We loved our stay!" - "Property is well maintained. Beds are not queen size but are full, my husband and are a bit big so that was a disappointment for us, and they are firm mattresses. The property is really close to Yal Ku Lagoon, maybe 15 minutes walking. There are 2 close restaurants and one small store nearby. Best way to get around just in that specific area is golf cart or bikes (if you didn’t rent a car) . We came after hours so I had to ask how to get in, on same day we arrived I was told we had no central air in the common areas, but the rooms had their own air conditioning so we were ok with that. Once central air is on it smells like meldew, so left it off. We also had no hot water the first night and took cold showers. We then were told the water heater wasn’t turned on. The maintenance man turned it on the next day but it turned off again and I messaged them and was told how to turn it on ourselves, then come to find out the number I was messaging the first 2 days, the lady tells me she doesn’t work for the property anymore and gives me another person to contact, and come to find out this person lives in one of the condos there, so I could have gone upstairs the first night and told them about the hot water had I known. The third night the shower knob got stuck for the hot water and wouldn’t turn off, so now that we had the right contact the guy came and fixed it for us that night. WiFi only works in the living room (but we aren’t there for WiFi so it was ok). "
