Grounds are beautiful and filled with palm trees, olive trees, and fruit trees. It feels like you are nestled in the countryside but it’s a quick ten-minute walk to the beautiful Guidaloca beach (down a set of 140 stairs) and a short drive to nearby markets and restaurants. It was a perfect place for our group of 7 with lots of space to be together, but also take time to ourselves. Cristina and her husband were so sweet. They met us at the house on our arrival and were quick to help with questions we had during our stay. It felt like home, and we were so sad to leave!"

Our host was a very nice lady who helped us greatly in the beginning when our satnav pointed to a different location nearby. She also helped us to settle once we arrived at the villa and was very supportive throughout our stay. “Ninetta” House is a pretty home in the middle of a hilly green space with a charming sea view.
It is close to “ Zingaro” Natural Reserve, famous “Faraglioni from Scopello” and far away about 900 meters from Scopello medieval Hamlet.
The house is completely new, very hospitable and nice, well-furnished in every-particular, air- conditioned and with all comforts which you need.
It is composed by a great living room with clickety-clack sofa-bed, chimney, masonry kitchen, laundry room, two king bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there are two verandas: one is covered, with a sea view; in the other one there is an external kitchen with barbecue and an external shower too, with a mountain view.
Moreover there are also many amenities like the TV, internet connection, cutlery, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, towels and linens.

- "Our stay at Villa Naqara was a Sicilian dream we didn't want to wake up from. The villa is in one of the most scenic spots with the mountains in the back and the sea view in front it was spellbinding. It is huge and the swimming pool is a definite bonus, the space is modern clean and looks brand new with a lovely little garden at the back & the bbq grill which we made use of a few times. All of the rooms have a/c and the beds are very comfortable. I enjoyed using the kitchen with all of it's appliances and a fully stocked fridge which was a wonderful surprise! When we checked-in were greeted by Francesco whose family owns the property, he was so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and even drove us into the town centre for a cheese & wine shop, as well as giving recommendations for local restaurants, beaches and things to see/do. We booked a rental car with his help and a transfer to our next destination, everything he had organised was seamless and took away much of the stress so we could actually relax at the villa. We did experience a little bad weather and a power cut which didn't last long but Francesco was quick to fix the issues and efficient at doing so. Overall I would highly recommend staying here, Francesco and his family have put a lot of thought and effort into providing a beautiful holiday home with a relaxing and scenic experience that you must for your self! It is well worth the stay, thanks again Francesco!"
