Set in the grounds of Brimaston Grange with its own front and rear garden, it is perfectly positioned, close enough to the stunning beaches and wonderful walking opportunities that glorious Pembrokeshire has to offer.

Ty Lloi is situated in the heart of the tranquil hamlet of Brimaston. It is approached through its own gated driveway (parking for two cars) and across a delightful courtyard garden stocked with shrubs and fresh culinary herbs. We love the abundance of wildlife on our doorstep. Upon entering the barn the double height entrance hallway is light and bright and leads to the lounge area on the right with wood-burner, Samsung smart HD TV (connects to your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts) and a Bose Soundtouch 10 system to enjoy your favourite music via Bluetooth from your phone/tablet. From here a door leads out to the sunny and secluded private rear garden. A large, comfortably furnished bedroom, complete with a 'Soak & Sleep' wooden king-size bed and Secret Linen bed linens, is to the left as is the bathroom with walk-in shower – luxury towels provided. A beautifully crafted beech wood staircase leads up from the hallway to the bespoke kitchen and dining area. Gallery House was totally renovated in 2020.The original house dates back to the 18th century but now offers 21st century comforts and space.

The house has been interior designed and has a feeling of tranquility and peace. The 4 bedroomed/3 bathroom pet free house has 2 twin bedded bedrooms,1 double ensuite bedroom and 'Love Loft' on the third floor with kingsize bed and ensuite. 'Tŷ Haf' is your perfect home from home, close to the heart of St Davids. It takes a few minutes to walk to its shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs as well as the historic Cathedral and Bishops Palace.

It will provide you with the perfect base to explore the St Davids Peninsula, as well as the Pembrokeshire coastal path, the many beaches and all St Davids has to offer.

We offer a superb location, only 2 miles away from the coast and coastal path. There are several beautiful beaches to choose from including the stunning 2 mile sandy beach of Newgale within a 5 minute drive and also Druidston, Nolton Haven and Little Haven in close proximity. We are roughly ten miles away from the City of St David's the smallest city in Britain and only 1 mile from the main A487 road. There are several pubs and restaurants within 2-3 miles of the house.
*Please note, if using a SAT NAV, once you turn off the A487 at Simpson cross, continue for 1 mile until you reach a Farmhouse on the left with a wind turbine in the field next door (the sat Nav will want to direct you down a lane on the right before this, please ignore).

The room is on the first floor of the house so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Completed in 2013, Summerhaven is a unique, 3 bedroomed, architect designed eco-house which sleeps 6. From ample parking, it is reached by 40 steps up through the wooded hill-side garden. The house makes the most of the superb view over a quiet wooded valley with a glass wall opening onto a railed balcony. It is built to high eco-standards. It is warm, cosy and fully equipped. Although hidden and quiet, it is only five minutes easy walk from the harbour of the quaint village of Little Haven.

The space
Downstairs Summerhaven has a large open-plan living space with two sets of large glass doors which have a beautiful view over a small valley. It is beautifully decorated and designed in a modern style and includes a downstairs toilet. Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower in each and a bath in the family bathroom. There is a balcony around the front of the building where you can sit looking over the valley. The valley is very secluded and full of birds. We leave bird food but recommend you bring some too if you like to watch the birds.

You have the whole house to use. The house is situated amongst trees in a woodland setting. The garden is for your use although it is quite steep so we have a balcony for sitting outside. You reach the house up forty steps which give it an elevated and very pretty view.

Other things to note
Summerhaven is up forty woodland steps which makes it a beautifully secluded spot with lovely views. Please note that we are unable to supply towels.
Pembrokeshire are very strict about waste disposal and recycling. We have provided lots of guidance and labelled containers and we ask guests to help us meet the statutory requirements.

Very rural, excellent spot for walkers. Approx 20 mins due east from the beautiful Cathedral city of St. Davids, 15 mins south west from the historic twin port towns of Fishguard and Goodwick, 20 mins north from the county town of Haverfordwest, and only 3 miles from the village of Mathry.
The large family farmhouse dates from the 17th C and is situated on a working small holding that hosts regular events. All events are listed on the Trehale Farm Facebook page.

This open plan studio space sits quietly in the village of Hook, Haverfordwest. We are 9.7 miles from the beautiful Broadhaven Beach and 9.5 miles from Newgale which is one of the most popular surf beaches in Pembrokeshire. You will have use of our large garden that has views of the Preseli Mountains, on the decking we have a fire pit and BBQ.

The studio offers a shower room, wifi connection & self catering cooking facilities. There is a double and single bed in the large studio space.

The space
This is an open plan studio space set within our garden. We are still developing areas of our garden so there may sometimes be some building materials stored (my partner is a builder so it’s part of our ongoing life story) but these will never be in view of the studio space or decking area that we share with our guests.

The studio has a small shower room, double and single bed and newly added cooking facilities. A microwave and electric hob offers convenience for self catering breaks. Across the garden is our decking space where guests may access a BBQ and fire pit on request. This space has amazing views of the Cleddeau river and Preseli Mountains.

We do have two small children, so again their toys and play spaces will be in view, the garden is a wild space of this busy family. So we can’t promise perfectly preened but we can promise you the forest that lines it, birdsong and the enjoyment of resting under the sky.

We can add a football table on request for families to enjoy on rainy days in.

We are close Broadhaven and Newgale beach. Our village shop is a 2 minute drive away. They offer hot breakfast rolls, coffee and pastries.

We do provide towels but all bedding is provided.

Guests are welcome to make use of our garden, bbq and for pit area, however this is our family home and we have two young children so we ask that noise be kept to a minimum and that the ‘curfew’ for the garden space be 9:30pm through summer months.

Other things to note
The entrance/exit of our garden is still under development- this will only be seen on your way into and out of the property- not in view from the studio. We do not foresee this affecting the safety or comfort of guests.
