Hermosa is a small complex of private villas set within lush tropical gardens. It has its own, small private beaches, cascading swimming pools and two restaurants and a bar. All the villas are individually designed and quite quirky, especially the tree house. Calaloo is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with lounge and kitchen on ground floor and bedroom and bathroom upstairs via outside staircase and large, wrap-around balcony. It also has outdoor eating area next to a small private plunge pool. The staff were all fantastic - very welcoming and friendly and overall service was top notch. We are both vegetarian and the food was excellent throughout our stay. There are plenty of places to relax around the main beach and pools and the restaurants and bar have great views across the water. Ocho Rios town is a 20 minute walk and a hectic but an interesting diversion from the serenity of the Cove. Dunn's River Falls are highly recommended and just a short taxi ride away. One of our best ever holidays, highly recommended and so much better than the expensive all inclusive we stayed at in Montego Bay earlier in the holiday. "
