Upon arrival we found to be on opposite sides of the complex. Second issue we had was when requesting the Japanese restaurant you need to specify the Hibachi table which we were not informed of.. To our surprise with 11 people when we showed up we were Ala-carte. Other than the two issues, We had a great stay, complex is beautiful, beaches are wonderful , food was very good, and the kids loved it. We did two excursion, one with Ocean tours through the complex for $35 each we went to Akumul swam with the turtles, swam in the cenotes caverns, which also included on a separate day a tour of the Mathis Jewelry factory and Tequila shop and a 2 hour trip to Playa De Carmen. Well worth the money. The night life we had a good time, and there was always something to do. I would go back here again for a family vacation."

However on the day we left the guy brought in a brand new full water! One of the bathroom lights were out, the master bathroom sink was plugged they came to " fix" it and didnt. The real kicker...we checked out at 10:45 with the guy with the new water coming in. One stating that 2 pillows and 2 towels were missing( oh yea I come clear to Mexico to steal towels and pillows um hmmm) and put them in my suitcase!🙄 Then another email saying a towel was dirty and we need to help " share" the cost of getting it cleaned. I was APPALLED, I mean in every way. We took very good care of everything, traveling with us our Mother and Father in laws in thier mid 70's. I mean, this was no party trip lol. I let Tao know how I felt and was told I was being " rude" So, never again Tao youve lost our business when I return we won't be booking with you again. Safe travels everyone!"

- "Great condo, more spacious than pictures, excellent communication, beautiful ocean view and pool and beach. Some awesome dining just down the road. We loved our stay!" - "Property is well maintained. Beds are not queen size but are full, my husband and are a bit big so that was a disappointment for us, and they are firm mattresses. The property is really close to Yal Ku Lagoon, maybe 15 minutes walking. There are 2 close restaurants and one small store nearby. Best way to get around just in that specific area is golf cart or bikes (if you didn’t rent a car) . We came after hours so I had to ask how to get in, on same day we arrived I was told we had no central air in the common areas, but the rooms had their own air conditioning so we were ok with that. Once central air is on it smells like meldew, so left it off. We also had no hot water the first night and took cold showers. We then were told the water heater wasn’t turned on. The maintenance man turned it on the next day but it turned off again and I messaged them and was told how to turn it on ourselves, then come to find out the number I was messaging the first 2 days, the lady tells me she doesn’t work for the property anymore and gives me another person to contact, and come to find out this person lives in one of the condos there, so I could have gone upstairs the first night and told them about the hot water had I known. The third night the shower knob got stuck for the hot water and wouldn’t turn off, so now that we had the right contact the guy came and fixed it for us that night. WiFi only works in the living room (but we aren’t there for WiFi so it was ok). "

It would help to add the following for guest use: vegetable peeler, can opener, electric dishwasher soap, paper towels, cleaning products, replacement trash liners, mixing bowls, and dish cloths. Booking is very difficult if your arrival is after hours. We had to wire money for payment. More payment options should be considered, including allowing Expedia to be a payment broker, instead of only “pay at property.” The property manager should be more accessible prior to arrival. It took awhile for us to connect with the property manager, but once we could text with them, it worked out fine. There were no checkout instructions. The pool pump required repair while we were there, so we only accessed the pool at the start of our trip. "
