Here you will find board games, beach gear; towels, chairs, a cooler & beach cart, TV/gaming, a highchair, stroller, and baby gates, and a queen sofa sleeper. The stairs take you to the 2nd floor and main entrance; the 2 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry are located here - complete with plenty of comfy bedding, pillows, and towels for all. We do not have a linen service like a hotel, we ask that you keep the towel usage down to a minimum. Please feel free to freshen up your towels and run them through the washer during your stay, also if you use the beach towels please wash/dry them prior to your departure. The 4-hour turnaround does not allow enough time for 10 loads of laundry.
Although this is your own private condo during your stay, it is located within a condominium community. We ask that you respect the privacy of the year-round residents that live here who share our walls and walkways. Parking in only designated areas, no dogs, (HOA rule, not ours) no parties, no smoking anywhere on or around the property, quiet zone after 9:00 pm is appreciated by all.

The kitchen has new slider that opens to a new extended, one level grey cement patio to sit and have coffee and people watch, grill out with with a 4 burner Weber grill and 6' table with seating. Beautifully landscaped back yard with a cement artsy patio in back with gas fire table, comfortable cushioned seating and bar with stools. Shade sail on both patios, just pick your zone for dining and entertainment, also 2 fountains for soothing ambience. Bird feeder to attract birds and wild life to watch. Two car driveway parking and legal over night street parking. Just installed a beautiful privacy curtain for each bedroom up stairs. BACKYARD TOTALLY FENCED IN FOR PETS AND CHILDREN.

The outdoor space is relaxing with water features and plenty of seating for outdoor gathering. We absolutely loved our stay!"

The couches in the living room were very comfortable for movie nights. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for making breakfast each morning. The actual location was the best. One block away from the Main Street which made it very easy to walk into town for dinner. The floors could have used an extra sweeping before our arrival and as with most older homes the walls do not block noise that well. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you"
