Quiet family & dog friendly home on Lake Hartwell with a large deck and two level boat dock. Very deep water (23 feet at dock when lake is full) means not worrying about summertime water drops and no touching your feet on the bottom when swimming and no muddy water! Two jet ski ports for keeping your water craft out of water and secure during your stay. Bring your boat too, there is plenty of room to tie up to the dock! There is a small boat ramp that is located in same cove and very easy to get to (Port Bass boat ramp). The spacious upper dock is furnished with cushioned furniture and sunshade. Kayaks are also available to be used to explore our large and quiet cove. The large 20'x30' deck overlooks the lake while keeping dogs and small children secure with gates and fencing. Multiple tables with sunshades, grill, and mosquito lamps will keep you comfortable while grilling out lunch or dinner. Full size washer and dryer along with two full size refrigerators. In addition the house is equipped with central air and smart TV. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, and living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed. Concrete parking area is 35'x50' so there is room for your vehicle and trailer. Fast fiber WiFi included. There are multiple State and Federal parks in the area with hiking and biking trails. We are only 30 minutes to Clemson University and one hour to University of Georgia.

We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Harbor Light Marina where there are boat rentals available. There is also a lakeside restaurant, Tilly's, there at the marina that we love to take a quick boat ride for a bite to eat and a cold beer. Level 2 car charger available.

This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house is perfect for families. It is situated in a quiet cove, but close to the big waters of Lake Hartwell. This is private property with a gated drive. It is located 25 mins. from Clemson University, 20 mins. from Anderson, SC, 10 mins. from I-85, and 2 mins from Green Pond Landing. The house is right across the lake from Portman Marina where non-ethanol gas is available.
There is a large dock with swimming ladder and easily accommodates your boat. The large yard has plenty of room to run and play and to park your boat trailer. There is definitely room to strike up a friendly ball game, so bring your football or ball and bat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and small appliances, but no dishwasher. The great room has a table with seating for 8. There are two additional tables for playing board games and puzzles. The screened porch offers a wonderful view of the lake and is especially nice at sunset. It also has comfortable seating for 4-8. One of the 2 additional outdoor decks has a table with seating for 6. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after lake fun.
Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen size bed and its own full bathroom. All linens, towels, and wash cloths are provided. There are two daybeds and a pull-out couch in the great room.

There's so much within walking distance that you’ll be able to park your car in the reserved space in the building’s gated and monitored parking lot and explore to your heart’s content. If you’re visiting for a Gameday of any kind, you’ll be as close as you possibly can be to Memorial Stadium (Death Valley), Doug Kingsmore Stadium, and Little John Coliseum, there’s not a single other property on Clemson campus that gets you closer to Gameday!

The Tiger Den is a STUDIO condo (~450 sqft, everything but the bathroom is one big open room), which is thoughtfully composed with all the necessities and comforts of home you could ask for. You’ll have plenty of room to relax on our cozy pullout couch and watch TV from the streaming service of your choice, and when it’s time to turn in, just fold out our Queen size wall bed and call it a night. If you want to enjoy some takeout, we have a table for 2 (or 4) waiting for you. Looking to host a culinary experience? We are NOT the place for you. Need to heat up some pigs in a blanket to bring to your tailgate? We’ve got you covered! Our kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, small fridge/freezer combo and additional beverage fridge (priorities!), Keurig, and your basic dishes, glassware and utensils. We do not provide spices or cooking oil.

The building is normally very quiet (no student rentals allowed), but on Game Days the atmosphere becomes much more lively with fans and other owners. Feel the game day ambience surround you between the boisterous media room across the interior hall and the popular tailgating lot on the other side of the sliding french doors. We love the excitement that game days bring, but take note that the noise levels can get fairly high and fellow Tiger fans’ excitement can go late into the evening.

PARKING:
You will have access to ONE numbered, uncovered parking spot on the front side of the building. You must display the provided hang tag while parked.

ACCESS:
Building and parking are secured by access codes and gate. Codes for gate, exterior building entrances, elevator and automated front door lock will be provided prior to your arrival.

SLEEPING:
We sleep up to 4 guests, but you'll be most comfortable with 2. We have a comfortable queen murphy bed that conveniently folds up into the wall during the day. Linens and pillows are stored in the bathroom linen closet. Our sectional sofa pulls out into a full sized bed, perfect for two kids or a cozy twosome - just be mindful that its a sofa bed, not a regular bed. Linens and pillows are located in the built in storage - just lift the chaise lounge to access.

