Once you have done your grocery shopping a Sullivan's grocery store just down the street a few blocks, you will find seasonings to the right and above the stove, plenty of pots and pans and even cake pans and a hand mixer for that special occasion. The kitchen also boasts a food processor, blender, hot pot, drip coffee maker, French press, toaster and waffle makers all awaiting your creativity or your simplicity. Grab a cup of coffee or tea (found to the left of the stove) and enjoy solitude on the breakfast porch that we affectionately call the French Bistro. There are patios on the front and back porches, with good views of the river from the back porch and from the living room, and master bedroom. The coffee maker was a bit complicated, but easy to use once I got the hang of it. Nice to have a gas grill, and a gas stove, even though we ate out for every meal. We’ll definitely book this place on future trips to the area."

Good size bathroom has one shower (no tub). The living room features seating and a smart TV with a classic Nintendo system loaded with hundreds of old-school games from your past. The dining room consists of a dining table and bar. A built-in work station is located in the main hallway. A classic galley-style 3-season room is attached to the unit (please note, you need to exit the front door to access the room). Easy street parking is abundant. Cleanliness is our highest priority, including special attention to high-touch areas, washing of all bedding between guests, and recurrent UV light treatment of furniture and other surfaces.

- "Stayed here over a busy Memorial day weekend. The home has a full kitchen for cooking meals or just a couple minute walk to Manny's Pizza or Sunshine Restaurant for delicious food at a very low cost. The service is fast and friendly. If you're into the motorcycle lifestyle there is the Iron Horse Social Club a minute walk away or Poopy's Pub a 5 minute drive. The house has a small living room were we enjoyed having a family get together. There is a large washer and dryer that is very convenient. There's are tons of recreational opportunities in the area like fishing, boating and hiking just to name a few. The host provided an informative brochure, excellent communication and check in was simple and easy. The only negative one could have is an occasional train horn that was not loud, but could be heard in the night. It did not bother me, but the host does provide ear plugs. I would stay here again."

- "Main floor of cabin had a weird tilt towards the kitchen, but we adapted. There were spoons and knives, but no forks. And no soap for the shower. But sitting on the porch at sunset overlooking the river was beautiful. And the cabin was roomy and beds were comfortable. Gas grill needs serious cleaning. "
