Located a few meters from the Zingaro nature reserve and surrounded by lush vegetation, this villa overlooks the sea and is part of a very quiet and elegant residence that has 2 private entrances to the sea below, located about 200 meters from the house - One access leads to a large pebble beach (see photo), the other to a rocky cove, isolated from the rest of the beach, ideal for fishing or for those who love to swim in deeper waters, exploring with a mask. Inside the residence there is a field intended for soccer and volleyball and a nice corner for children to play.
You enter the villa directly into the lounge / living room, consisting of a sitting area with TV and fireplace and a dining corner. The living room leads through a retractable door to a large independent kitchen, white and blue colors, well equipped with rustic Sicilian tones, where you can have breakfast. The house is fully air conditioned.

The pebble beach itself was really amazing for snorkelling with large rocks on a sea floor where you can watch marine life in great detail. It was so beautiful and stunning that we had a really hard time pulling our youngest boy out of the water. The villa itself is very spacious and had plenty of space for our family of five (2 adults, 3 children). The villa has two bathrooms, a large living room and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking almost every day after visiting the local Scopello market and shops for fresh local food. The terrace overlooks the bay and offers unforgettable views over the lagoon and the coast line. It is ideal for nice and slow evening meals while the sun goes down. On another side of the estate there is a park called Zingaro national reserve with the entrance located just 15 minutes by foot from the villa. We went there three times in total and absolutely loved the small secluded beaches, the trekking path over the lower line of mountains and stunning views across the whole Scopello valley. Our host was a very nice lady who helped us greatly in the beginning when our satnav pointed to a different location nearby. She also helped us to settle once we arrived at the villa and was very supportive throughout our stay. This has been one of our best holidays in recent years and we very much hope to come back to this lovely place one day."

The Villa itself is extremely spacious and sleeps six people while to the rear of the house is a small cottage, which sleeps a further three, but the accommodations are only available to the same group. Within the grounds too is a covered carport and a very efficient, stone built, covered barbecue. The terrace for eating al fresco is also covered to give shade but looks towards the swimming pool and the sea. Scopello is 3 kilometres away for shopping.
