The property is modern, clean and very no frills. The breakfast buffet and food options for lunch are terrific! We ate dinner at local restaurants, so can't really speak much on the dinner options. The location is nicely set back from the beach, however, it's about a 5-8 min walk down a road located in front of the hotel. Beach chairs are located on the beach for a small fee (third party provider). Easy in and out of town! Would definitely stay here again! Oh and a really amazing thing, they had our room available for early check-in! "

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the house. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Please note that there is a pool maintenance/cleaning every Friday.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment with huge terrace, all facing the beach and pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It also has gym, unpaid parking and wi fi internet in common areas. There is also a poolside bar and a mini market for essentials.
With a great location, about 4 km from the center of the village, the beautifully decorated and furnished apartment is bright and sunny. It is equipped with open plan kitchen, living room with huge sofa, cable TV and coffee maker. With direct exit from the living room the magnificent terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and 2 sun loungers.
Porto Santo, the “golden island” as it is known, is the second largest island in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. It is 50 km from Madeira Island and has an area of 42.48 km.
An extensive beach of fine yellow sand, with therapeutic properties, and about 9 km crosses part of the island, situated in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, from booking taxis, to making reservations at local restaurants( some of which even providing complimentary transportation), to recommending tours of the island. The breakfast at the main resort of Vila Baleira is a must, amazing! The apartments view to the beach and pool area is wonderful! Although the apartments patio was very large, it was dirty, the table was broken thus it could not support the shade umbrella, and the screen door was broken, w/ cobwebs and dirt. As mentioned in other reviews and above the apartment needs some love. Again the staff of Vila Beleira are amazing, going above and beyond! During our stay in May we found Porto Santo to be an amazing place."
