- "We loved staying here. Our dog came with us and he is neurotic about hard wood floors. With a couple of rugs that we brought he was right at home. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well as how close the town and trails were. Marcia had a binder full of things to do nearby as well as a notebook containing information from previous tenants. This really helped us plan our days and learn the area. We felt right at home and have even considered making Maine our yearly destination if not our residence in the future."

We especially enjoyed coffee and reading on the back porch, breakfast in the screened in porch, lobsters on the picnic table and the outdoor showers after kayaking. You can tell Fran and Olivia put an exceptional amount of time and thought into making your stay memorable and comfortable. The personal touches of fresh flowers along with notes and welcome gifts made the house feel like a home away from home. The home was exceptionally clean and was very accessible to many local activities. Olivia was an outstanding host and communicated very timely.
