Approximately 20 Minutes to the Masters tournament in Augusta. It is a covid-free space that is very comfortable and truly enjoyable. There are limitless entertainment options like unlimited WIFI streaming, walking on the 8-mile Greenway trail, having a night out at some of the local restaurants and bars in Hammond’s Ferry and Broad Street, or enjoying a relaxing retreat in the suite, equipped with candles, quiet and comfort.

Before each guest arrives, the linen and towels are cleaned in a high temperature wash and freshened with hypoallergenic softeners. The carpets are vacuumed. Toilet, bath and sink are deep cleaned, floors are swept, mopped and all countertops are dusted. Lastly, the room is deodorized with an aromatherapy candle to set the ambience.

Only 5 minutes to downtown Augusta, 12 minutes to the Augusta National Golf Club (without traffic), 26 minutes to Aiken, or 30 min to Ft Gordon. This vintage space is cozy, private, and super cute! Perfect for couples!

The space
This 1 bedroom historic cottage has been updated throughout the years, while still maintaining its vintage charm. Two people can share the space comfortably.

The cottage includes a bedroom with a queen bed and closet. The living has a mid-century modern inspired chaise lounge and bench, a mad-men era dry bar (used as the tv stand), and vintage side table. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and microwave, and the bathroom contains a claw foot tub with shower head. There is a small table and two chairs outside for your enjoyment.

This cottage is about 100 years old and is located in a safe and quiet historic neighborhood, close to both the river and downtown. It is one of three homes on the property, including the main house, a 2 bedroom apartment over the carriage house, and the 1 bedroom cottage. The main house was built in 1907 and the other dwellings were built shortly afterward.

Parking for the cottage is in the main driveway, which is shared. If you are uncomfortable navigating the crooked driveway, you may park in the street.

Other things to note
We recently replaced the water heater. Formally, guests were limited to a 5 shower, but now guests can take nice long showers or enjoy a bath!

Quiet room located In North Augusta. The Masters golf tournament Augusta National is 7.5 miles from this location approximately 13 minutes, And 2.3 miles from Riverview Park Activities Center. Medical staff can reach Augusta University or any of the major hospitals located downtown all in just within minutes approximately 4 miles. One minute from the 12+ mile Greenway trail welcome to walking, running and cycling. Traveling nurses welcomed.

The space
The most important aspect of this room is it’s designed and price for One Adult person. HOWEVER accommodations can be made for extra guests upon request text for further information. It is super quiet, recommend for nursing students or someone who just needs a good night’s rest. You have a small tv but it is a smart tv. Not many extra besides clean and peaceful.

Besides your own bathroom and bedroom you have a shared loft area with an additional Roku tv with Prime, max, Disney, Hulu and Netflix.
