Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This newly remodeled beach cottage is a 1-minute walk to a private neighborhood beach. Beach passes for 12 and a variety of beach gear are included. The cottage sleeps 8-10 with a king bed, kids' trundle & hang-out space, two downstairs bedrooms, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy a living room that opens to the sun porch, games, and AppleTV. The backyard offers a hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, dining area, and Solo fire pit. Fully stocked kitchen, extra fridge, and washer/dryer provided.

The space
This adorable beach cottage has just been completely remodeled. It features a brand new mid-century modern kitchen, a new bath with a beautifully tiled shower, AC/heat throughout, and a backyard patio with a brand new hot tub!

The best part is that the house is 70 yards (1 min walk) to the private neighborhood beach! The rental includes beach passes for up to 12 and all the beach gear you could need. The backyard shed has beach toys, 6 Tommy Bahama backpack cooler chairs, an additional small cooler, multiple beach mats and umbrellas, and a beach cart to make the short walk easier.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 8, but 10 can fit if using the pull-out couch. Upstairs, there is the primary bedroom with a king bed and a kid's loft room with a twin trundle that can convert to a double. The kids' loft has Nugget modular furniture that they can build into all sorts of fun configurations and a TV. We also provide a pack-n-play and baby gate should you be traveling with very littles.

The downstairs includes two bedrooms (one queen and one full), a spacious living room, and a sun porch that can be opened entirely to the living room. The living area is stocked with games and Apple TV (with guest access to YouTube, Netflix, Disney, and Max). You can also log in to any other streaming service with your credentials. An extra fridge is on the sun porch as well.

The brand-new kitchen has granite countertops and an adorable retro-looking fridge. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, knives, cooking utensils, and basic pantry items like spices, olive oil, salt/pepper, etc. We also leave basic condiments in the fridge.

The backyard is a great hangout spot after a day at the beach. Rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower and then soak in the large brand-new 6-person hot tub. Grill out on the Weber grill and have a large family dinner under the umbrellas at the oversized picnic table. Relax in the Adirondacks while enjoying a bonfire in the Solo Stove Yukon firepit.

Other misc things: There is a small washer/dryer in the house and plenty of bedding, towels, and beach towels - so you don't need to lug extra things to the beach.

The house is raised 5' off the ground, so it is not wheelchair accessible and requires walking up at least 6 steps.

We have tandem driveway parking for only two cars.

Plenty of parking to host your friends and family for the day while they visit. Perfect yard that backs up to a reserve. Outdoor Shower, and peace and quiet. Perfect for families of older kids, not the right place for toddlers under 5 (old house. Not childproof). Walking area down sidewalks on East Ave (both sides 1.5 miles, total 3 miles with Moore Woods walking area 1/4 mile straight walk away from house).

Atmosphere: This cottage is not luxurious- it is well-loved. It is a rustic cape cottage near everything that families have used for years as a flophouse going to and returning from the beach. It has all of the original wood cabinetry and charm of a New England cottage in a coastal town. Second bathroom in basement is rustic and intended for washing sand off from the beach.
This is the kind of place my family likes to say 'it's ok to track the sand from the beach into the kitchen' where we sit around all day on the porch playing cards with the kids, listening to music, grilling and telling stories. Bedroom rooms have air conditioning units. We hope you enjoy and love it as much as we have.

A totally renovated 2 bedroom cottage with 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Brand new private wooden staircase to 50 feet of private beach. Outdoor seating area with a fire pit on top of the sea wall overlooking the Atlantic ocean. There is a brand new wood deck that follows the sea wall and holds a large table and umbrella with seating for 6. Also a natural gas grill for all of your grilling needs next to the outdoor shower. As you enter the 700 square foot 2 level cottage, there is a brand new high end kitchen with quartz countertops, Wolf dual fuel range, Subzero refrigerator and wine cooler, and Bosch dishwasher. The quartz island holds 3 stools and the table in the corner has seating for 4. The remainder of the downstairs living area has a 3 seat couch and a 48" flat screen Smart TV . Internet services provided.

