Welcome to Hidden Valley, a private community where this outstanding waterfront home was custom built by Fenton Varney. If you are looking to get away from the noisy city life and experience true piece and quiet then look no further. This property features 125 ft of waterfront and a private dock. Situated on Lower Beech Pond which is a small Oligotrophic lake with a sandy bottom. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding etc.

About the house: Gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinetry, basalt sink and counter tops,Wolf Propane stove, Frigidaire Pro Series dishwasher, Sub Zero refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, Breville gourmet coffee maker, plus Viking wine cooler, are all beneath the custom barrel ceiling. Our oversized, custom made dinning table seats 10 and is perfect for big feast. Ash flooring dominates the entire first floor with radiant heat floors in the open concept living/dining room. Additional warmth is generated by the imported European ceramic wood/coal stove. A custom built wood ceiling adds to the room's ambiance as do the French doors opening onto the deck and screened porch with views of Mount Shaw, the Ossipee Mountains and pristine waters of Lower Beech Pond. This property also features two car garage.

Bedroom description: Master bedroom suite features a king size bed, master bath, walk-in closet, and private deck with lake views. Second bedroom also features a king size bed, beautiful oversized custom window. Both these bedrooms are located on the first level along with an additional half bath. The 3rd bedroom is located on the second level, along with a private bathroom. This bedroom in outfitted with two queen size beds. Fourth and fifth bedroom is located on the ground level.

Sheets are guaranteed to always be fresh and clean.

Additionally to the 2 king and 4 queen size beds, the living room couch is a sleeper. Also a queen size. If you would like to use it please let us know so we can provide you with extra sheets.

This is by far one of the best kept secrets of Ossipee Lake. This cute cozy carriage house is located on the shores of Lake Ossipee in a very private community. The carriage house is updated with a new great room on the lower level and a big beautiful lake view deck. Enjoy this very private lake side property with 20 feet of private beach and pure serenity with a view of the beautiful white mountains. The carriage house has 2 adjoining bedrooms and 1 small full bath with an open kitchen living space, washer dryer, wifi, board games, foosball table and flat screen tv’s for those rainy days. There is a queen size bed and a pull out twin bed in the first bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom (we do not provide bedding guests must bring your own sheets and towels (bath and beach) ). You will want to spend all of your days on the lake in the canoe, kayaks, or simply sitting lakeside with the serenity of the surroundings. Bring your boat and dock it on the property for your convenience. This place is cozy and spacious enough for your family to enjoy for a long weekend or a week long summer vacation. Ossipee Lake is our favorite summer vacation spot and the private beach included with this property is absolutely perfect to enjoy it from. The soft sand was great for the kids to play in and we loved bringing Leigh's kayaks and canoe out onto the water. One of our favorite things to do was to make s'mores on the beach in the evenings. Leigh provides wood for the fires as well as a wagon to transport it. Very much appreciated! When we weren't outside on the deck or on the lake, we were spending time in the finished downstairs area of the Carriage House. There's a beautiful lake view from downstairs and it was a great area for family movie nights!"

The Hygge Hut has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and has a relaxed cozy vibe! The house is an A frame style so the primary bedroom and living area are not large but very relaxing! Located directly on the 17th hole of the Indian Mound Golf Course (public course) with lots to do on beautiful Ossipee Lake… public town boat launch, swimming, fishing, rentals for boating, jet skiing. Short drive to many hiking trails, NH state parks and the White Mountains for skiing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snow tubing and snow mobile adventures! Book this beautiful Lake Ossipee vacation home and leave your worries behind! This home is fabulous for all seasons – summer lake living at its best, beautiful fall foliage, or as a winter ski getaway. Whether you want an outdoor adventure or a quiet escape, this is the perfect house for you.

The house and its extremely large deck are very close to the lake, so it is easy to hear the serene lapping of waves against the shore and see sunsets beyond belief. This remarkable lakefront location has a natural sandy bottom that gently slopes from the shore for hundreds of feet. The house has a brand new dock, so bring your own boat to dock it in between trips around the lake. You’ll also love the breathtaking views of the White Mountains including Mt. Chocorua and Mt. Washington.

With 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, and a TV room with a pull-out queen size bed and a pull-out twin size bed, this home is perfect for extended family vacations or other groups – its terrific size allows you to have everyone together without feeling crowded.

