The only downside I would say is that if you are only there for one night you cant check in until 4pm and then a queue has built up through the day rather than checking people in on the system when they arrive. You then have to be out by 10am which means youve hardly used any of the facilities. When we stay again we will book 2 nights to avoid this issue "

There are two bedrooms, each with king beds, and one pull-out queen sized mattress in the living room, with luxury linens from The Citizenry to ensure your full and perfect comfort. Each bedroom has a sliding door to a private exterior patio with modern chairs and table to enjoy your morning coffee while you take in the mountain views. Curl up in the plush spa robes waiting for you in each closet, alongside several hangers and a luggage storage rack. Reach into the side tables for a personal reading light and phone charger for you to relax without effort. Above the full-size dresser, each bedroom has a television complete with paid streaming services to enjoy your favorite shows or movies from the comfort of your bed.

A/C in the bedrooms, fast wifi, great kitchen and yard! The bedrooms and bathroom are small but nice, the living area is large and comfortable. Near the center of town, and a short drive from the national park. Big windows and open floor plan make it a great space for work or relaxation. Unlike most AirBNBs these days, this is not an investment property--it's my home. I am working in Yosemite this summer, so it's available. 31 night minimum--not a short term rental.

The space
The kitchen is the star of the show. I kept the original 5-burner gas stove (with 2-compartment oven) from the 1950s, and added nice new cabinets and granite countertops. It's fully equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals (including olive oil and a basic selection of spices), plus microwave, blender, coffee grinder, and drip coffee maker (whole bean coffee provided--although for really fine coffee drinks you might want to drive 2 minutes or walk 10 minutes to Joshua Tree Coffee Co). Plenty of space for relaxation, work, and exercise: the large semi-divided living room has a yoga/exercise space complete with a 6x8' section of wrestling mat (perfect for stretching after a hard day of climbing), a big table that I use as a work desk (with bookshelves and printer), a comfy sitting area and a nice stereo with bluetooth receiver so you can rock out or watch movies on your laptop. Please note, there is no TV. Big windows and a sliding glass door give views of the park and the back yard, which is a unique desert garden that I've put a lot of love into--a mix of native and exotic plants, cool rocks, a picnic table and a sunny patio with gas grill. The neighboring land is undeveloped--no immediate neighbors on any side! Electric AC and heat in the bedrooms, and a gas heater and evaporative cooler in the living room/kitchen keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter. You might be surprised how little you need heat or AC, thanks to eaves that shade the double-pane windows in summer but not when the sun is low in winter (sustainable design--it's trigonometry in action, plus good insulation!) I travel 8-10 months a year for my work as a climbing guide, and during that time I hope you'll enjoy this place as much as I do when I'm home :)

The house and yard are yours to enjoy! The garage will be locked. Each bedroom has a dresser and spacious closet that will be empty and available for you. The kitchen pantry and fridge will be empty and available. I have a few things stored under the benches in the kitchen, in the drawers under the bed in the master bedroom, and in the linen closet--generally in the hard-to-reach spaces that you wouldn't use anyway :)

1. **Check-In/Check-Out:** Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

2. **Seasonal Pool:** The shared pool is open from May 1st to September 30th and is for guest use only.

3. **Parking:** Each property has a designated parking area for your convenience.

4. **Quiet Hours:** Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

5. **Pets:** Pets are welcome but must be included in your reservation. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, pools, or hot tubs. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if pets are found in the hot tub or pool, and a $150 fee for pets on furniture or beds. Please report any pet accidents immediately to avoid a $250 cleaning charge for unreported issues.

6. **Local Attractions:** Enjoy nearby coffee bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Joshua Tree National Park is just a short drive away.

7. **Safety:** For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the property’s emergency procedures and exits.

8. Hot Tub Heating Notice
We’re excited to offer a hot tub for your relaxation! For same-day bookings, please note the hot tub may not always be fully heated at check-in. If it hasn’t been used for 48+ hours, it enters a sleep mode to conserve energy, which can lower the temperature. Heating back up typically takes 6–8 hours.

As soon as you book, we’ll make it a priority to turn the hot tub on and get it heating as quickly as possible to give you the best chance of enjoying it during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Nestled in a grove of Eucalyptus trees in Joshua Tree is the perfect place for your tranquil desert get away! This amazing rental is just a 10-15 minute drive drive to town and the Joshua Tree National Park entrance. You will have your own fenced-in wooded yard complete with a covered picnic table area with a outdoor grill, a full bathroom with shower, and a refurbished "Silver Streak" Airsteam camper with all the comforts of home.

The space
This renovated airstream has a queen bed, another single couch/bed, , bedding, towels, Wifi, air Conditioning, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen essentials, head lamps for night. Outside there is a wooden deck that takes you next door to the full bathroom with shower, just outside the Airstream's door there is a covered seating area with a gas fire place, and just past the bathroom there is a covered deck with a picnic table and grill.

We are asking that you respect are neighbors and keep the environment tranquil, especially at night. No outdoor wood fires are permitted.
Please note that there is only hot water in the shower and since it is such a small space the hot water heater will only provide enough hot water for an 5-8 minute shower! And while we do have wifi it can be spotty and slow at times!

STARS, STARS! This little cabin sits next to a mountain, 3 miles from town on a little dirt road. You'll enjoy the secluded area that surrounds this little gem. It is on 1.25 acres with wildlife all around. Ring security cameras on all exterior doors. Kitchen door , back door and side door.

The space
A large updated kitchen to make your meals, includes oil, spices, pots & pans. Coffee and creamer provided. Large front room has 1 queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. There is flat screen tv, with a smart DVD player, with a variety of movies to watch. Or, you can log into your own Netflix account, or watch Tubi. Internet access is provided. Fire pit in back yard with seating. For an additional fee, you may purchase a fire log for $10. Located on counter in the kitchen. (Please advise host. )It will burn for 4 hours. There is also a washer and dryer. There are no fences, and wildlife is free to roam thru the yard!
I do accept pets (dogs) with a few reasonable rules. No pets on furniture and they must be licensed, per county regulations. I provide beds, bowls, treat and baggies. A memo will be sent upon booking and must be acknowledged. There is a dog pen attached to the back of the house. $10 pet fee!

Great Room inside the Casa De Frank House located in the Heart of Joshua Tree. Shared facilities. You will have a private room with a big king size bed (80x72), with fresh linens and a couple towels for your shower. Your room will have a 32 inch TV with ROKU. You'll have access to the entire property which includes a shared kitchen and common area, front yard area for relaxing and chatting, and the backyard area includes a spa and fire pit.

The space
The Space is big and you can hangout in the shared common areas of the house, the WIFI works throughout the entire property so you can use your CPU anywhere, watch some TV in your room, cook some food in the kitchen, and talk to other Airbnb travelers in the common areas! You can hangout in the backyard where there is a bonfire fire pit and also a Hot Tube / Spa which you can use. You can also hang out in the cactus garden area and relax! The house is a quick drive to the West entrance of the National Park and a quick walk to all the shops, restaurants , and bar in the JT Village!