There are ocean views on the first floor from the south side windows. A half bath and bedroom with 2 queen bunk beds, a twin pull out trundle bed and a washer and dryer that complete the first floor. As you climb the spiral staircase to the second floor loft/bedroom, there is a view of the Atlantic ocean from every window. This floor has a full bathroom with custom tile shower, rain shower head . The bedroom/loft has a queen bed with a large dresser.Every room in cottage provides high end paddle fan.
The street side of the yard has plush grass and new landscaping. The native pea gravel driveway with parking for 4 cars is lined with Belgian blocks. The entire property has been landscaped with native species including hydrangeas and peonies. There is natural rock stepping stones leading from the driveway to the main entrance of the house and also from the deck to the wooden staircase that leads down to the sandy beach.

You need to bring your own linens, pillow cases, sheets, towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels, etc. There are 3 queen beds and 1 twin size bed in the house.

This cottage is at the Watch Hill end of Westerly, far enough away from the traffic, but close enough to all of the amenities that Misquamicut Beach has to offer.

- "Adorable little cottage with all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Upstairs bedroom was not optimal for sleeping (too hot & twin convertable beds were not comfortable) but we managed with the two downstairs bedrooms just fine. The living room was cute... could have used another comfortable seat but great television access and we made it work as well. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessities and then some... had paper towels, some spices, some condiments all in a beautiful set up. Had one window AC unit in the living room... fans in the two downstairs bedrooms and it seemed to be adequate for our stay. Having access to a washer & dryer was great. The outdoor area was great... there was an outdoor shower, great grill, nice firepit area with seating, good sized parking and grassy areas with beautiful flowers. There was bug spray available... sticks to roast marshmallows and a wrapped package of firewood as well. The road noise from Rt 1 could not be heard from inside the house as we had the windows closed and AC on.... you could hear it outside but it was easy to tune out and get used to. Our weather didn't cooperate so we spent a good amount of time at the cottage and had a nice stay. Also, the pipe under the kitchen sink separated and caused a leak... the owner was quick to respond and correct the problem right away. Thank you for a lovely stay... we would stay here again for sure!!"

This beach rental has hardwood floors, a beautiful new tiled kitchen with granite counter-tops, and a dishwasher. The cottage also boasts and washer and dryer, and central air. This beautiful home can comfortably accommodate 6-8 surf and sun loving individuals. The house is located within easy walking distance to the beach, but you will also be provided with a parking pass to the private Misquamicut Land Owners' beach.

On those 'stay in' evenings, WIFI is available to keep you connected, or stream your favorite channels on one of the large flat screen TV's.

Fabulous restaurants are within walking distance, but if you care to cook at home, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and appliances. The property boasts a variety of outdoor living options: a covered front porch for people watching and gorgeous sunsets; a bluestone patio with grill and comfortable outdoor seating.

Historic Watch Hill and downtown Westerly are a short drive away offering shopping, sightseeing, and more restaurant choices. Misquamicut Beach: Our beaches are family friendly, with plenty of children's activities and eating options. For mature, more adventurous vacationers there are beautiful, out of the way beaches in Weekapaug and Watch Hill that offer more privacy, the option to fish, walk, or surf. These beaches are only a 5-10 minute bicycle ride from the condo.

Block Island: Westerly Airport offers flights, and a ferry sails every hour from Point Judith (20 minute drive) to this romantic get away. We absolutely recommend a day trip to this Island. It feels like you're in the Caribbean, surrounded by blue water, white sand, and rocky coastline. The island can by toured on rented bicycles or mopeds. It's also great for walking from beach to beach, exploring, and soaking in the beautiful views.

Newport: Mansions, shopping, sailing. This historic town is 40 minutes away, and a beautiful place to spend an afternoon.

An alternative to generic condominiums, our unique little cottage is in the heart of Watch Hill. You can walk to two beaches, the oldest 'flying horse' carousel in the U.S and shops and restaurants in minutes. The cottage is also a short walk from the Ocean House resort hotel and the Watch Hill Chapel.

