Inside enjoy 60 inch TV over the gas fireplace, tv's in each room with direct TV, WIFI stereo with bluetooth to stream from your phones. Master bedroom has a King bed with attached master bath, upstairs has queen bunk beds and futon in one room and additional queen bed in the loft so a total 4 beds and a full upstairs bath.

You can take a short walk or bike ride to beautiful Summersville lake from front door water is 2800ft.

Due to the number of questions regarding boat parking we have made arrangements for free parking for your boat!!! The parking is two minutes away from home and on the way to the marina and launch areas.

Hotels may be convenient, but nothing replaces the comforts of home, and that is exactly what the Almost Heaven cabin provided, and more! Tucked away in a quiet and beautiful wooded neighborhood, the cabin was clean and very accommodating with a nice start up supply of everyday necessities. The hot tub and fire pit were our favorite amenities. We are already making plans to stay there again next summer!"

I own most of the surrounding homes and am always working on enhancing the property. You’ll need your own vehicle, as public transportation isn’t available here. With our location just off Hwy 19, getting around is easy, and you’re welcome to join other guests by our shared fire pits for a little camaraderie. The studio is kept cool with new, cold A/C—perfect after a day outdoors! While Luke loves animals, this property is designed for adults and cannot accommodate pets.

One of the key elements of our eco-friendly vacation rental initiatives is the use of sustainable materials and practices. We up-cycle as many materials as possible, including the shipping container itself! Almost all the interior wood used inside the cabin is reclaimed materials and we use eco-friendly soaps and shampoos.

Each RV has its own private deck with great views and is all set up for a party by the Firepit. Our treehouse is located in Boulder Trail, which is on over 100 acres of private land and has miles of private hiking trails. It also includes a common area with a covered shelter, with an outdoor Fireplace. We are located 5 minutes from Summersville Lake and 15 minutes from New River Gorge National Park!

- "We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the treehouse property. The check in process was easy. My favorite thing about the house is that it is a new build which is hard to find in this area. The AC and fans were a must for me during the peak of summer. We used the grill on the deck and fire pit every night. The blackout shades in the bedroom work really well but I wish the bedroom doors were not opaque so that the bedroom could get darker. Also, wish there was a gate at the top of the loft to make that space more kid friendly. Those are my only 2 complaints. The location was great, it’s a short 15 min drive to Summersville Marina. It felt very secluded and private. We attempted to walk the trails on the property but it’s very dense foliage and never ended up finding the proper trails. We plan to stay here again next summer!"

The home is very inviting with many comforts, and activities right there at the house. We were there for 4 nights and we all wished our schedules allowed for more time. November evenings and mornings were cool, with the middle of the days very warm and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for our family of 6 adults and a 10 month old. We loved the layout, with two eating areas, and the three bathrooms were a bonus. Easy check in, Myla was very easy to reach and interested in making sure everything was just right. The only thing was if you want to cook and bake, make sure to bring all the ingredients you need. Although Walmart is close by. My husband says it was very comfortable and homey, great place to be together as a family. QR code has all the information and instructions that you will want. We loved the upstairs balcony, the fire pit, the hot tub, the game/activities, the movie big screen, the decor, and location was just fine. From what we could see its hard to have a bad spot in Summersville. It is in walking distance to Hardee's. We would recommend El Bandidos Restaurant if you like Mexican. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released 7 days after the initial hold is made. For all Airbnb reservations all damages will be rectified through the Airbnb resolution center.

Check-out is at 11am ET and Check-In is at 4pm ET. $50 late checkout and $50 early check-in fee if available, non-negotiable before 1pm. After 1pm, guests will pay that night's base rate due to inability for future guests to book the same day.
Pets are welcome but we do require guests to disclose that they are bringing a pet since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $150 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $300 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations.
Max number of people on property - 4 people.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-6AM.
• No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing.
• Lock home and windows when leaving.
If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
