WIFI, TV Streaming Hulu, air, reverse osmosis tap water. 650 square feet. Lake access 3/10 of a mile, joint access with boat mooring available. Due to swimmers itch swimming is safe waste deep but lengthy wading in the shallow is risky. I have been swimming in Duck Lake for 11 years and have never had swimmers itch, as long as you are careful and towel off the risk is very low. There are areas of the lake where you can wade and play fizbee, etc without concern but you need to boat there, thus a boat or kayak is a great way to enjoy this lake. Interlochen State park and Interlochen Arts Academy 1.5 miles north. State park has a nice beach area and the Arts Academy houses many prominent concerts and performances in multiple art forms. Just a short distance away from Traverse City, MI, host of the National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival. Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula's with over 20 vineyards. This is our last summer***Our Fashion Avenue home is walking Distance to Interlochen Center for the Arts, Interlochen library, Green Lake, and Duck Lake State Park. Our home is on a large corner lot. The living space is combined with kitchen and dining allowing for family gathering. The two bedrooms, 1 Queen, and 1 Full bed, and a sleeper sofa (linens are supplied). Cozy living room and TV with Roku Charter TV app and 1 gig of Wi-Fi for your entertainment. One bathroom which has whirlpool tub/shower combination. The laundry area has a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. Our Kitchen has an electric stove/ oven with warming tray, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, and a dining table and many other updates.

Outside living area has a fenced in back yard, gas grill, seating area on the deck and a fire pit. We are 11 miles from Traverse City which is home to the National Cherry Festival, numerous Wine Country events, shopping and dining, Traverse City Film Festival, etc. There is always something happening in the Traverse City area. Of course, hunting, fishing, boating, skiing, and sight-seeing plus other activities are all close (10-20 mins) from our location.

Very close to Sleeping Bear Dunes which is what attracted us. Suggestions for pizza and breakfast were on point. We saw lots of deer and birds and there is a great place for breakfast, Dilbert's, just down the road. Only West bound traffic will be allowed, easy detour for guests traveling from the East.There will be delays and noise, they are required to keep our drive open at all times. #1 This is a Condo, however we own the building, each place has a separate outside entrance and the entire place is dedicated to vacation travelers.
#2 We are located right off US 31, so yes there is some road noise however while inside the unit it is negligible. Here is what one guest had to say "Great spot to stay, and very tastefully done! I know Jeff said it's right on the highway, but the Condo is pretty well insulated and we didn't notice road noises hardly at all.

#2 Our place is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, located right off of US 31, potenial for road noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our
Guests to be quiet after 11:00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your

#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 12 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts and the fact we have many guests with connections to the Arts Academy we have chosen a "Arts Theme" aka "Picasso Place", with this unit. All of the art work in this unit are reprints of Pablo Picasso, and provide a very unique environment for your stay. In the event you are not aware of the Academy we highly recommend you do a search, just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area.