The Ice House was originally the kitchen/ice house for the larger home on the property, which was later converted to a separate home. The house has a loft-like first floor, with open living and dining room, and a full kitchen with counter seating. There is a new flat screen TV, a pull out couch, and a vintage 1930's Hoosier cabinet and dining set for four. The bathroom is also located on the first floor, has a 'claw foot' tub with shower, and mini washer and dryer units. The cottage has a Caribbean color scheme overall, with a mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings and art.

On the second floor, the master bedroom has an antique double bed with romantic net canopy. The second bedroom has two antique iron twins and is perfect for families with children. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. Outside the bedrooms is a cozy sitting area with a vintage rattan couch, chair, computer desk and small flat screen TV.

Please note that, while the cottage sleeps 6 in a pinch, we will rarely accept a reservation for 6 adults due to the size of the house and the septic system.

The deck on the front of the house has a dining table with umbrella, chairs, occasional tables and a small grill. Please note that the cottage does not have a lawn - but we do have a lovely deck for al fresco dining and cocktails. And the large public park area at the gazebo on the harbor is great for Frisbee and ball play.
Also please note that there is parking for 2 cars maximum. If both are very large (large SUVs for instance) there will not be room for 2.

This charming beach cottage is a half mile walk to the beach and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The cottage accommodates four people comfortably with a maximum occupancy of six people. No parties! Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. This rental includes a screened in porch, a large deck, an outdoor shower, and a big back yard. Inside has air conditioning, cable, and internet. You will be provided with passes to the private Misquamicut Fire District Beach. These passes allow you to walk onto the beach, but do not allow you to park there. You must bring your own towels and linens. This rental is only available to be rented Saturday to Saturday.

We had a wonderful mostly sunny week, and so the portable pop-up shade canopy that we brought and set up above the picnic table was a super-helpful source of shade. Paul was super responsive to some questions and requests that came up, and his sister even stopped by during a beach walk to check in and make sure everything was going well. Overall, it was one of the cleanest, best-located, and best-equipped summer beach rentals that I've ever arranged. thank you Paul!"

This Sweet as can be classic Waterfront cottage on Winnapaug Pond has gorgeous views!! This classic cottage features four bedrooms and one bath. Walk out your back door and grab your clam rake… paddle board, kayak, or jet ski and have a blast on Winnapaug Pond!

This beautiful home can comfortably accommodate 6-8 surf and sun loving individuals. The house is located within easy walking distance to the beach, but guests will also be provided with a parking pass to the private Misquamicut Land Owners' beach. Restaurants, water sports, and miniature golf are also within walking distance. Historic Watch Hill and downtown Westerly are a short drive away offering shopping, sightseeing, and more restaurant choices. Block Island and Newport make great day trips, and the Roger William's Zoo and Mystic Aquarium and Seaport provide more fun and educational experiences that will enhance your getaway.

If you care to cook at home the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dish and glassware, pots, pans, and appliances. The property boasts a variety of outdoor living options: a screened-in porch with amazing water views, the back patio with grill, comfortable seating for comfort and convenience.

Misquamicut Beach: Our beaches are family friendly, with plenty of children's activities and eating options. For mature, more adventurous vacationers there are beautiful, out of the way beaches in Weekapaug and Watch Hill that offer more privacy, the option to fish, walk, or surf. These beaches are only a 5-10 minutes bicycle ride from the condo. We encourage our renters to contact us ahead of time for directions or recommendations about the activities in the area. You'll find that a week is too short to fit in all the things you'll want to do!

Block Island: Westerly Airport offers flights, and a ferry sales every hour from Point Judith (20 minute drive) to this romantic get away. We absolutely recommend a day trip to this Island. It feels like your in the Carribean, surrounded by blue water, white sand, and rocky coastline. The island can by toured on rented bicycles or mopeds. It's also great for walking from beach to beach, exploring, and soaking in the beautiful views.

Newport: Mansions, shopping, sailing. This historic town is 40 minutes away, and a beautiful place to spend an afternoon.
