**Our Summit Point cabin is remotely located. Although most cars should have no problem during most of the year, during winter months and/or inclement weather 4WD is STRONGLY recommended.**

The Steel Mill Industrial is a very upscale, 5 Star property for a delightful mix of log construction, roughly sawn cherry from the property and antique chandeliers. The Warehouse style windows on the large window wall give you a direct view of the outdoors and lovely gardens, trees and sky all the way through the ravine and to the water. The morning sun is especially beautiful streaming through the windows and simmering off the metallic copper ceilings throughout. The jewel of the Steel Mill Industrial is the one of a kind antique "orb" chandelier in the great room. It was a real find in a Panama City Beach junk yard and shipped for the purpose of restoration and use in this rustic suite. The Master Bedroom and en-suite is spacious and has a large double shower with multiple shower heads and a rain feature. The fully appointed Kitchen has granite countertops and a copper sink. The black stainless full size appliances slip seamlessly into the decor. The modern comforts and amenities are all included. Sauna and massage chair round out the loft for your relaxing pleasure after a bike ride or hike or for no reason at all. High speed Wi Fi make catching up with business or staying in touch with social media easy. Big screen Roku smart TVs in both the bedroom and great room. Handicap friendly – In the design we have integrated several features which will make this suite accessible to wheelchairs. Roll in shower-large bathroom-additional roll up vanity-accessible Kitchen-straight in ramp from the parking lot-no step to the deck. While we are not ADA, our hope is to make it easier for our guests with disabilities to be comfortable here.

The Steel Mill Industrial sits right at the edge of the carefully manicured ravine, it has a bit of a view of the lake from the deck and great room. Situated on the 7 acre property to ensure that every guest of the property has privacy. The suite is fully contained with all the amenities you would expect in a 5 Star European Lodge.

The deck overlooking the beautiful gardens and the ravine is just outside the great room through the sliding glass door. The gardens surrounding the suite are a delight. Relax on a cool evening with a fire in the privacy of your own space. Throw a steak on the gas grill and open a bottle of wine for an easy dinner at home. The suite has it's own hot tub on the adjoining deck, completely private for only you. Slide into the warm and bubbly water for your relaxing pleasure.

Take your morning coffee on a comfortable walk around the lake and up through the ravine. Stop to enjoy on a bench along the way. Easy walking and beautiful views! Take out a canoe or kayak on the mirror like water. Explore the lovely coves of the lake-finding the water lily cove and the picturesque boat docks in front of one remaining old barns from a century ago. Rent a boat at the marina or bring your own. Cruise around the lake any afternoon. Drop a hook in the water and try your luck. Lake Logan is touted as the "best fishing lake in Ohio". Stop and take a dip in the water to cool off on a hot day. There is no end to the adventure you may experience here at our amazing property. (Let alone in 10+ state parks with a multitude of hikes, caves and waterfalls known as the Hocking Hills Region.)

There are a multitude of beautiful spots to relax and enjoy the grounds and take in the ever changing views of the lake. The added enjoyment of the water rounds out your experience to the region. If you never left our property to enjoy a hike in the caves or a zip line through the canopy, you would have a special vacation enjoying the property and the special energy of the Hocking Hills.

There is a large outdoor fire pit called the "Summit Fire pit" situated on a large green space across from the Château that you may enjoy anytime. Meet other guests from our other cabins while you explore the many amenities available to you. Firewood is available $.

We have 2 deer feeding stations in the ravine and in view from your suite. They are lite up at night so you may enjoy the wildlife as they come in to eat through the evening. You will see them often as they sprint across the property. June is especially fun when the fawns start following their mommys around the area.

We have kayaks, canoes and mountain bikes that you may use at no extra charge.

We have kayaks, canoes and mountain bikes that you may use at no extra charge. There are 2 easy places to launch right from our property.

We have 2 deer feeding stations in the ravine and in view from your suite. They are lite up at night so you may enjoy the wildlife as they come in to eat through the evening. You will see them often as they sprint across the property. June is especially fun when the fawns start following their mommies around the area.

Located in a beautifully private wooded area, our Woods Cabin is the ideal location for peaceful and romantic getaways. The Woods Cabin features a single bedroom with a queen bed.

While staying here, you will have all the necessary accommodations for a comfortable stay. There is a complete kitchen containing an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and all essential pots, pans, and dishes. There is also a dining table and seating available in the kitchen area.

The living room has a seasonal gas fireplace (closes April 30th for the season) and HDTV for your streaming purposes, DVD and CD player with several DVDS, a sofa, and a small table. The Woods Cabin also has internet access for guests. All linens and towels are provided (we provide one bath towel set and one hot tub towel for each registered guest). Flannel sheets are available upon request.

The advertised fishing pond did not seem stocked when we went to fish, but this could be because we booked our stay during the tail end of winter. Chlorine content for Hot Tub is quite high. Irritated my and my partner’s skin, and we had to shower after every single time we used it. All of these are minor complaints. Cabin was still comfortable, and most amenities worked great. Was a bit far from the most iconic hikes in hocking hills (30 minutes from old man’s cave, cantwell cliffs), so keep that in mind before booking."

Located just 10-15 minutes away, you'll find lots of activities, including hiking trails, kayaking/canoeing, horseback riding, zip-lining, boating on Lake Logan, as well as the top restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The location is unbeatable, as many other cabins in the area require a 20-30 minute drive to reach the trails. This cabin, however, offers proximity to everything in Hocking Hills.

