you are rewarded with an exceptional home nestled in a quiet, heritage neighborhood. You are walking distance to the city's downtown which offers options for dining and entertainment, and minutes from the best beach in Wisconsin.

The space
This craftsman style home is over 100 years old but has aged well. The home contains the original woodwork throughout the home, but the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated.

You will feel comfortable and relaxed and the ambiance of the home will take you back to a simpler time. The fully renovated kitchen with shiplap ceiling, crown molding and stainless steel appliances will make you feel at home and may even inspire you to cook a gourmet meal.

The main floor contains a cozy family room with a 50 inch Roku HDTV, and a full bank of windows overlooking the porch. The dining room seats 6 and is ready for you to share dinners with your loved ones. A bedroom with a canopy queen bed will make anyone feel like royalty. A half bathroom is available off the family room.

The second story has two bedrooms each with Roku TVs. The master bedroom has a sitting area and a window seat to cuddle up and read a book. The second, beach themed bedroom has 2 twin beds and is perfect for kids and adults. A luxurious bathroom, with walk-in shower and soaking tub, awaits you. A baseball themed office, with desk and chair, offers a great space to work remote.

In the basement you will find a bar and game room complete with pub table, shuffle board game, vintage Ms. PacMan/Galaga video game and 50 inch Roku TV. A mini-fridge, microwave and popcorn maker are conveniently placed so you won't miss a play. This level also includes a full bath perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach, and a full laundry room.

Outside you will find a spacious porch with bistro table and a swing on which to rock your cares away. A partially shaded side yard is great for playing horseshoes and lawn darts that we have provided.

Initial access to the home is via keyless entry through the front door. A key is provided to utilize the back door of the home. You will have access to the entire home.

The house has a community access driveway, but side by side parking for two cars is available in front of the garage. Street parking is also available.

Other things to note
One of the best features of Two Rivers is its fabulous beach. We have provided beach towels for your use.

The home contains two portable air conditioning units. If being used during the summer months instructions have been provided for monitoring water levels. Two Rivers is known as the "Cool City" because of the microclimate created by the lake that keeps the city about 10-15 degrees cooler than inland locations. There are fans for the downstairs rooms to create a breeze when it is a little warm. The evenings in Two Rivers cool down beautifully.

The Hummingbird Retreat is the ideal getaway for family and friends and the outdoor enthusiasts. Located in the center of the 2,800-acre Point Beach State Forest, you’ll enjoy miles of biking and hiking trails. I'm also host to many beautiful different species of birds that are native to this area. You can watch them in their natural habitat all around the property. The outdoor whirlpool is there to enjoy and soak those tired muscles! I promise, you won't be disappointed with your cozy stay!

The space
With a compact foot print of 1,200 sq. feet, the Hummingbird Retreat has a spacious, contemporary kitchen, a large full bath and laundry, and a comfortable, intimate living room. The large master suite features a queen size bed, and an additional twin bed, while the two guest bedrooms have full size beds. A twin roll away is also available as well. This affordable three bedroom sanctuary is designed for rest and relaxation and is a wonderful venue for communing with nature.

Whether you’re enjoying a brat fry or fresh-caught whitefish from the Susie Q fish Market in Two Rivers, our private patio is perfect for grilling and entertaining. The screened-in Lanai is a great gathering place for dining, playing games, or a restful place for napping.

Upscale manor built in 1913 that has been fully renovated and restored with original woodwork preserved. Lots of natural light makes it a very photogenic home, and it's a great “getting ready house” for a bridal party. The recently renovated chef's kitchen has matted quartz countertops, stainless appliances, with island and breakfast bar seating for 5. The dining room table seats 6, and the living room has seating for 6-7. Bathrooms are ample-sized, with a dreamy, oversized spa tub in the upstairs bathroom. Bedrooms are outfitted in luxury linens with extra pillows and high quality mattresses. An empty dresser is provided in each room to accommodate longer stays. The yard is large and private, with lots of areas to entertain and room for pets to run.

The space
This is truly an unique space. The main level has a kitchen and a bathroom and a giant living room that opens up out onto a giant deck overlooking Lake Michigan. Downstairs you will find a sauna, huge bedroom, game room/lounge with a pool table with a private exit to a deck and fenced in area. Perfect for your puppy and another bathroom. The three bedrooms are nicely spread one on the lower level one on the main level and a double bedroom on the upper level.

Outside there is a nice fenced in yard including a beautiful green space between the house and the lapping waters of Lake Michigan. Enjoy your own personal beach where you can sit and soak up the sun while being amazed at all the different shades of blue and green the water offers.

The area is great for biking and hiking. Nearby is Noshoto beach, The dunes segment of the Ice Age Trail, point beach state park, Sandy Bay County Park and many other places.

Perfect spot for NFL Draft, Lambeau Field, Road America Races, PGA golf events and Wisconsin Fun!

The space
Spacious cabin with stunning Lake Michigan views from nearly every room (highway between us). Plenty of room for everyone with our open concept, and 5 beds + double sized pullout couch. Enjoy the sunshine in our big yard with volleyball net, swingset, firepit, and large deck with grill and seating. Perfect for families, friends, or even couples. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need. First floor laundry. Parking slabs for up to 5 cars. Lawn parking is fine, with approval.

Please note that the exterior is a work in very slow progress, and may not be the most aesthetically pleasing - but the location, lake views, and memories made should make up for it :) If you are looking for a gorgeous, aesthetically pleasing landscape, you may prefer another one of the beautiful listings in town.

Other things to note
Highway inbetween home and lake. You must cross it to access the Mariners Trail/wayside lake access.

**Memorial Drive (connecting highway) will be "closed" for construction until Memorial Day 2025. You are still able to drive through, to access home with little to no inconvenience. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. **
