The heat goes on for about an hour in the evening and in the morning. The cabin is the sane temperature as the outside. It was 9 degrees centigrade and the little coal stove could not warm the bedrooms, kitchen or bathroom. We had to check out early and find a hotel because our kids were freezing. I tried to contact the owner when we arrived but did not answer the phone. Just want to warn other families so they won’t have the same experience we did. I am sure it would be great in the summer months."

Typically our space is for a couple or a couple with one child but 3 adults have stayed on some occasions using sofa bed which has worked out fine.
The accommodation is a double bed and single sofa bed.

Other things to note
If any guest is travelling by train we would be happy to collect them from Westport train station.