Between each turnover, a professional cleaner ensures cleanliness of the cabin and hot tub.

Starlink High Speed Internet

Cellular reception in this area and at the cabin is limited, but usually fine for basic phone calls and texts. It can be difficult/limited for picture messages for non iPhones. iMessage and apps work well with WiFi.

We provide: bedding and blankets, fan, iron, hair dryer, plenty of towels for hot tub and bath/shower, basic coffee, cleaning supplies including dish soap and sponge.

Driveway is gravel, but not steep, 4WD not needed (any car will be ok!). This is unique for Hocking Hills, which is a generally hilly area. Cabin is close to a main road for easy access.

Once a month we will offer a family with a special needs child a free getaway to make new memories that will last a lifetime. As we grow, we plan to expand and use a portion of the rental income to build a third treehouse that will be used 100% for these special families.

The three cabins are nestled on a 1/4 mile long ridge top on an 80 acre wooded property. Guests are encouraged to explore the ridge top and to take advantage of the common fire pit at the end of the ridge with a fantastic view. Each cabin also has its own private fire pit which is stocked with split firewood.

Our cabins have been built and inspected by commercial standards as required by the State of Ohio. Have peace of mind knowing your family's safety is a number one concern of ours.

Full kitchen with vaulted ceilings and our great room has a cozy gas fireplace. WiFi for Netflix, smart TVs are in all 3 bedrooms and the great room.
The Ivy Cottage, was our first build. It's named after our youngest granddaughter Ivy lynn.

The Ivy cottage is a modern style barndominium with white shiplap walls, sliding barn doors, gas fireplace, full size kitchen, dining area, living area, 3 bedrooms ( 1 with full size bunk beds), 2 spa showers and baths. Outside there are 6 rockers on the covered front porch to relax and enjoy nature at its finest. On the back deck we have a large fully covered dining area and large hot tub. outside the back deck is a fire pit and chairs for everyone to enjoy a cozy fire while roasting hot dogs, or having smores. We also have a gas grill with grilling utensils, outdoor games and swing.

The Blackstone griddle has easily become our favorite way to prepare food outside.
Natural wood floors span the entire Treehouse to envelop you in the warmth of nature. Live edge wood shelves adorn the entire Treehouse, truly keeping nature alive. Beside the kitchen is a custom bunk sleeping and sitting area. Below doubles as a seating bench for meals or reading, and then at night converts into a twin-sized bed, and then just a few steps above is a second twin bed. Both of these are beside a gorgeous window offering sweeping views of a gorge of trees. Our custom coffee table doubles as your dining table, and extra prep space for cooking.
Every inch of the bathroom is custom in rustic greens and browns, and is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The gorgeous green tiled shower is a perfect place to wash off a day of outdoor adventures or relax and spend a few more precious minutes in the steam. Did you forget to bring shampoo, soap, toothpaste, or anything else? No worries, all of these are provided and complimentary.
As you venture your way up the Treehouse steps you are welcomed into your charming and relaxing loft retreat. As you lay in the queen size luxury bed you can look out the supersized skylight to watch the tree canopy and the stars or wake up to some sunshine on your face. If you want to unwind with a movie or show, the 100-inch projection screen will come down, and you can log in to your accounts stream anything your heart desires. Your own personal home theater can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own bed or the crow’s nest suspended cargo net full of pillows and blankets. Under the Treehouse you will find a your own private grotto with 7 person hot tub, privacy screens and sitting area! Our home was built in 1850, and sits on a hill overlooking the city of Logan. We are within 30 minutes travel to any of the hiking areas in the Hocking Hills State Park. The space
Ellie’s Room is the larger of the two guest rooms.

Guests will enjoy the extra large private bedroom and bath, with a queen size bed, comfy couch, small refrigerator, cable TV, ceiling fan, and gas fireplace. The bedroom includes an original wardrobe built in 1850. The adjacent bath is accessed by five steps from the bedroom. It has skylights and an antique clawfoot tub with a handheld shower attachment. The home has central air, and in addition this room also has its own window air conditioner.

Breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. Coffee and tea service is provided at least an hour before breakfast. Guests are welcome to enjoy it in their room, on the balcony, the front porch, side porch, back porch or at the picnic table. Mobile breakfasts are also available for those guests who wish to get a head start each day.

Guests have access to the dining room, family room, music room, foyers, front porch and yard. Guests do not have access to our private quarters, or the kitchen area or office.

We live in the home and always enjoy talking with our guests and giving recommendations about our area. We can be as available as our guests desire.

The Cherry Room is the more elegant of our two guest bedrooms. Decorated in soft, calm shades of lavender, cream and pale green, it offers a welcome rest after a day of activity.

The bedroom has a queen size cherry sleigh bed, comfy couch and chair, gas fireplace, small refrigerator, ceiling fan, cable TV, and private shower bath steps away from the bed. This room is on a landing across from our other guest room, and the two share a small balcony with comfortable seating. The home has central air, and in addition this room has its own window air conditioner.

Unique, charming room sitting on 100 private acres in the Hocking Hills. Our Willow Room is approx 25-30 minutes from the HH state parks and less than 10 minutes from downtown Logan. Enjoy fishing pond close by & gorgeous views of open field and wood line. Guest suite is located on the guest side of the house so you have your own entrance on the opposite side of the house.