The bedrooms include:

A master with 1 king bed on the 2nd floor w/ flat-screen TV and two desks;
Another bedroom with 1 king bed on the 2nd floor;
A bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks (4 beds) on the 2nd floor;
A bedroom with 1 king bed on the 1st floor;
A bedroom with 2 twin beds on the 1st floor;
A bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks (4 beds) on the 1st floor.

All bedrooms have their own separate mini-split A/C units, so you can make your room as cold as you like. (Note that the comforters in the pictures will not be on the beds on your arrival - instead, due to COVID, each bed will have a washable blanket and sheet set that is washed completely between rentals).

The four full bathrooms, the kitchen, and the laundry room were completed renovated in 2021. The kitchen has a large island, and the kitchen and the laundry room have brand new appliances (including an induction cooktop, two ovens, a dishwasher, built-in microwave, a garbage disposal, and a 2nd fridge in the laundry room). Further, there is a huge open area with a dining table for 12 and additional seating for 6 with a beautiful large two story fireplace, all with floor to ceiling (2 floors) windows to appreciate the view of the lake and mountains. The kids have their own TV room too, and of course they have the same beautiful views!

Outside, there is seating on a large open deck with a table and chairs for 12 for outdoor dining. There is also a screened in porch with a table, chairs, and a brand new grill.

All furniture was replaced in 2021 (other than the fabulous large dining table and chairs), and all linens - including beach towels - are provided.

In the winter, proximity to lots of skiing and tubing - King Pine, Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat, Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, and Bretton Woods. You can warm up by the large fireplace after a day outdoors, and have an inviting space perfect for holiday gatherings.

Finally, in case you have a Tesla, we also have a Tesla charger in the front of the house.

For Fisherman Duncan Lake provides an ideal location. As described from the BAIT AND HOOK REPORT "Fishermen will find a variety of fish including rainbow trout, largemouth bass and brook trout here. Whether you’re baitcasting, spinning or fly fishing your chances of getting a bite here are good." A fishing license is required and can be easily obtained from the local hardware store.

Bedrooms are newly furnished and contain brand new queen mattresses (purchased 2019) and full amenities. House is WIFI equipped.

Although you’ll feel as though you are in a hidden quiet oasis, very convenient to shopping with a Hannaford Supermarket, Duncan Donuts, Walgreens & Family Dollar right around the corner in walking distance. Convenient to restaurants too with Lake Winnipesaukee boat cruises and Wolfeboro with its many specialty shops nestled in historic storefronts just 10 minutes away. Also located half hour from North Conway where you can find tax free outlet shopping with national name brand outlet stores or enjoy the picturesque views of Mount Washington, Mount Chocorua as well as many other popular family attractions i.e. as Storyland, Santa's Village, & North Conway's Historic Railroad.

- "I was inpressed with the communication from the owners from booking through to the week before we vacationed. All questions leading up were thoroughly answered over the phone which was a great personal touch. The cottage has a ton of charm from the decorations to the cute signage all around the inside of the home. The amenities were thought out and we had all of the linens and cleaning supplies we needed (e.g., dish soap, basic paper goods, broom to keep sandy floor clean). There was even some spices for cooking! The view of the lake from the cottage is very picturesque, and the beach was absolutely perfect for our family of little ones. It's sandy and gradually gets deeper. After 11am our part of the beach was shaded which helped immensely during out 80+ degree stay. Its also a very quiet beach and some days we didnt see anyone, even when walking the quarter-ish mile length. There was a screened in gazebo for our 90 year old grandmother to sit in right by the lake with prime activity viewing. We also enjoyed the firepit for smores, and brought a propane grill/griddle/pizza oven to cook on for the afternoons we wanted to remain down by the lake. My daughter and I especially loved picking wild blueberries together there. The biggest drawback is that the cottage doesn't have A/C so the upstairs got pretty warm, even with the fans on. Bring an A/C unit (if owner approved) and you'll need nothing more than your bathing suit for your stay 😊"

- "The cabin is right on the lake, so we had full access to go swimming, row boating, or just sit on the deck and enjoy the scenery with a coffee. An eagle even visited one of the trees in the backyard when we were there! The cabin is in a great location - near the main road with a grocery store, Walgreens, and gas station minutes away; about 15 minutes from the cute town of Wolfeboro, and about 40 minutes from Conway. We even took a day trip during our visit to Portland, Maine, which was a little over an hour away. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping options and a well stocked kitchen with more than enough plates, cups, silverware, etc. The couch was especially comfortable and cozy! The cabin had everything we needed to make our trip fun and relaxing. We loved our visit and can’t wait to stay there again next year!"

