- "It was a truly amazing experience to stay at this chalet. Initially, we were worried because there was no review and it almost seemed too good to be true. However, Philipp (who manages the property) was always responsible and helpful. The Chalet looks exactly the same (if not better) as these beautiful picture. It comes with well-equipped kitchen (we cooked dinner twice), two massive TVs, fireplace, plenty of space to hang out and relax. They also gave us some wine and cheese as well, which was a very nice touch. The chalet was located about 15-20 mins walk to the gondola, however it was really nice to walk in the morning so we didn't really mind. If you take a cab, it was usually EUR10, so not too bad if split with others, especially after a day of skiing. Jochberg itself felt more like a place for family, so no nightlife / not many places to eat out. Taxi to Kitzbuhel costs EUR25 - again, not too bad. The chalet was so nice that we spent a lot of time hanging out instead of going out, and we still had an amazing time. Overall, it was an amazing experience staying here and my friends and I had a great time. Thank you so much!"

My chalet is idyllically located in the Karneralm, the highest mountain village in the Salzburg region at 1,900 meters above sea level. The accommodation is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy seclusion and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism. Dogs are also welcome here!

The space
The alpine pasture area can be reached in summer and winter via the toll-free and paved Karneralmstraße. In winter, the road is cleared by winter road maintenance. Winter tires are a must, and carrying snow chains is highly recommended.

In the center of Ramingstein, about 9 km from our chalet, there is a supermarket (Spar market, Gemeindeplatz 2). For more shopping, it is worth visiting the district capital of Tamsweg.

Our particularly lovingly furnished apartments are located very quietly in a small village settlement on the outskirts of the village. In the morning you are woken up by birds chirping and if you are lucky you can watch the deer from the terrace.

Our chalet was newly built this year (2021) and is split into two apartments. Both have a ground floor, a first floor, and sleeping options for up to 6 people. We are happy to meet many nice guests.

New chalet right in Schladming - a few minutes walk to Planai!
The chalet offers over 165m² of space for a total of 12 people.
On the ground floor is the anteroom, a locked private and heated ski room, wardrobe, a large bathroom with sauna, shower landscape, extra toilet, a double room and a kitchen-living room with a cozy tiled stove and a large seating area. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a large bathroom with shower, extra toilet and 4 double bedrooms.

The space
At the foot of the Planai, a few steps from Schladming city center, is a place full of coziness and hospitality – the Talbachschenke, the village in the city. Four spacious wooden chalets, a quaint alpine hut and five comfortable apartments offer our guests an idyllic home in the middle of the Schladming mountains.

Our holiday village runs along the valley stream nestled into a beautiful garden with terraces and barbecue areas, a well-kept natural swimming pond and the traditional restaurant Talbachschenke.

The rustic-alpine style of our cottages, modern living comfort (with sauna, kitchen and fireplace) and the quiet but central location on the Talbach, make the village in the city a cozy starting point for unforgettable holiday experiences – in winter, as in summer!

The city center of Schladming, as well as the ski bus are a 2 minute walk. It is a 6-minute walk to the cable car. At us, you can certainly do without your car during your vacation.

Large self-catering chalet in the mountain village of Boden. The house has several bedrooms, each with 2-6 beds on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a cozy parlor, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and foosball, a terrace. A children's ski lift and tobogganing is right in front of the house. The nearest larger ski area is the Jöchlspitze. The Arlberg (the largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also not far away.

The space
On the first floor, depending on the number of people, you will find 8 bedrooms (depending on the occupancy, there is of course no single room or double room, this is a cabin and not a hotel) with 2 extra bathrooms and 3 toilets, each bedroom has a sink. A total of up to 28 people can be accommodated, but only 16 people can be specified on Airbnb. But you just have to write it in the booking (per person after 16 people, €20/night/entire stay). On the ground floor there is a cosy living room, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, a terrace. In winter there is a children's ski lift and tobogganing is right in front of the house. The nearest larger ski area is the Jöchlspitze in the Lechtal. The Arlberg (the largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also not far away. In summer, hiking is possible right outside the front door (Tiroler Adler Weg), The Hannauer Hütte is an ideal day destination. It is also a dream for motorcycling via Hahntennjoch. The royal castles (Hohenschwangau, Neuschwanstein, Linderhof) are also easily accessible. NO PARTIES OR ALCOHOL STORAGE ALLOWED! The final cleaning must be paid extra, the garbage must be disposed of even at the collection point! If you don't agree, please don't book!

There is a key safe for access and parking for about 6 cars right next to the house. Up to 28 people can be accommodated here.

Other things to note
All the house is reserved for a group, you have no other guests in the house. Please note that the house is absolutely not suitable for parties, soccer rounds, bachelor parties and we do not tolerate noise pollution from our neighbours. Absolute ban on reckless loud celebration, outdoors, or when the windows/doors are open. Anyone who wants to drink and party is absolutely wrong, we immediately charge an extra €500 deposit. The house is perfect for families with several children and family celebrations, catering can also be offered. Firewood and organic products for sale right next door! On airbnb you can only specify a maximum of 16 people, you simply have to write in the email how many people will be coming (per person for 16 people, €20/night+1,90€ tourist tax). The final cleaning is always a flat rate of €200 including laundry and must be paid in cash on site. Room distribution requests can be taken into account up to 8 days before arrival (to the extent we can).
