This charming two story Cape-style home is one mile to Georgica beach, 1.5 to Main Beach. It's in E. Hampton village, south of the highway, walking distance to restaurants, exercise, entertainment and boutique shopping.

It has four bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen) and three baths. The two rooms upstairs each have newly renovated ensuite bathrooms and the two bedrooms downstairs share a renovated bathroom with a tub. There's a new couch in the living room. The house has central air. It can comfortably sleep eight.

The living room has a 65 inch smart TV with cable, strong upgraded Wi-Fi, and a gas fireplace. The renovated kitchen features a Sub-Zero fridge & freezer, a 48' Viking range, a Miele dishwasher and Dacor double ovens. It's fully equipped with a lobster pot, Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, etc. The grounds are landscaped with many flowers and plants. There's a heated in-ground swimming pool (opens April 15) with an automatic safety cover, a hammock, a Weber grill, and an outdoor shower. Beach bikes are provided. If you are going to stay in the Hamptons, why not stay on the water? It's much cooler here. This property is 5-10 degrees cooler than inland East Hampton.

This private 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage enjoys spectacular sunsets and a cool breeze off the water. Launch the four, 2 person tandem and two single sit-on-top ocean kayaks directly from the end of the property and enjoy the nature & beauty of East Hampton's Three Mile Harbor Harbor. (while kayaking see an osprey nest, many egrets, swans pairs, and the vast biodiversity of the bay shoreline)

This is an expansive property with wide-open views of the water, natural landscape, and gardens. The property overlooks a 100+ acre nature preserve, it's very beautiful and peaceful.

The property is spectacular and not your typical enclosed Long Island suburban backyard.

The 2 bedroom newly renovated cottage is very comfortable (you have the entire building), each bedroom has its own bedroom, the large master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other bedroom located on the opposite side of the cottage ( this renovation change was recently completed) has 2 twins (that can be combined to make a King size bed).

There are all-new fixtures and appliances in the cottage, including a commercial-grade (2 ton) central air conditioning system. The temp stays very comfortable.

The Ritz cottage has its own 500 high-speed modem and ultra-fast WiFi 6, fiber optic cabling, and redundant internet connections for streaming, posting pictures, or remote working.

This Ritz cottage has a strict NO PETS policy, this cottage is safe for those with pet allergies, no pets have stayed here, and there are no exceptions to the pets policy. If you a pet please select the Rex Cottage, we allow pets there.

Enjoy a private tennis court, tune-up your game with a bucket of new balls and ball machine, practice for as long as you want, private instruction available (please inquire about instruction a week before arrival)

There is also a short-game golf practice facility on the property. Work on your short game with our pitching/putting green from multiple approach angles and a crushed white marble sand trap.

6 adult bikes are available for you to enjoy ( sorry we don't have children ones, but we are working on it)

The four 2-person and two single sit-on-top ocean kayaks, which can be launched directly from the property, there is no additional cost to use them. They are stored 15ft from the water.

Walk to Maidstone Park beach or visit the spectacular Town of East Hampton Ocean Beaches 10 minutes away, ( Atlantic Ave Beach is recommended).

East Hampton Town Ocean and Bay Beach Parking pass is included (no charge).

Keep in mind this is a parking pass, the beaches are open. You can walk, bike, or kayak to the bay beach, it is extremely close.

East Hampton ocean beach is spectacular and world-class in its beauty and pristine condition.

At the Ritz, we have a new outdoor dining patio with a BBQ charcoal grill, and bring your own charcoal.

The Ritz cottage is well equipped for cooking, it has many utensils, serving plates, full array of pots and pans, blender, juicer, coffee maker, microwave, full stove, dishwasher and washer & dryer, but there are so many excellent food choices for take out or dine in.

The Ritz as freshly washed sheets and towels including beach towels.

Unfortunately we do not allow any pets in the Ritz, we have never allowed pets in this cottage, its safe for those allergic to pet hair.

The entire stand-alone 2 bedroom Ritz cottage is available to rent to just one group, its rented in its entirety and not on a per- bedroom basis.

This rustic country home embodies traditional Hamptons cottage charm, but has all modern technology and amenities. The cottage is bright and sunny with high ceilings and a strong attention to detail. We are just a short bike ride to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, the closest access being at the end of Egypt Lane, just two miles from the house. We are just a mile to beautiful and historic East Hampton Village, full of terrific shopping, great dining options, and fantastic people watching! There are also nearby farm stands, parks, hiking trails, tennis courts, and all the other cultural and social attractions of the East End of Long Island. Transportation options to and from NYC including the Hampton Jitney & the Long Island Railroad are under five minutes away. Easy access to Sag Harbor, Amagansett and Montauk as well.

Quiet, quaint and perfectly located between all hamptons and amagansett necessities. Kate was extremely responsive and very kind. We had an issue with the shower draining the one morning, she had a plumber out that afternoon to take care of it. The outdoor shower is an absolute must try, I never want to shower any other way! The beach/bay is a quick 8 minute walk from the cottage. It’s a private beach and only residents in the area can enjoy it so it was quiet every day we were there. Can’t wait to go back next year and enjoy again!"

This quaint sunny cottage is located in the village of East Hampton and is walking distance from the center of town and a is only a bike ride away from the ocean beaches. The cottage has central airconditionaing, a queen bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. It has a clawfoot tub/shower in the bathroom that is original to the house. It has a fully equipped kitchen with laundry in the basement, living room, and front entry sitting room perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and newspaper.

- "My husband and I spent several long weekends in this cottage this past June. We had a relaxing, enjoyable time. The cottage is in a quite nice residential neighborhood off of Newtown Lane in East Hampton. The bathroom and the kitchen have both been recently redone. It is very clean. The two bedrooms are quite small, so I do not think it would be great for more than a couple unless the second bedroom were to be used for one or two quite young children. Nancy and her husband Jim were both pleasant to deal with. We had no complaints."
