Additionally, Roost does not provide storage for luggage, personal belongings, or mail, and cannot accept post or packages under any circumstances. Guests are not permitted to use the property's post boxes, and any mail received will be returned to sender. Lost property must be collected within 14 days of checkout, after which it will be disposed of. Return of lost items by mail may be offered at the guest’s expense but is not guaranteed and is at Roost’s discretion.

Lovely spacious 4 bed Victorian apartment over two floors right next to Burnham beach with lovely sea view from the lounge and only a couple of minutes walk to town centre. 1 large king bedroom with toilet.1 double bedroom, 1 twin room and 1 small single.Family bathroom with shower and bath. Large apartment with stunning sea view a few metres from the front door. Upstairs is the generous Victorian lounge with large bay window overlooking the sea which has two 3 piece recliners and a 55 inch smart tv .Also on this floor is the kitchen and a double bedroom. Downstairs is the king size large master bedroom,a twin room and small single. The property has the rare benefit of a garden that you can park in and there is an electric door you can close to make the garden completely sucure so you can relax wile kids play or keep mountain bikes etc. There is also the benefit of a pergola connected to the back of apartment with seating so you can sit and relax
