We will comfortably sleep 6 and have additional accommodations for extra guests. The Hermann Trolley will pick you up right at the front door! Located on E 4th Street, you can walk to all of downtown Hermann's bars and restaraunts and wineries or have the Hermann Trolley pick you up at the house and take you everywhere. It will even drop you off at the house when you are done exploring for the day.
This brand new house is perfectly decorated to be your home away from home. There are 3 king sized beds and 1 queen bed upstairs. One of the King bedrooms and the queen bedroom has an en suite full bath, another has an en suite half bath, and there is also a full hallway bathroom. All have comfy memory foam mattresses. There is also a sleeper sofa and half bath on the main level. The kitchen is fully furnished with all pots, pans, and utensils you would need to prepare a basic meal along with a coffee bar. The Wolke Suite is accessed through the common area of the B&B, and is simply charming! As you enter this room you’ll be delighted that it has its own foyer, complete with a small chandelier. You can expect complete relaxation in this room, which offers a queen-sized bed, luxuriously appointed with a memory-foam mattress and high thread-count sheets. Atop the bed is an old-fashioned quilt, and to lend even more coziness to the room there is a fireplace in the corner as well as a small seating area.

The queen-sized bed is an espresso color and features a tall headboard–which gives the room a slightly regal look. And you’ll definitely sleep like royalty on the pillow-top mattress which is dressed with 300-thread-count-sateen hotel-quality sheets, a down-alternative comforter, and extra pillows.

Das Zimmer also contains a comfortable slipper chair, a 39″ HD LED TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, two side tables with reading lamps, a closet in which to hang your clothing, an electric fireplace, “blackout” curtains on the windows, and plenty of electrical outlets for your personal electronics.

While this room does not have a bathroom attached to the room, it is located just across the hall, and comfortable bathrobes are provided in your room’s closet for your convenience. Welcome to our Heart of Farmland suite! The smallest of our 4 private suites and is centrally located on the upper level of our Barndominium. This suite features a King bed, coffee station, mini fridge, and 45-in Smart TV already connected to a secure Wi-Fi (FREE to guests). Your private bathroom offers a single vanity, toilet, and large standing shower.

The space
You are also welcome to enjoy the large upper deck facing the woods, and a year-round, all-weather creek with a small waterfall – perfect for the private opportunity of relaxing or entertaining! Enjoy watching an abundance of wildlife and our free-ranging chickens throughout the day and evenings; as well as our 1-acre large backyard awaiting your desire to play outdoor games or light the firepit on a cool evening!

Guest access
You will be provided with the code to your private suite the morning of your expected arrival date. This suite offers 1 private parking space designated by a sign, 'Heart of Farmland', on the North side of the Barndominium against the rock wall.
There is also a Farmhouse directly in front of the Barndominium for other guests; as well as 3 other private guest-occupied suites in the Barndominium. Please respect one another’s privacy and space during your visit.

During your stay
We, the owners and your hosts are available to meet, if desired, as we are in the area nearby for any questions/concerns, or inquiries. We love to interact with guests, but only upon the guest’s initiation first – we respect each guests privacy and preference.

There is a guidebook located in the home for your viewing, featuring local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, wineries, transportation information, activities, and more!
There is also a Farmhouse, directly in front of the Barndominium, is off-limits to Barndominium guests. Please respect one another’s privacy and space during your visit.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this quaint home is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway in the heart of wine country. It can accommodate up to four people. The sleeping arrangements are one queen-sized bed, and two twin-sized beds. One of the twins is floor level, as it is part of a trundle bed.

Please note: You must list how many guests will be staying so house can be arranged to meet your needs and correct pricing can be reflected.

This property accommodates up to four people. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and the living room has a daybed that can be used as a couch or transformed into two separate twin sized beds. There is a fully functioning kitchen and one full bath with a stand up shower/tub.

Guest access
The Hermann Trolley Co and Debbie with Lyft You Up Rides (contact info is posted in the house for you) are some great options for transportation to all of the attractions in and out of town. We offer off street parking so you can park your car and not worry about driving! The downtown area is a short distance away if you’d rather walk.

Other things to note
Pets are allowed if they are under 25 pounds, house broken, well-behaved, and one of the "non-shedding" breeds (doodles, poodles, yorkies, maltese, shih tzus, any combo of these breeds, etc.). If your pet doesn't fall into any of these breed types just send me a message describing what breed they are; we do make some exceptions! Please bring a kennel to keep your pet in if it will be unattended while you're away. If there are any damages that occur during your stay, an additional charge will be applied. Please let me know what type of pet you'll be bringing so that we can set up some accommodations for them as well!

Note: There is a dog who lives next door who is a very good boy, but please keep your pet leashed to avoid any unwanted interactions. Thank you!
