This is a open studio cabin, 1 queen size bed, 1 full bathroom also has a full kitchen, air conditioning, furnace, outdoor fire ring, free wifi and cable TV all for you to use. We are on a busy state highway so traffic noise can be load during the day. However as the sun goes down so does the noise. We have installed double pane windows, constructed a private fence all to help with traffic noise.
We are just about 10 minutes away if you ever need anything.
We hope you appreciate our cabin location beyond being so close to Frankfort/Lake Michigan, Crystal Lake, rails/trails bike path, Crystal Mnt, you could also take advantage of the Little River Casino 30 miles away, Sleeping Bear Dunes only 26 miles away, and Traverse City is 36 miles away. There is world class golf, fishing, hunting, sightseeing, fall colors, kayaking, canoeing, skiing, snowboarding all near by. Our area was voted number 1 place to visit by US News and world report.

When you walk in our newly renovated upper unit you'll walk in to a bright and airy entry. (Keep in mind there are 10 steps to reach the upper unit.) The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We have everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal, including some essential spices! Our kitchen table will accommodate all your guests for a wonderful meal and is also a great gathering place for game night! The living room is comfortable for all with a sofa and two chairs as well as a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The sofa pulls out to a full size bed for your extra guests. Our bedrooms are comfortable with crisp linens and wonderful Dreamcloud mattresses. Our bathroom is small, but is equipped with all you may need during your stay from a blow dryer to make-up mirror to essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Q-tips, cotton balls, and even hair ties! If you forget a few things we have some backups for you (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shave cream.) During the spring, summer and fall you'll be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the peek-a-boo view of Betsie Bay while you enjoy a cold beverage and whatever you decide to cook on the grill! *Please note that although our property can easily accommodate 6, it is probably more suitable for 4 due to having 1 bathroom.

You have access to the entire top floor of our carriage house with two decks, outside seating area, propane grill, full kitchen, bar seating area, 50” TV, and just a quick walk (about 300 yards) from the best Michigan sunsets and beach access! This is in the top of our carriage house which is on our property and is a short distance from the best walking, hiking, bird watching, and biking trails in northern Michigan with many breathtaking views of Lake Michigan from the bluffs. We are just a quick few minute drive into Frankfort where you will find beautiful beaches, pier, tons of shops and yummy restaurants, historic movie theatre, Stormcloud Brewery, 4 ice cream shops, parks, etc. We are about 35 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes if you’re looking for an easy day trip. This is northern Michigan at its best! We have another property nearby we have been super hosts with for 5 years so we know how to take care of our guests!

Both bedrooms have a Casper memory foam queen size bed, with fresh white linens and a selection of pillows for your sleeping needs. The bedrooms also include open closet space with built-in shelving units. The spacious private master baths have custom tile showers and vanity space stocked with basic toiletries.

We are conveniently located 6 blocks from the local supermarket, 4 blocks from the downtown Frankfort shops, and 8 blocks from the city beach. Frankfort is close to Crystal Mountain, Point Betsie, numerous hiking and biking trails, and Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore.

This is a turn key vacation rental, we provide all pillows, linens, robes, bath towels as well as beach towels. Also provided are all soaps, detergents, shampoos, and conditioners. No pets allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
