- "Nice little 2 bedroom place close to the Sac River." - "We came from the north to meet friends from the south for a fishing trip. And the cottage was clean, neat and comfortable. The kitchen had amenities like spices and zip lock bags and dish soap which was really appreciated. Yes, the railroad is nearby, but it really didn't disrupt our visit or sleep. We hope to return for another visit!" - "Although this cabin is close to the tracks and river, and the train is fairly loud, we didn't mind. It's actually my toddlers favorite part. The cabin was cute but small, very clean, and has all the utensils you need to cook. Its a bit too tight if you need to bring a play pen for a toddler to sleep, so be aware, but otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

- "Our family came down to explore parks and trails in Northern California and chose the modern cabin (pine) as it was centrally located to where we would be spending our time and looked like a really sweet property. We were not disappointed. The cabin was just right for us, clean and updated with thoughtful details in the decor and setup. We had a small facilities issue while we stayed, but the management was extremely prompt and courteous and attempted to address it immediately. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

- "We stayed in the modern cabin. Very nice! Had everything we needed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. I would have liked a blanket for the couch. They had sweet lights strung around, nice touch. Liked the community spaces, pool, hammocks, fire pit, plenty of games. Was central locating to lots of hiking, waterfalls, river, caverns. Liked the info book with recommendations for planning. - "Overall, the property looks great, although, we didn't utilize any of the amenities since we were only staying one night. Something I wish I'd realized ahead of time is that for these particular cabins, there is only enough hot water for a 5 minute shower. The welcome packet says to limit showers to 10 minutes but in my experience, the hot water lasted about 5 minutes. The bathroom is pretty small, but has everything you'd need. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals. The king size bed was very firm. Check in process was very easy and communication with staff was via text and they responded promptly. "

- "My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Banyan cabin. It was very tranquil and allowed us to destress very easily. The cabin is in excellent condition with the kitchen bearing a nice modern look. There was a washer and dryer in the cabin which allowed us to wash some of our clothes no problem. Management was nice and friendly and helped us check into the cabin easily. The neighborhood is very quiet, except for a couple of trains that pass by (we didn't mind the trains though). Overall, I'd recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice, spacious and calm place to relax."