KITCHEN:
You’ll have access to the basics during your trip. Four places settings including wine glasses and coffee mugs are provided, but please note that we do not have a dishwasher. Drying rack conveniently stored in the lower cabinets and a fresh sponge for each booking. If hand washing dishes is not your thing, please consider bringing paper/plastic products with you for your stay. Appliances: Toaster oven/air fryer combo, microwave, beverage fridge, small (4.5 cu. ft.) fridge/freezer combo (with ice trays), single serve Keurig coffee machine

LUGGAGE & CLOTHING STORAGE:
Feel free to use the three drawer hallway dresser. Hangers and a luggage rack are located in the bathroom linen closet. The TV console is a convenient spot to tuck away extra linens or a smaller suitcase while not in use.

TRASH:
Please dispose of your trash in the dumpster near the visitor parking spaces prior to your departure. Do not leave full trash bags in the hallway!

Cozy camper with everything you need. Located in Clemson Hills RV Club, you are just minutes away from Clemson University, Lakes Keowee and Hartwell, Seneca, and the mountains! It’s a great location to stay if you are visiting your student, friends or family, coming to a Clemson game, or needing a romantic getaway! This campground has a wonderful host named Paul and all neighboring campers are friendly and helpful.
This cozy camper offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend or getaway. The kitchen comes with pots, pans, dishes, keurig, crockpot, an electric Dutch oven, gas stovetop and gas oven. Fresh linens are provided for the bedroom along with a tv, two closets, and an under bed storage area for clothes, shoes, and more.
Enjoy a hot shower in the bathroom which also provides towels, hand towels and wash clothes, soap, shampoo and conditioner, a first aid kit, hair dryer, steamer for ironing out those wrinkles, and many other bathroom essentials.

Pets are welcomed! Camper comes with many essentials for your fur babies. For cats there is a litter box, mat, cat bed, an outdoor cat tent with runner toys, and food dishes. For dogs, there are some chew toys, food dishes, a walking leash with bathroom pick up bags for disposal.
Camper uses propane gas for heating and has electric air conditioning. It comes with 5 propane tanks already filled for you to use. Campsite has full hookups.

Outside, Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor games, a fire or an afternoon grill out on the porch along w/ a bbq grill. Kayaks+corn hole boards are available upon request.
The space
You are equipped with all your essentials here at the rustic rectangle . If you need to do laundry there is a close by laundry mat up the rd right in downtown Pendleton.

In the living area you are provided a drop leaf bar top for your work, or eating convenience, just pull up and it’ll lock, when letting back down there are four leavers to unlock below. The couch let’s down to an xl twin to allow for more sleeping and use for seating at the bar, (please pickup to move rather than dragging)..

In the kitchen you’ll find your paper towels/or Kitchen towels, salt, pepper, sugar, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots (specific for induction cook top), coffee and kureig coffee maker, microwave along with a toaster oven which can air fry, toast , bake and and more in the labeled cabinets. The stove top is an induction cooktop and the pots provided under the stove are required for it to work efficiently and properly .(they must be on the stove top prior to turning it on for them to heat, then just turn on and use as normal). Unfortunately there is no oven , but we do also provide two grills for your convenience outdoors.

Make your way to the bathroom and it’s supplied with towels, razors, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hair brush, body wash and more for your convenience.

In the bedroom you’ll find a full/queen bed, closet with hangers and two shelves for your suitcases or other items , there is also one open storage space under the bed for additional space .

If using kayaks please use at own risk and expect to bring transportation that will accommodate the two single, standard sized kayaks, straps are provided for use ( located in the deck box on the porch), lake is not in walking distance, but short ride up the rd to both leisure and sunset areas.

There is a bbq grill for guests use, when finished with it we ask that you please clean it to the best of your ability:) and enjoy

When using hot tub PLEASE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 4 NIGHTS THE HOT TUB WILL NEED TO BE CLEANED during your stay to insure filters are clear and waters stays clean. (I will be happy to do so without bothering you , and I’ll mention this in your welcome message day of arrival) There are chemicals used to keep water clean we will not be held liable for burns or skin irritation. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON TURN POWER OFF OR HEATED FEATURE OFF UNLESS INCASE OF EMERGENCY . WHEN NOT IN USE PLEASE PLACE LID BACK ON AND CLIP LID TO SEAL. We want to insure it stays clean and warm for next guests use .

WHEN PETS ARE AT THE SPACE PLEASE USE PROVIDED PURPLE TOWELS TO WIPE ANY PET PAWS IF NEEDED. DO NOT USE BATHTOWELS, HAND TOWELS RAGS FOR PETS, BLANKETS OR PILLOWS. IF YOUR PETS REQUIRE ANY BEDDING OR PILLOWS PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN.