Welcome to Lake Belleau! Our 3 bedroom/2 bath home is perched up on the shore & is the perfect setting for an unforgettable family getaway. Walk down the steps to the waters edge & jump off the dock, or use our kayaks and explore the lake. There is a large deck overlooking the lake where you can relax in the sun while the dog plays in the fully fenced yard. There is also a private deck off of the master bedroom where you can watch the sun set over the lake. Come enjoy a piece of NH paradise!

Enter the house at the main level, which offers a large open concept living room and kitchen with sliding doors out to a large deck over the lake. There is a small alcove off of the living room with a futon for an additional sleeping space, and there is a full bath on this level. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom, with an additional private deck off of the master. The basement is not finished, but has a laundry room and sliding doors out to the backyard, which is fenced for dogs. There is a set of wooden steps down to the lake, however, it is not down the entire length to the water. It is very easily accessed, but those with mobility limitations may not be able to safely walk down. the entire length. There are kayaks available to use and several chairs down by the dock. We do not offer boat launch access, so please do not bring any motorized boats.

Please be aware that there is a steep drop off near the deck and back side of cottage which overlooks the babbling brook. Edge is marked with small white garden fencing.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in home without being properly crated. Dogs must be on flea maintenance during spring, summer and fall months. Any damage caused by guest's dog to the inside or outside of home is the financial responsibility of the guest. $100 pet fee per stay.

The house is 60 feet from the stream! Listening to the stream while laying in bed is most relaxing. The house is well light by sunlight through its many large windows. The sunlight and the sounds of nature make this property a great space to relax and enjoy family and friends.

- "I chose this property because I wished to kayak nearby and needed a place to store my kayak overnight safely. This place was perfect. There was a (unofficial) loop trail out back through the woods that allowed me some nature study while getting a bit of exercise. The Dan Hole River runs right by the property and was a very nice spot to put my feet in the water on a hot day or just listen to the water. The indoors was clean and had all the comforts of home. I was very at ease here. The host, Samantha, was very accommodating. She allowed me early check-in when the weather was looking to alter my plans. I would definitely stay here again."

We were a group of 12 and were able to enjoy a weekend of fun throughout the property and never even considered leaving the grounds because it had everything we wanted all in one place. While you look left and right and upward to the beautiful decor. The owners definitely share the warmth of their home with you. The barn was a fun walk to see the alpacas and mini ponies. It was the highlight for our family who love animals especially my granddaughter. The lake house was such an extra. Unfortunately the weather was too cold for the lake activities. Welcome to Casa Geo, our family lakefront cabin on beautiful Pine River Pond! Come relax with family and friends on our king-size beds, and enjoy the views from the perched deck overlooking beautiful Heron Cove.

Our space is designed to accommodate 6 adults and up to 2 children.

Nestled on a serene cove on Pine River Pond with 100+ ft of private waterfront, our lakefront cabin invites you to unwind and explore.

When entering you're immediately greeted with an open concept living space and modern kitchen with sweeping panoramic views of Heron Cove and our towering pine trees that gives you the impression you're in a quiet corner in the forest. In our basement, you have a full entertainment area for all, with a 55 inch TV, foosball table, vinyl player, chess board, and arcade. The loft area also hosts has a wrap around couch and office for Flexible Fridays and WFH. Outside, you will have your own private dock with kayaks and a canoe awaiting the day's water based adventure with two areas where you can gather and share a fireside evening with your loved ones.

Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay, including the front yard featuring the dock and boats for water adventures, as well as the inviting back yard with a fire pit for cozy gatherings and relaxation. Please note that the garage is used for storage and will remain closed during your visit.

We welcome pets! Please note, dogs must be leashed at all times when outside. That is a very strict policy, imposed and enforced by our homeowner association.