There are SECURITY CAMERAS outside every corner of the home, the hot tub is in coverage view of two of them, they do not pick up any sound. For your safety and the safety of others there is a monitor located in the bedroom for guests to view footage. Cameras do not pick up sound you can turn that off at anytime .

Pets live next door and have an invisible fence. Will bark if they see activity but are harmless.

Although we do allow pets because we know how important they are to our guests we do require a $55 cleaning fee for all dogs on top of our $75 cleaning fee per booking. This should automatically be included into your total if you added a pet at time of booking, if not and see/hear a pet was brought we will assume you missed this detail and will charge you.

We are so close to the Clemson Tigers Stadium! We are renting our 1300 sqft apartment at my husbands mancave for the Clemson games, student move in, or just a visit. It is a 1 bdrm, 1 bath apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, living room with 75” smart tv, dining room, and washer/dryer. . The bedroom has a king size bed with a tempurpedic mattress. The living room consists of leather recliners and a massage chair which is wonderful and relaxing. We also have a comfy roll away with bedding for extra guests.
Outside has a fire pit with benches and some rocking chairs.
There is internet in the apartment. Only 7 minutes (4 miles) to the stadium. Football weekends are a 2 night min.

Welcome to our 40 Acres of private woodlands and lakes. We have many miles of hiking trails or bring your ATV's for a ride around our trails. Property surrounded by Ocenee County golf club, walk to house from 13 hole! 2 lakes. This truly is a hidden gem.

Comfortable home! Convenient location! Close to Oconee Medical Hospital great for travel health care professionals less than 10 mins. Located close to the Duke Power facility for outage employees. Clemson University less than 15 min drive. Downtown Seneca area is less than 5 minutes away- excellent restaurants and unique shops for shopping. Shaver Recreation Complex is within walking distance and offers plenty of outdoor activities. Tons of things to do and everything is close by.

The space
The whole upstairs is completely open to you as a guest. Located upstairs you'll have your room, the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The living room has comfortable seating and large smart television. You can also enjoy smart television in your private room.

The bathroom is very spacious and may be shared but is usually private. I try to keep only one guest at a time so the bathroom will likely be private. Plenty of cabinet space for your hygiene supplies.

The laundry room wish washer and dryer is located downstairs. Scheduled laundry times may apply

Parking is provided in the driveway and roadside if necessary.

The neighbors are extremely friendly and we work together as a "crime watch" for each other. The area is very safe.

The Shaver Recreation Complex is within walking distance. They offer seven recreation fields, two gyms, a climbing wall, playgrounds, and the Seneca Disc Golf Course is open for public. There is a wonder walking / running / biking trail and track is also open for public use.

Seneca City offers public transport. Pick up does not occur at the residence but pick up locations are within walking distance.

We are 15 minutes from Anderson University. 20 minutes from Erskine College and 45 minutes from Clemson University, in normal traffic. We are 3 miles from Broadway Lake. Traffic time varies with area events.

Turn of the century refurbished home. Much charm & plenty of privacy, 10+ acres w/pecans trees, wild blackberries & a huge fig tree, acreage is not part of the common area.

The space
Large room with luxurious queen sleigh bed. This room is on the second floor. Your private bath is on the second floor and has a claw-foot tub and a hand shower. (It is not on-suite.) There is no shower. As can be seen there is not enough head room to stand. The hand shower can be used while sitting in the claw-foot tub.

Guest access
Guest enter through the main entrance of the house into a large foyer. There are two guests rooms upstairs. There is a dedicated bathroom for each guest room, one is on the ground floor, the other is on the second floor. The dedicated bathroom for this room is on the second floor, it is not on-suite. It does not have a shower. It has a claw-foot tub with a hand shower. As can be seen in the pictures because of the dormered ceiling there is not enough head room to stand. The hand shower can be used while sitting in the claw-foot tub or you can have a good old soak in the over sized tub.

During your stay
We give guests their space and privacy but are available to assist in any way, answer questions or simply have a chat.

As we are rural we have a number outside cats but they usually shy away from guests.

There is a smart TV with cable access but you will have to log into your own subscriptions.

The dedicated bathroom for the Rose room has a dormer ceiling and a claw foot tub with no room for a standing shower. There is a hand held shower to use while sitting in the tub. Some folks love a soak in an old fashioned cast iron claw foot tub. For others it is not their preference. The lack of shower is reflected in our low nightly rate. If you need a shower your going to have to pay more per night....somewhere else.

Roomy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Seneca, SC. Approximately 2.5 miles from Wal-Mart and 2 miles from Waffle House. 9 miles from Clemson football stadium.

Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas.

Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.
